This was my first time here the staff is amazing and so helpful Ive been going to pharmacies looking for makeup untill I walked in and the lady found me exactly what I needed I was very satisfied with my purchase and experience here

I wanna start my review by saying I know this is not the employees fault, but honestly they should just close and sell online if they are gonna have such extreme covid precautions. I went in here wanting to buy foundation, and was told I couldnt touch anything. Thats insane to me. I want to match something to my skin tone, but I cant even pick up a tube of sealed concealer and hold it against my skin. Samples are not out either. I was directed to look at swatches on the IPad. If thats all I can do, I might as well stay home and order everything online. Employees were nice, but seems like all they do it direct you toward the iPad, and then spray alcohol on the items after you have been in that area. Stick to online shopping.

Its a little expensive and unfortunately they dont do your makeup for you because its inside of JCPenney. However the staff is usually very helpful for the most part to whatever limited extent that they are allowed to be. I spent $30 on a green eyeshadow palette but my makeup was Poppin and thats what matters you get what you pay for.😁😎

My wife and I went in last Sunday. It was the first time either of us had been here. There was only one young lady working(Athena) but she did great splitting her time between the register and customers. She was extremely helpful and took time time to answer all our questions. Price is definately on the higher end but the products are better than CVS or Walmart. Thank you Athena, we will definately be in again.

The employee I dealt with was incredibly rude. None of the samples were out because of covid. Fine, no big deal. I opened a $40 palette of eye shadow that I planned on buying so I could see the colors. She yelled at me asking if I had planned on buying it. Even after I said yes, she continued to belittle me about opening the make up. And when I checked out( with over $100 worth of make up and the palette I opened), she was less than helpful. We asked asked a simple question about a product and her response was short and nasty.

Went in looking for my shade in foundation and concealer during black friday was told theyre sold out but they are getting a new shipment that night to come in the morning, okay cool. Next day, literally in the MORNING the same amount of makeup was displayed and I asked if she could look in the back and was told everything was put out in the front and if theyre not visible then its sold out. COOL! Went online to order and in store pickup was available which was HIGHLY annoying considering I went in not even a couple hours ago and was told by 2 girls that they had nothing available. Please do your jobs it literally takes 10 minutes to just look in the back. So now i am going in on my 3rd visit which could have been avoided if someone just did their job.

They have good makeup but extremely rude employees..After I got home and checked my bank account I realized that I was charged twice, so I went bank to the store to inform them and they pretty much brushed me off . They were very rude and unprofessional. So now I have to call USAA and dispute the transaction and try to get my money back..I wont be shopping at Sephora any more.

I had the worst experience here ever. I decided to get my makeup done at this Sephora for my graduation ceremony so I was really excited for my make over. The one who did my makeup was VERY sweet and nice. It was great customer service, but the makeup look was horrendous. I didn’t get what I asked for. I made sure i wasn’t the only one who didn’t agree on the look so I called some family members and they all said the same thing that i looked ridiculous. My eyebrows were horrifying, and the eyeshadow wasn’t blended at all. It looked like it was being done by a beginner. The only thing that looked DECENT was my contour, my lipstick, and the foundation she gave me for free for messing up my makeup and wasting my time. She tried to fix the look for me to make me somewhat content with the look, but i made her take it off considering I looked like a damn clown. I left out of there IN TEARS. I had to do my own makeup and i almost didn’t make it to my OWN graduation ceremony.Don’t waste your time here if you have special events you have to go too and have to be there on time because you’ll end up having to do your own makeup whenever you leave.

This is a tiny spot with a good little selection..the try on make up looks unappealing and like kids just played in it.. they had no mascara to try on and only one worker who was doing someones makeup and ringing up customers... If you already know what you want, you might be better off ordering online .

Van is super awesome! I’ve never really purchased anything from Sephora, or any higher end makeup for that matter. I told van my skin concerns and what I wanted in a foundation and she was so patient with me and answered all my questions. I later determined that the color that she’d matched me with was a little too yellow for my liking. I wasn’t mad or anything and when I brought it back to exchange, Van remembered me and apologized up and down about matching the incorrect color (mistakes happen, and I have a really weird patchy skin tone anyway!) She is so sweet and helpful and I feel so much more comfortable going into Sephora because of her.

Went in looking for the new Kush mascara yesterday and the workers were completely rude. They ignored me and I over heard them say we had a whole box of those yesterday, so I chimed in and said you guys had a full box of them and the black lady said what the hell is she talking about. I just said never mind and left. Rude for no absolute reason.

The store manager (i believe her name is lisa, black sholder length hair, possibly Hispanic) was amazing... i want to make sure she gets credit thats why i am adding details of her look. I have very sensitive skin asked so many questions and NOT once did she make me feel as if she was annoyed, every product she gave me she explained step by step. Thank you... i have already mad an order online. I will return because of her customer service.

I went into Sephora in Killeen Today & needed a color match for my foundation. I asked a girl that worked there, her name was Stephanie and she was AWESOME! She not only color matched my foundation, she informed me of my skin type, a way to get rid of dry spots and different primers that work well on my face. She actually took her time to properly match my foundation. She then showed me what the benefits of finishing powder were and even applied this awesome finishing spray. The visit to sephora was VERY pleasant & I really enjoyed visiting with Stephanie today.

ALISSA helped me and my mom tonight! She. Was. Awesome! I told her about the horrible experience I had at Ulta and how badly me and my mom were treated at Ulta. And she went above and beyond for me, even gave me samples on moisturizer since that’s what I was looking for at Ulta and was judged at Ulta. She didn’t even judge me! I’ve always came to sephora for my makeup but me and my mom were in heights and went to Ulta for the first time in a looong time. The manager and Alissa went so above and beyond for me and like I said before DIDNT judge me at all. Even tho the store is smaller then Ulta, it doesn’t matter! The makeup selection is great and the customer service is amazing! She was so nice to me and that is my go-to makeup store 100%! Thank you guys so much for being so nice and understanding!
