We wanted to enlarge our island, add cabinets and replace the quartz countertop. We looked at a number of fabricators who either did not return our calls or gave us outrageous estimates. Thank goodness we found Stone Creations, they did all we asked and more. Thiago worked with our ideas and produced exactly what we wanted. We could not be happier with the outcome. Thiago and his team could not be easier to work with, the estimate was reasonable, calls were returned promptly and the work done on time, on budget. Overall great experience. Stone creations did a great job sourcing, helping, building and doing my house with quartz from ceasarstone. I highly recommend them. The owner is a great guy and they made sure everything was right. Install only took one day. He offers granite and other great products at the best price I could find. I ended up going with quartz because its lighter in color and that style is the in right now. The owner Thiago came to my house, gave me the stimate and said he was going to send me the pictures of the granite so i can pick the color but he never did. He ignored my messages . What a waste of time with this company, they are not honest. I will never recommend them, they treat their customers really bad . They dont deserve your business

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Thiego is HORRIBLE with responding to any phone calls or emails. I had to follow up with him 100 times and he still never sent me the agreement to pay a deposit and get the ball rolling. He came to measure and was 3 hours late making my family wait around on him which was rude. We are all busy so a heads up would have been nice that he was running 3 hours behind. I asked 5 times for the contract and edging images to choose from and the sink options and NEVER got it. I finally asked him what was going on and he said he is too busy to work with me on the project and cancelled last minute. He is extremely rude. You get what you pay for which is why is was the cheapest option. I recommend using another granite company that has better customer service and respect for its customers and their time as well. BEWARE

The granite installer were outstanding, considering the removal of old granite and installation of the new took 4 hours. From the estimate to the final product, Stone Creations has provided an amazing ease of use. They are extremely responsive, communicative and timely. They ended up cutting off the high bar in my kitchen and created a seamless length countertop with waterfall and replaced the countertops in all three of my bathrooms. It looks gorgeous!

I call them in the last minute and the service I received was extremely professional and they didnt promise to have it ready when I needed, but guaranteed they would try their best and they did it. Super unprofessional and irresponsible!! Driver of this truck was speeding nearly 90mph on John young pkwy in the rain and nearly rear ended me! I tried to tell him to slow down and he got out of the truck and began to threaten me so I started to record this video for my safety. Not saying anything about the company but there are some rotten apples that work for them. This is how they are representing this company in the community.

And his team went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with our new countertops. Ultimately my wife and I were thrilled.
