Roland and his team did a great job painting my bumper on my 2016 340i. The paint match was perfect. I had a few concerns after picking it up and I was able to come back and be took care of me right away. I’ll be back to care of a few more cosmetic things. Real down to earth dude and he makes sure his customers are satisfied.

So as you can see my car was pretty banged and I’m still shocked on how quickly I received it and how great it looked! Danny and Ronald were the absolute best !! I literally felt at home. Excellent customer service and very understanding. My day started off bad with the getting a dent in my car. Fortunately first place my wife and I called was High Quality Collision. They were able to work with us and finish the body work the same day. They managed to fit us in and even worked after hours to fix our car. I highly recommend this repair shop.

I have zero affiliation with anyone here! I drove up and told them I needed a spoiler painted and they quoted me a price that was over $150 lower than other shops in downtown Killeen. Naturally I was skeptical, but I am cheap lol it’s not my dream car or nothing! Service was nothing short of incredible, from walking up being greeted and quoted in minutes to scheduling a time to drop off the part and what time to pick it up, AND they were on time finished same day! And there was zero complaints about the paint quality/craftsmanship on the spoiler! If I known itd be this easy I wouldn’t have kept an unpainted spoiler in my trunk for 6 months lol seriously, I would refer anyone for anything car related to these guys just because they are good, honest people with great character! First google review but they deserve it man, God Bless!

Ron and his team have been very helpful. My car was fixed beautifully after being sideswiped. Working with my insurance (Amica) was painless with them as well. I found a little problem afterwards and they fixed it right away without a question. They were communicative during the repair process as well. They treated me very well and took great care of my car.

There are good mechanics out there but its rare youd meet ones as GREAT as Ron and ALL THE MECHANICS at High Quality. The repairs on my vehicle after the accident made my vehicle look brand new. After some time passed I encountered other issues with my vehicle and took it to a closer shop for convenience.... BIG MISTAKE. So calling High Quality Collision Shop for help seemed like a stretch but low and behold THE STAFF and Ron again came to the rescue. I was guided thru the use of equipment used to prove the results showing the issues step by step (in 106 degree weather) and problem fixed. Thank again HIGH QUALITY you guys are true to your name.

I was referred by Tammy from Quality Auto Glass to come here to have my break light bulb replaced. I found the staff here hard at work when I approached a gentleman and advised him of my issue. Without hesitation he began removing the housing to my tail light and gave me the bulb (Thank God lol) to take across the street to Oriellys to replace. I LITERALLY was there less than 5 minutes before he was finished! They didnt charge me a single penny and even the owner came out to greet me! I was so shocked I even offered cash app to which they refused lol Times are so hard right now for ALOT of people and i had just purchased a new windshield minutes before.
