PLEASE..... Update, clean and remodel showers. Theres no reason for an exit WITH TWO PILOTS to not be exceptional.Three stars because the staff are all very nice, easy parking most times and plenty of reserved available. Im not sure what is going on with the break room / game room?Wendys is actually pretty solid for fast food but needs a little help in the dining room with table wipe down. Most likely staffing issue like everywhere else these days.Please remodel and update the showers and add app linked showers. Thanks

Not the best showers for cleanliness at this location.I would say these are at least 20 yrs old and pretty run down.place is in need of serious remodeling job.mold in shower number 1 and the shower is stained with grime.won’t stop here again

Ive never heard such a bunch of babies I guess you havent served on US Navy ship I appreciate this shower 4 in the morning and the girl was polite go take a bath down by the river

Of you need a shower go somewhere else, would be much better. Its a old wilco that pilot has either forgotten or just dont care. People are nice thats about it.

I turned to the Assistant and the manager of the track stop pilot To replace the portable refrigerator I bought two weeks ago. In the course of which I was refused to replace my purchase as I did not save the Huge box for him. The assistant absolutely does not know how to talk with clients, behaves aggressively in an orderly tone, expresses his questions and answers. Then I turned to the manager who could not help me either, saying that I had to keep this huge box in which I see absolutely no point. I have presented the purchase receipt + the product itself, Which I think is enough for a refund or replacement. I strongly do not recommend using the services of this track stop, as the staff here are terrible and without control.

Shower, cleanliness, hospitality from Pilot and Wendys Chili was worth the stop over.

If I knew the showers was this old and really nasty with no automatic check in, I probably wouldnt have even stopped here! A major need for remodel!!!! The only plus side is that the parking lot for trucks is huge. Makes it easy for rookies to park, and gives a place for the late driving warriors to park safely.

I left feeling dirty. The shower water smells like sulfur. The second star is because the parking lot is freshly paved.

Why would wendy drive thru be open but walk in closed dont make sense. But to keep it equally yall should put a sign only walk ups allowed til walk in are allowed

This is one of the most run down Pilots with staff, while friendly, dont care. At 0530 the coffee pots are almost empty. Some are and the others you were getting whats at the bottom. The showers are old, I mean as they were when this was a Wilco over.

A nice Pilot gas station that has good fuel prices and donuts too. Easy to get into and out of also. It also has a really nice large parking lot to park in out back

Nasty, I go in to take a shower I dont care that its not remodelled that its not perfect but when the shower curtain is so crusty that you cant see through the clear plastic its time to put a new one on.. Lady on duty says I know It needs to be remodelled I dont care about remodelled I care about freakin being able to see through a clear plastic shower curtain.. Do you think I want some old crusty shower curtain touching me NO I DONT.. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I came here.. I should have known it was a bad start when theres no fuel at the pilot today.. I know I wont be back to take a shower here..

The fuel islands are in good shape for big trucks. The showers are clean but old and need upgrading. The Wendys is under construction (as of this writing) and only open for drive through, if you need food youre SOL. All the folks that work inside are great people. If you need fuel its okay, but no food and the showers are iffy. Great parking lot and good folks.

3:30 am NO SHOWERS IN USE OR CLEANED (workers standing around & say they dont have time to clean), Place is dirty, both ICE MACHINES BROKE. GOT ME ONCE, SHAME ON YOU. THERE WONT BE A TWICE!!!

Such friendly service! Our battery died after getting gas, and the staff was so kind to go out of their way to help us get back on our way. Such a blessing!

WoW. What a Dump. NO P.J. Fresh. This old Wilco / pilot has never been remodeled. Shower are ??? Smells stale. Might need a tetanus shot after leaving here. Don’t stop here.

Easy pull in for RV, travel trailers with dedicated pumps. Much easier than across the street!

Large parking lot usually clean parking lot, same with bathrooms. However if you want hot food dont stop here wendys is closed after 8pm and unless you are willing to stand out in the rain waiting for your food at the drive through after 6am is closed until 9am.

Dump station was closed and removed. No paper at pumps. This is the second pilot o stopped at along 95 that disappointed today

Outside this Pilot looks very clean and updated. The Wendys was nice and modern, the parking lot is well lit and easy to navigate. The staff were very friendly and polite but the showers are a real sore spot to this Pilot. They are very old, and falling apart. Also there are no electronic locks so you cant reserve a shower through the app or even at the kiosk. Its really hard for me to understand why Pilot would spend so much updating the look and feel of this store and then completely skip the showers.

Nastiest showers Ive seen in forever. The whole store was old outdated and nasty. I made the mistake of eating at the Wendys and it was as dirty as the showers...They gave my food to another customer and when he brought the bag back they just handed it to me, totally nasty. Go to the flying j across the interstate if you have to stop at this exit... This location needs to be torn down and rebuilt, a face lift remodel wouldnt save this building.

Quick stop to refuel on our way south. Gas was cheaper here than most places we had seen. Plenty of pumps and parking area. Inside was clean as well. Quick getting on and off the highway

Places okay its been recently renovated it has showers it has a Wendys coffee selection was not that great and for breakfast items didnt have too many. It would be nice if there was a restaurant that was opened early in the morning and also washing and drying machines other than that this pilot is a fairly clean to stop

Friendly staff and clean restrooms. The Wendys on site was quick to get our order and the food was fresh. Little tight in room to maneuver on the pumps with a trailer but not terrible.

