The mechanic was wonderful knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle told me what what was going on. Because it has such low mileage going to try to see if they can get GMC to help out with the cost of the repair since it is still within warranty. I am in hopes they can work this out. They were great to work with and offer this service. Greatly appreciated

Kevin was really awesome and Chris was very helpful. Kevin was very supportive and accommodating during the whole financing process. He didnt try to deter us from using our preferred lender and was extremely respectful of our choices. Chris was good about showing us features and keeping us updated on our purchase. Chris also disclosed the hail damage and explained how they fix it and provided an IOU for the fix. Assured us the service department would call us to make an appointment. We were still very comfortable making the purchase even after the disclosure. We feel they will do what they say they will. We will purchase from them again in the future. Very solid experience. Everyone at Courtesy even the people we did not have direct dealings with was extremely nice. The dealership made us very comfortable.

The service was great. The mechanic explained to me that GM engineers are looking for a permanent fix for the radio fix. He did a fix which the GM bulletin says it will probably be a temporary fix. Hopefully, the tech engineers will find a permanent fix for the problem. However, as of this morning, the radio is operating like it should for 2 days in a row. That’s a win so far.

We went to buy a car for our youngest daughter, and ended up coming home with one for her and one for ourselves! It was late in the evening and the staff stayed over to work with us on our purchases. Everyone was very helpful and made sure we got the best deal. I wasnt aware I could get an educator discount until this purchase. I feel that this dealership went above and beyond to serve my family. We will come back!

Went there because I kept hearing a rattle in the engine and when stopped at a red light car would sometimes want to lurch forward also check engine light was on. I was told light was on because oil was low and rattle must have been timing chain making noise because of low engine oil. I actually argued with the gentleman because I knew this was wrong and he spoke to me as if I were stupid. Paid $150 and check engine light came back on the same evening. Now I have to take it back AGAIN

We had such a great experience working with Bryant. He was very attentive to our needs. We were looking for specific make/model/color of our new vehicle. Bryant quickly responded with pictures and information we needed to make the final decision. We did all of the negotiations for trade-in and paperwork over the phone and finished signing the rest of the documents in the office. The staff were very professional and pleasant to work with. I recommend this dealership. I would do business with them again.

Took my outback in for an airbag recall. They tell me once I arrive they dont have the airbag and had to send someone all the way to Bristol to get it (add another hour to my time). Then once finished, they left a screw in my cup holder and I had to take it back! So much for a recall! The management in the service department is awful-save yourself and go elsewhere!!

Bought a 2007 ford f 150 2 months ago it pulled a coil code on the lot asked if they would fix they said they couldnt they put the wrong oil filter on the truck and I had to rebuild the top end of the motor I have had the truck 2 months and have had too put 4800 dollars into the truck to get it to run when I called they said that stuff happens save your money ey and go somewhere else they are as crooked as they come

Dropped in to look at a used vehicle for purchase. The vehicle was in far worse shape than advertised. I was offered to test drive the car, only to find out the battery was discharged. The sales person was pulling every excuse out of the air and could not get the car to show any life, even with a boost box.

***UPDATE***I received and a no reply email from Courtesty. I was asked to contact them to resolve my issue. In the spirit of fairness, I decided to do so. After one no answer, three unsuccessful transfers to different people, and another call back on my part, I then decided enough of my time had been wasted. Not only will Courtesy give you reason to leave a bad review, they will waste your time as they ask you to contact them because, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.Long story short: The miles to next oil change sticker that was placed on my vehicle after my oil change indicated 5,000 miles (typical for synthetic oil) until the next suggested oil change. I inquired, after noticing the sticker a day later, why the sticker didnt indicate 3,000 miles. I was told it was a mistake and was left with the impression that it was not important if I remained a customer. I could go into a longer explanation as to how I felt it could have been handled differently, but what is the point. While this may seem like a minor mistake, the outcome from driving 2,000 miles past the recommended oil change could have caused major damage to my vehicle. I will try the Johnson City dealer, maybe they still care.

Not happy about this place. The dealer had offer me many offers and deals. But when I was ready to sign the deal, everything he told me had turned at the be a lie. The car had more.miles than he said, the liner inside the car had failed, the radio or computer didnt work, the reverse camera didnt work, the steering wheel shook when I put on brakes, and he lied about the price as well.

