I always have a pleasant experience while shopping here, they always have a decent variety of books of all genres, and the Joe mugs Cafe serves up some pretty fun and creative beverages to drink alongside a good book

Mostly kids with their parents on this holiday weekend. Great varied collection of magazines in the back. I love how the aroma of fresh brewed coffee is intoxicating and inviting. I do not read books anymore but I hope our kids and grandkids learn to love y it as much as video games. Bring your kids here and help them pick out something memorable.

Books A Million was filled with books, gifts, funko pops and coffee! Loved it and was able to enjoy a cup of coffee and a very delicious scone type cookie. Traveled from Orlando just for BAM!

Huge selection of books and pop culture collectors items. Store is usually very organized and clean. Guest engagement from staff is pretty non-existent unless you head up to the counters. Place is best going during the morning and afternoon. This location turns into a middle school/high school social hall during the evening hours.

I absolutely love this place. It is so hard to leave once inside. Every section of this bookstore is captivating and hard to ignore. My family and I enjoy our visits here and are never disappointed.

Really good bookstore and atmosphere…unfortunately all of that goes to the ground when you get poor customer service and some attitude from the employees. I rushed to get there in time before they closed the store, to find an employee leaning and holding the door 5 minutes before the closing hour (8:00pm). I asked her if she could let me in, that I was going to be quick and I knew where to find the items, to which she replied that she couldn’t let me in (mind you, they were supposed to be opened) because she would have to let in the other customers (there was no one around me) and that it wouldn’t be fair. Not only she’s making the company loose sales by closing the store early, but the attitude and lack of professionalism are some of the factors that make any company bankrupt.

Books a Million is a great bookstore. Good selection of books and magazines, all genres. The cafe has some great drinks that you cant get anywhere else and the cookies are terrific. Oatmeal, Peanut butter, Chocolate chip and Snickerdoodle. All good. Try the glazed donut frappe. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Great place to visit

First time coming here was great! Second time, not so great. A staff trying to resolve an issue I had with my membership had some attitude and didn’t seem to know what to do. I will stick to online.

Great place to buy books. Lots of sales. Ive been a member for s number of years. Good discounts with membership. Coffee shop where you can sit and read and relax while enjoying a specialty coffee or cold drink. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, making recommendations on the newest books available in any age range. Make you welcome to even sit in the floor if you like while you read and enjoy the quietness of a sudo library.

Good place to get a book, many choices, the variety is incredible also, many extras stuff like figurines pops and stuff. Many different magazines.

Found my daughters favorite anime series #1. She said as I was paying, you cant see how big my smile is under this mask but its huge. Put a huge smile on my face too. Found the same $13 book at Wal-Mart for $28.99.

The staff started out friendly but ended being rude. Questioned a charge the explanation was incorrect.I guess she was a manager and came over and gave a different explanation with an ATTITUDE. if there is a question it should be explained correctly without the attitude. Also show the staff how to explain it correctly.

My wife and I stop here if our date night ends early. No, not because we fought or anything like that... the pandemic just ends the date early. Knickknacks placed intelligently up front to maximize the drainage of finances. Good for yall; I dont fall for that gimmick though, as Im on to you.

Justin at this location was amazing along with the other staff. I called trying to find a copy of a book that just came out this week. They were out of copies but gave up his personal copy for me to purchase. Justin, you made a bookworm very happy! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

An hour and half before closing, having almost all the equipment shutdown in the cafe part of the store. Making customers wait to order in the line as other people are trying to check out and pay for books, because of having the register for the cafe also closed. To me makes the difference between having repeat customers and service.

I love this store, and constantly come back when im looking for manga. they have a huge selection of popular and more niche manga! whatever youre interested in, if youre looking for a good read, this is the place. the staff are always friendly and accommodating when it comes to my membership and coupons. i stop by frequently on my days off and im never disappointed!

They were in the midst of major reorganization on the floor, it was nice to see enough employees on the task to remove confusion on moving product locations and maintain a safe environment for customers. Normally I would expect a company to leave one poor soldier out there to die on that hill. Good form.

Great selection and Excellent customer service! I didnt catch the employees name with a pixie cut but she helped me find every single book on my list. And Justin was super helpful and patient.

Lots of merchandise from popular shows. A large array of manga, comics, board game and novels. A huge wall of pop figures is featured in many shops and is my favourite.

I love going to Books a Million to study. I sit there for HOURS and no one bothers. They have a cafe, so you you can buy coffee and other beverages if youd like and the staff is always great.

Like most Books-A-Millions, theyve got a wide selection of books, LEGO sets, board games, Funko Pop! figures, and many other things you may not even think about. My personal favorite section is the vinyls, where they sell new records from classic and contemporary bands and artists.

This location has such an amazing manga collection! Very organized and so many different manga I wouldn’t think I be able to get in person.

Not your usual library. Love how their presentation is done and all the books options available in store. Need a coffee? No problem, theres a coffee shop inside and its really good with fair prices. You could enjoy a nice reading while waiting for your significant other or just simply enjoy a zero stress environment. Highly recommend it. Staff is very attentive and professional. I drove from Miami to attend a Greg Gutfeld book signing. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. BAM is like a Barnes and Noble, but with a mom and pop fell to it.

Closed 5 minutes after I arrived. I wasnt aware they close at 8.

Out of all the bookstores near me, BAM is my go-to! I just recently bought online twice last week too because they were having SUCH good sales and I couldnt help myself! The variety of books, from kids to teens, graphic novels to nonfiction, theres something for everyone here! Theres also plushie, Funko POPs, fan merch, you name it! Im such a book nerd so BAM is like my personal heaven. Definitely recommend stopping in! Also, check out the little café! Its a good study spot.Ive bought all of the My Hero Academia books from BAM and pre-ordered the August volume already so as you can see, I really love this place!

Books-a-Million continues to be an escape, a place to find what you want and discover what didnt know you wanted. This location at the Loop is always easy to get around and Joes Cafe is always a great option to chill with a great cup of coffee.

While the associate that assisted me was very helpful, neither of the two books I was looking for were in stock.

Found the book no problem, an associate whos name was Aimee greeted me asked if i was ready to check out was very polite and courteous, asked if i had a BAM card i didnt know fumbled with my phone, i had a b/d card she said what a great dad, anyway i just wanted say that i left there with a big smile nice to see honest, caring, employees. I love Books-A-Million. Im always looking for new books to read so I stop by often. I usually end up leaving with a record, though. Because they have vinyl records there! Even when I dont end up buying anything, I still love just walking around the store because its got such a nice vibe. The stuff in the coffee shop is pretty good, too!

My safe haven will always be a bookstore/library- any place that had books. Its where my soul feels at home and where I feel most safe. Where I can escape to another time in this universe or time travel to another time. This books store has a great selection of books, just wished there were more seating chairs to read and chill.
