Couldn’t use this location. Sat in the parking lot 30 minutes past their “opening” time. No one ever showed up. The phone has no voicemail setup. Absolutely insane that they just let money drive away like this. And while the Ink Spot website shows all locations, we called around to get contact info and they do not communicate with each other apparently. I can in no way ever recommend a company that allows such irresponsible management, especially when the product being bought is a permanent piece of art on your body. Plenty of other shops here, use one of them. Ink Spot, get your act together and have some ownership.

They took $100 deposit $50 a piece for me an my wife an never showed up for our appointment I had to call the police they didn’t answer our text email or calls. I’m guessing because we are black. They figured we will just take from these two.

I went to this location looking for ideas for my first tattoo. Niko was AMAZING!!! He was super awesome and chill. I was very nervous, tattoos are a huge step for me but he helped me work through a few ideas and we decided on an amazing piece of art. This June will be one year since the pulse shooting in Orlando and this tattoo will be a deep and meaningful commemoration to the memory of the lives of the friends that I lost. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT. Sure there are people that left positive reviews and had great experiences here, but let me tell you something. I went here recently and there was a man and woman present. I walk in with a small group of friends, bringing them business because I rarely ever see them having customers and I come near this area often. We walk in and they dont greet us at all. We ask about prices and they have a sort of cocky attitude as if we dont belong there or something. We disregarded his attitude and started asking about different ideas we had. Most tattoo places help you decide or fix up some drawing ideas for you, because they are supposed to be artists. This man literally SHUT DOWN every tattoo idea we had and basically disregarded what we wanted and kept telling us we shouldnt do this or that. I understand they should be giving us advice so we make right decisions, but he had the biggest attitude. I asked about getting a quote on me and he literally was like okay.... so....? If you are going to run a business, have some consideration and act like you actually care about the people coming in asking for your business and help. Absolutely DESPICABLE how we were treated and we were ready to spend hundreds on this spot. Go somewhere else, worth your money and business. I recommend Fallen Sparrow or Heavenly Ink which are not very far from here.

Honestly I probably wouldn’t have ended up getting my tattoo here if I hadn’t paid for it up front. The service was really nice and he was easy to talk to but it didn’t give me a super clean vibe. Definitely looked like my artist was living out of the shop with his suit case and three pairs of shoes stashed at his station. You gotta do what you gotta do but hide that stuff out of customer sight. My tattoo ended up nice but he didn’t always understand what I was saying when I wanted him to edit something, he basically did it freehand after he whipped though a quit trace and it didn’t even show up. Over all I wouldn’t go back if I lived in the area. Oh and shop has a $50 minimum if that is important to you.

My brother and I and my girlfriend went in to get my first tattoo and it was a simple fish hook and she didnt get the design right and not only that but not even a week later my ink is coming out now it looks like I had it for 50 years and was done in prison when I paid good money to get this done very upset my brother and girlfriend is also loosing ink we put the right stuff on them what the lady told us too and still messed up

If you don’t mind getting pierced by someone who is high while doing the procedure, then this place is perfect for you. The staff wasn’t very friendly and my piercer was definitely under the influence when piercing me. Everything healed fine, but highly consider going somewhere else when wanting a new piercing.

The worst tattoo place ever Came to Orlando for vacation stopped to get a tattoo with my girlfriend the people that worked there was rude and let me tell you about our tattoos. We got the king and queen with a heart on our fingers and both of our hearts completely came off. They scabbed and left just a big scar I would never in my entire life recommend this place to any

Overall was great i got a lip piercing and a tattoo with my husband. His came out good but mine not so good. It was all fine and someone told my artist he had to hurry up so i felt he rushed mine and it didnt come out well at all. Now i have to get it redone just so it shows well! I wouldnt go back here. You cant rush your employees nor rush a tattoo.

I have never had a tattoo and at the age of 67 decided to fill a bucket list. We stopped by Ink Spot Tattoo in old town Kissimmee to check out procedure, cost, etc. I had an annoying spot on my back that has bothered me for years and wanted it covered. And, staying true to my Native heritage and clan, I wanted a turtle with 13 sections and 28 sections around the rim. John worked with me until the drawing was just right and the turned me over to Will for the actual artistry. Will was very kind to a nervous older woman and very respectful of the design we had chosen. I never expected the beauty that came out of the time Will worked on my back. He found exactly what was in my heart, and put it on the ugly spot. Now, no more ugly spot. Hello, beautiful turtle . I cant even begin to tell you how grateful I am to the people of Ink Spot for treating me with courtesy and respect. I dont think there could possibly be a better tattoo place that treats their old, nervous customers so gently. Thank you!

