I had been trying to find a car for 2 weeks and had nothing but stress and over priced vehicles until I found out Hertz sold cars! In the same day I contacted Michellie Marshall over at the Killeen office for Hertz Auto sales I was in a great car at an even better price. To top it off, I am new to the area and couldnt find a Lyft or Uber driver in my area and she actually came out to pick me up and let me test drive the car back to the lot. Talk about above and beyond. Working with Michellie and the other folks over at the Killeen office was a pleasure and I am glad I found them before I wasted my money elsewhere.

Now the salesman there are very helpful, informative and nice but i had purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Sonic back in September of 2019, I haven’t had this car for a full year yet and it constantly has been in and out of the shop 5 times in the last couple of weeks, i take it to the shop to get fixed and literally a day later there’s another problem with it, i put all my hard earned money on this car and this was supposed to be my first car and it turned out to be a horrible experience. This will be my last damn time buying a car from Hertz !!

My husband told me that rental car companies sell their rental cars so I literally looked up a car on the hertz website, picked out the car that I wanted, filled out an application and that night my husband had a car. It was quick and easy. Fastest place that I have ever experienced in buying a car. Good credit helps but still thats my kind of service.

Being objective. Strong smell of Marijuana as you walk into door. Offered me 7,500 thousand less than KBB trade in and their online trade in tool. Salesman had no clue about the online tool from their website. Said Marijuana smell was from customers even though the smell was just as strong after 15 minutes with no customers.

We bought 2 cars here with great price:) Everyone was very nice here. Michelle was very friendly and very kind. She was so patient with us. She tried to help and patiently answered million questions I have asked. Lol. Thanks so much Hertz Killeen, thanks Michelle:)

After spending MONTHS looking for a van, we were finally able to get one (Praise The Lord Jesus) from this Hertz. It was hassle free and although we used our own financing, Mr.John helped us out to where when we arrived, our paperwork was taken care of and we was able to ride off in a van that we desperately needed the same day. Thank you Lord, Mr. John and Mr.Matt from financing. Would go here again.

The Cars are great and the value/price is excellent compared to other used car dealers. The warranty is good to have, but the customer service is just terrible. Dont expect in Hertz anyone to go out of their way to help you if you have an issue with finance or part that may be needed for the car. You are on your own after the purchase.

Went to Hertz Auto Sales in Killeen, TX yesterday and it was the worst experience. I talked to John before coming from AUSTIN, AFTER WORK with my husband and 2 kids. John told me the vehicle I was looking at was in magnificent showroom shape. We got there and some other dude came out and said John left for the day We dont have that vehicle in stock If we did have that vehicle it would be around 16k. We pulled up the online listing that showed the vehicle being in stock for 12,900. The dude we were talking to said he would have John reach out to us to try to recover the mess up and he would have that listing taken down or corrected. I have yet to hear from John and the listing is still the same, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. DO NOT go to this place. I do want to give a big Thank you to Hertz for the learning experience.

I just bought a car from here and couldnt be more pleased with the experience. Of course I had some concerns about buying a former rental, but Hertz gave me a warranty on top of the remaining manufacturer warranty. The do not negotiate the pricing as the corporate office sets the pricing (like a Carmax). Car was extremely clean and the process was very streamlined.

Great place to buy a car! We came from OKC because of the super service we were given. They held a car in the color my wife wanted while we sold some stocks. Saleslady, Shelly was super! She picked me up at the airport.

I was very disappointed in our experience here. I called ahead and confirmed the availability of two specific cars to test drive. When I arrived, only the more expensive one was available, and the salesperson would not give us a straight answer about the other vehicle. Complete waste of a morning.

Garbage there always problems with my girlfriend car. She hasn’t had the car for a year and now her car just randomly dies for no reason. Never will buy a car from here again !! This would be 4th time in 3 weeks bring it to the shop for a problem!!

I had a reservation at Hertz in 4100 East Stan Schlueter and they were gone before the closing time. I called the service number and the lady was very rude and uncooperative. Told me to go to the Airport that they would honor the reservation which was not true when I called the Airport. The rental rate was not honored as I was told. Thanks to Josh Guest who was very professional and did an outstanding job to got me a rental close to the original rate. I want to commend Josh for an excellent job.

Horrible business practice. The sales person lied about having a car on the lot I inquired about so I would drive all the way there for her to show me a list of all other cars and tell me how she can get me into something else.
