Quality, name brand shoes sold at quality, name brand prices. Very large, bright and clean store. Product was very neatly displayed and a large variety of sizes were available,My complaint is their lack of customer service skills. We walked into the store just after they opened on a Sunday morning. No one greeted us with hello or welcome to rack room shoes. We were never offered any assistance, The employees seemed to be too busy talking to each other behind the counter. When we left, as when we entered, we were not acknowledged in any way,My advice would be to go somewhere else. Find a place where they actually want and appreciate your business.

They had Great service and a huge shoe selection. Every staff member was extremely helpful. Viviana checked us out and also grabbed our stuff to place behind the counter which allowed us to shop at ease. She also helped us use our points which was great. I arrived 15 minutes before closing time and they slammed the door in my face. How do they want to sell? What a bad service. They gave me an excuse that they had already closed the system. And there were still customers inside. I used to come 3 times a week to shop, now I NEVER come again.

Worst service ever they closed the door in our face with 10 minutes left to close this is an abuse the people that works in there are bad sellers i will never go there again!

Didnt have any sizes for a lot of shoes between 6-9, the first few boxes I opened up had the wrong size shoes in them, little chaotic. But the asst and store manager were both super helpful with being able to order and ship the shoes I desired in my size.

They are supposed to close at 9 PM, however they close the doors way more earlier, they probably need a manager that knows how to read a ⏰

Rack Room Shoes was the place where my husband found some really comfortable shoes a couple of years ago. They always have exactly what hes looking for, which makes him very happy, as we have trouble finding shoes that he likes at home!!!

Great selection, easy to find what I needed. Clerk asked if she could help me. I told her I was fine and she said please let her know if I needed help and let me finish at my pace. Good service at the register and was in and out in under 25 minutes.

Great variety of shoes sandals for girls boys men and women. everything in the store is bogo. They even have a clearance area. Accept all mayor debit and credit cards. Not as crowded at the one located in International Drive.

They deceive and lie to the customer, they put a price on the tags and then when you get to the cash register, its another price and they offer you a 10% discount because they cannot honor the price. I beg the consumer department to take immediate action with this store at 192 Kissimmee. Its not fair, its abuse to the client. I will make a complain to the Florida Departments of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

I found what I was looking for, but I felt the associate was following me as if I was going to steal without asking if I needed help. I understand that is his job but he learn aggressive hospitality and it will be better.

I didnt do much shopping here. I asked the sales associate about a discount that might be offered through my employer and was told one wasnt offered as the associate continued by me without even fully acknowledging me.

Everyone was very attentive, helpful and very pleasantly cheerful. I was able to get assistance very quickly.