I just went and got my nose pierced a couple hours ago here and it was the best experience ever. The shop is very clean and professional. The workers are very kind and helpful and funny. All of the needles are new and jewelry is steazlized right in front of you. They make sure to explain all that will happen and make sure youre comfortable. I highly reccomend coming here. Rip off rip off, this john #### tells me I cant even get a refund when he didnt start out nor make a sketch for what I even wanted unfortunately my husband had already paid in advance, he also said was going to take him 4 hours to do a sleeve, ok great right? Well we got there at 8 & he didnt start until 930 outside smoking etc..900 bucks that look like something I could have done, simply put dont mess with them especially if you are from out of state!

Went there to get my lip and septum done both got infected with in 2 days my lip turned purple and septum got so infected had a fever for 2 week ended up in the hospital were i had to take it out.Nice people but i will never return there again. she did offer to redo but after what happen i was to afraid to have her do it again.waste of money .... =*(

Went to get my septum pierced for my birthday and the piercer was very rude. The third word out of his mouth was the f-bomb; so unprofessional! He got mad when my sister wanted to pay for both our piercings. He did not walk me through the piercing process. My sister and I have many piercings and tattoos and he talked to us like we were stupid. Would recommend anywhere else- the atmosphere was very uncomfortable. So disappointed!

Me and my best friend went there to get tattooed. It was my first one and for my best friend, the second. I wanted something but Niko oriented me. He explain me and my best friend what we should get tattooed and what not, he looks for options. Btw; he design my tattoo. He knows what hes doing, he respects your body, I feel like he knew me since forever. The place was clean, excellent customer service. But most importan of all, we loved our tattoos. If I go back to Florida and want another tattoo, definetly Ill visit Niko. Thanks, Niko! You are great!

DO NOT GO THERE!!!! felt like I was disruption to his movie.... Very rude. I was with my two sisters and one of them is 12 and every word he said was the f word (which I let go because it is a tattoo parlor) he snapped at me atleast 3 times for silly reasons and he really made the experience a bad one. It was my sisters 18th birthday and we were really excited to get piercings, he sucked. Go anywhere but there, it wasnt even a good price for the horrible attitude we received.

I went to get my first tattoo about 2 days ago and i was nervous towards the chances of getting a bad tattoo. The place looks nice,looked sterile and clean. While I was there, i had my doubts towards the artist jeremy at first and Damian well he argued with the artist a bit about his work on me (before starting). But I was glad that regardless of the predicament, he decided to get paper rather than eyeball it. I was still nervous but, when he started to when he finished i was astonished by his work. I loved my tattoo. I dont question no ones style of doing things but,not everyone sees same things towards every method.Damian and Jeremy are very uplifting and you can tell they enjoy their working or making work fun. Damian does well In keeping conversation with the customers and Jeremy is very confident in what he does despite others opinions.Before Jeremy finished with my mom as well( which he did a very fabulious job as well I covering up her tattoo), another artist came in and his name was niko, not to be rude but, the atmosphere changed when he came in and from an uplifting experience, the atmosphere became dull and seemed as if he didnt want to be there, rather because he had no choice since he works. It seemed as if hes got bad temper and/or a negative attitude towards everything.I am hoping to return and ask for Jeremy to be my tattoo artist in the future.He stayed true to his word, hes very skilled and for anyone reading this, dont doubt his work ☺ hes really good.Great work overall on the present staff!!! I would recommend ink spot tattoo to anyone. Overall one of the few good tattoo shops in the Kissimmee Florida area woth Prices being decent for the art you do.

Went to the ink spot earlier today and the piercer was asleep on the couch, the shop was filthy and hot, refused to get a tat after being quoted a RIDICULOUSLY high price for basic work with no color, went somewhere nicer, got amazing work for much less than I was quoted. Dont go to the ink spot for expensive shotty work with infection in your future.

I went to gigis a few months ago to get my Monroe done, the piercing is exactly the place i wanted it and the healing went smoothly,fun group to talk to. im glad i went there