I was able to get the items I needed and the price wasnt bad. Plus, the cashier was very courteous and prompt with her service. I like service like that and a place of business that has what I want in ways of snacks, but isnt totally gouging my pockets!! YOU ALWAYS GET MY BUSINESS When Im on the road traveling!!🤗😁😍

Was given a shower that hadnt been cleaned. Their showers make you feel like your in a Venezuelan brothel. Filthy showers. Keypad on the fuel pump didnt work.

The staff being friendly is the only saving grace for this location. My husband (truck driver) and I stopped for the night and to shower. The showers are more than old they are nasty.

It gets the job done but its a mess. The drink selection is oddly limited in some categories and over abundant in others. Also, a number of pumps werent accepting cards when I was there.

Stopped for gas and munchies. In and out.

No hot food ready. Restaurant was closed.Bathrooms didnt smell or look to clean. Locks on stall doors missing parts.Not a great experience to say the least.I see some improvements are being made so hopefully youre already aware this location is in need.

The service is top notch...very personable. Two employees helped me at this location: one lady signed me up for the pilot rewards card and a young man explained to me how to get back on I 95S....efficient, professional and always has the customer their #1 focus!!

Stopped here yesterday before going to Wendys stopped to use restroom. One stall had piss and tp everywhere,had not been flushed or cleaned up. Today went in, toilet stall hadnt been touched. Asked cashier if they had people to clean them,she replied yes. I told her thats funny because one stall in restroom looked the same as it did yesterday... Showers,and toilets should be cleaned with strong bleach water several times daily. toilets looked like they hadnt been properly cleaned in years!!!! Disgusting..Yesterday whole building smelled like sewer,or soured mop water,food court the smell almost make you puke...Today odor not as bad...Pretty disappointed in over all,only thing good was staff very pleasant and friendly....BLEACH PEOPLE BLEACH

Not the best. You would think with so much truck parking that it would be great. But the showers were scary. Needing to be cleaned & really should be kept up better. But okay restrooms.

Be very careful using your card at the pump. An attempt was made to take 157.00 dollars on my card. Luckily my bank caught it. Card security at the pump sucks. Use your card inside.

This Wendys is disgusting and dont plan on getting in and out in 15 minutes. How is there no one on the grill with 20 people in line? All the workers disappeared when customers started to pile up. The lady that decided to run the register 25% of the time had on her apron to also prepare food without washing her hands. Meanwhile another worker was more concerned with getting cupholders instead of being more productive. The dining area was not being tended to as trash was all over the counters where you get the condiments.

We RV in our motorhome so its nice that we can reserve a parking Lane and be reasonably assured that we have a parking spot when we arrive. Bonus... We can refuel on the way out👍

Excellent place to pull off the highway to meet your traveling needs. Fuel, showers, food and various drinks and not necessarily in that order.

Clean, well stocked and great selection of all things food, snack and travel related. And very friendly people, always smiling.

Very clean. A great variety of drinks and snack food. The only complaint I have is they do not have cappuccino to drink. I will return to the store as needed.

Bathrooms are in desperate need of remodel.Pilot know for having some of the best coffee on the interstate has decided to have a Dunkin Donuts express at this location. Not a real Dunkin’ Donuts.Come on Pilot and Warren Buffet haven’t you made enough money off of reserved parking to give this location a little love??Parking lot is big with plenty of room to maneuver. Probably the least amount of reserved spots I’ve seen at a TS.

This is for Wendys I order a simple breakfast 2 sausage biscuits and a chicken biscuits, I received my 2 sausage biscuits and a biscuit no chicken so I will not be stopping there so if you do check your order before U leave!!!!! Not happy👎😡

Good thing it’s a new Pilot at the other side of the interstate....here is a woman who is always pregnant and when she see somebody coming to her register she run to do something else....maybe i am a ugly looking guy but this is a bussines...if i want to hook up to a girl i go to a bar or somewhere else...and for sure i will not look for a pregnant one...Thanks to her, this location who i used to fuel here every other day...lost this customer...i wonder how many clients like me were lost for this lady...Nobody needs this kind of persons...men or women....

They give my old coffee and when I asked for a fresh cup of coffee they smile in my face and said drink coffee you have were not your personal maid

Best gas prices in town. Easy access off interstae. It has a Dennys next door. It does a lot of business and the lines are handled pretty quickly.

The maintenance guy spoke as I walked in, he seemed to be very friendly. Went over to Wendys, closed inside for renovations, well I hope the renovations improve the service, just wanted something to eat, knew I should have went across the interstate to the other one. Pilot spent aloft of money on that store, and treats the other one like a red headed step child. The lady making coffee, for sure didnt want to be there. The fountain drink machine, the Mt. Dew side spits at you when you let go of the button. In review, Pilot put some time into this store. Get off your backside and get it done.

Trucks parked everywhere cant get through the parking lot. Cant get off the scale because trucks parked there. The app will not hook to the store because they upgraded the app that no longer works. The old app work just fine the new app doesnt work. Go across the street to the Loves!

The staff here is very friendly. The Wendys was not the cleanest but they do have a video slots room and an old coin machine... which was kinda cool!

Dont shower here. Theyre old plastic shower inserts that havent had an actual cleaning in years. The staff are awesome though, so it helped with the lack of suitable facilities.