Salesman was a nice person but my car I bought was used of course and only so much and now I know why. There was nothing wrong with it until I had everything paid for and we was coming off the lot but they had an no return policy for used cars. They will forever lose my business and I will be happy to keep posting everyday about this company because they didnt inspect the car like they said we found an old check from years ago I mean like 10 years old. Ive already spent more money fixing it then buying it. So for everyone just an advice I would go else where and do business with someone else that deserves the money .

Courtesy GMC had a contact with Jimmy Britt Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram of Dublin, Georgia to repair front seat controls in our 2013 GMC Yukon XL Denali.The main one was the front passenger seats back was frozen in the 90° up position.Courtesy (after finally getting all parts [supposedly] delayed by COVID-19 plant shutdown) after originally saying it would take 12 hours to do the repairs, ended up taking several days.When they said our vehicle was finished and it was picked up, the passenger seat still wasnt fixed.In fact the forward and backward function wasnt working and the recline of the seat still wasnt fixed.The service manager claimed that the recline was working when the car was brought in to them, and the back and forth wasnt working so they replaced its motor.They admitted it still wasnt working,Specifically when we took the Denali in to get an estimate for the repair, it was for the recline on that seat, which shows on the invoice (The estimate cost us $107.)We were told that they contacted Jimmy Brittt CDJR in GA and were told that entity wouldnt pay for the recline motor.Naturally that dealership would pay for. It because that was the one they agreed to have replaced, and Courtesy messed up by not doing what was needed to be done according to the estimate .Courtesy wont face up to it being THEIR MISTAKE and make good on it. Honestly I dont think the ones in their service department knew how to make the repairs properly.Personally I Havent been able to ride in the vehicle as I have disabilities from the military that I cant get in the vehicle without the back reclined and seat all the way back. My wife is my driver, and her seat was properly fixed.We bought the vehicle on Jan. 23, 2020 and I still havent ridden in it.Im going to complain to GMC and hopefully they will make Courtesy expedite fixing my seat quickly, and admitting the made a grave mistake and do satisfactory work to my approval.

I bring my Chevy Trax here for service. They have completed repairs but they are a little slow( 1 1/2 hours for an oil change). I have no complaints about the quality of service. I also recently bought a pre-owned Jeep from them. Very happy with this dealership.

Bought a used vehicle, was told it had a clean record, was the easiest buying experience weve had. 2 years later we go to trade the car we bought from courtesy and it is flagged as having been in an accident prior to us purchasing it. now I know why they were so prompt in selling it and getting us out the door. Dishonest sales. we will be seeking legal advice for dealer fraud.

Person was nice on the phone and helpful but obviously didnt know what they were talking about. Currently trying to restore my 85 Monte Carlo and cant find my pain code. I call in and give my bin number and are told my car is to old to be looked up in their system for a paint code but they would see if they could. They tell me I need to look on my door panel or glove box for it, after I explained to them it is not there. I was then told to look in my trunk because it would be there. Nothing is in my trunk telling of the paint code, not even any signs of a worn off sticker as like on my door panel.Im pretty sure there is a way to look up the paint code for a I ccar othis oan give it to a body shop. If there wasnt you wouldnt be seeing these oode cars getting restored.

Went 4 months ago to look at a preowned suv and was gonna trade my 2015 car in on an 08 that was listed at the same price of my trade in and price was still 11400 to get the suv and the entire time we were trying to make a deal they left the keys to my car in it on the lot with the windows down and upon questioning they told me that’s how they do it they always leave the keys in the car and they wouldn’t budge on the price the main sales manager was very offensive and kept acting hostile I wouldn’t recommend dealing with them especially if your trying to trade in a car

If your from out of state they will RIP you off was on vacation and the front brakes were hanging up and with experience with this problem I told them to check the master cylinder and they didnt they came back and said that both front calipers were bad along with the hoses so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and let them do it ( supplying my own parts ) 4 and a half hours went by they cam back and said all the parts were replaced and the problem was still happening I asked the did they check the master cylinder and they said no so another half hour went by they came out and said it was fixed the rod on the master cylinder needed adjusted was their almost 6 hours, spent 250.00 in parts that were not needed and 557.00 in labor a Job that would have taken an hour took almost 6 hours and maybe 100.00 to do but cost me 800.00 needless to say I will be talking to gm about this
