They have the best customer service of any rental company I’ve dealt with in the United States. Jason Mcdonald out of the North East Tennessee branch is (WAY) better than top notch! He is the number one reason I come back project after project for my rental needs. He has helped me after hours from home to pull strings for things that pop up last minute. He is hands down the best I’ve had the chance to work with. True class act.

This is one of those stories that just happens when you are trying to coordinate multiple work crews and contractors. We were scheduled for several trucks to arrive, needed a forklift. I scheduled the delivery from United, no problem. A day ahead of schedule the trucks showed up, so I called United to see if we could get it a day early, as soon as possible. I called at 10 am, they had the forklift there by noon. This is not the first time weve rented from them but this time I had to leave a review, they really helped us out. I would not go anywhere else for equipment rental in the Tri-cities. We have rented forklifts as well as the big four-wheel drive boom lifts from them without any problem. Equipment has always been clean and no maintenance issues.

Equipment arrived on time and ready for service. All equipment was well maintained and preformed as needed.

The team at this location went above and beyond to assist us in suggesting the lift and delivery.

I have talked to the guys at the Eastern Star store many times. They are very professional and I can count on them when I need help.

We enjoyed renting from UR for many years, as they were hands-down the best service and rental equipment around. I dont know whats happened over the past year or two, but our last several rentals have been extremely disappointing.........trashy, damaged and now even unusable equipment, bad attitudes from the staff and simply insulting customer service has culminated in our decision to give the other dozen or so area rental sites a shot at our business and/or just purchase our own equipment.

Warning they will charge ypu twice for one rental then give you a lame its the systems fault excuse. No other rental companies do things that way.
