I have been to this Home Depot many times within the past few weeks. I have come here and now bought four different wheelbarrows. I have to be honest and say that I understand why the Home Depot outperforms Lowes when looking at it from the stock market perspective. The customer service provided by Home Depot employees being one Nadine, and Ashley is truly a cut above the rest. My frustration of buying bad products from this location will not outshine the outstanding customer service that I have received. Its a standard that deserves to be recorded and shown to new employees on how to provide exemplary customer service to people. Every time I have come in to return a wheelbarrow they have been more than accommodating and going above and beyond the Call of Duty to make sure that I am happy and that is something that you cannot pay for and its very much appreciated.

Needed back sprayer, no longer on display, two employees came to the rescue. Found it on top rack, 20 up, brought in a special forklift to retrieve.Was amazed at customer service, friendliness and patience with project.Great example of how customer service is the way to bring back customer.

I bought a palette of laminate totaling to roughly 2100 lbs, more than half of them are damaged. I set up a return which was setup by Home Depot for NSD to come get. The driver showed up in a freight truck and said he couldnt pick it up and would call or text to come back later that day. The driver never contacted me nor has he come back in the last week. I have contacted Home Depot every day trying to set up a pick up to return this palette. I have tried speaking to different representatives and a supervisor who have all given be different answers depending on who I speak to. I just need to retun this damaged palette of laminate so I can purchase different flooring.

I have never experienced this bad of customer service than at this location, both times I have tried to visit. Can never find anyone to help you. I had such a bad experience the first time that I tried to make an online purchase instead to minimize interaction with employees. However, when I tried to pickup the order (which mind you was only partially fulfilled because their items in stock vs the website are not in sync), the employees ignored us. They had 3 people in the pickup area at that point in time. Only 1 person was helping a person who had a cart full of returns. The other employees were just standing around and wouldnt even acknowledge us. Finally after 10 minutes of waiting in line, we just decided to leave. I cant even make an online pickup order at this location! Highly recommend going to ACE, Lowes, Home Base in Copperas, or anywhere else!

Killeen TX home depot is the worst business I have ever had the complete unfortune of dealing with. GO TO Lowes. HOME DEPOT will repeatedly lie to you on the install and delivery services

Been going here for years.No more.No one knows their as from a hole in the ground now.

We went in to get a toilet. When we got to the correct aisle, we realized we forgot to bring a flatbed cart to take it to the register. There were two employees in the aisle, and we asked where the closest flatbed carts were. We are senior citizens, and it would have been nice for one of the employees to get us one. But no. It was outside the front of the store. If we would have been at Lowes, I am sure an employee would have at least offered to get us one. Not here though.

Mrs Debra was the best she didnt work in customer service but she came and help Mr Dan today I was there over a hour and half waiting to return some wood even though I had got the runner around .Mrs Debra came to the rescue. I THANK HER FOR HER PROFESSIONALISM.Thank u Mrs Debra

Home Depot usually has 7 of the 10 things youre looking for. Its like theyre holding on to the old ways of doing things instead of modernizing like Lowes. Everytime I give them another chance I still end up going to Lowes for at least one of the items Im looking for. The employees are very nice and helpful though and thats half the battle.

Shopped along with my boyfriend ( like a kid in a candy store) I usually just mosey along while he shops and looks at tools, however this trip I found a wood burning kit and Im pretty excited to try it out. We had a return also and it went so smoothly. Very happy with a trip to Home Depot today.

As far as home depots go, its the usual. They did an outstanding job when the pandemic hit of managing how many people could be in or out and even ensured customers had shade while waiting. Staff is pretty friendly if not extremely busy. Go here often.

This Home depot is standard fare except that it does seem to be really busy on weekends.One annoyance I keep having with this location is the online inventory vs real life is hit or miss. Several times now I seen a item in stock on website only to drive there an see it is not.

Always have a good selection of healthy plants and of course the military discount makes shopping here ideal

I was in Home Depot today picking up a couple items. My boyfriend and I were walking through the garden center about to enter the main store. There was an older couple there talking to one of the Home Depot associates! The associate asked this older couple do you have a cart? They answered “No” we don’t! She politely said I’ll go get you one!! Then she asked them if the items on the ground was theirs and they said “yes they are” she said “I’ll go get your cart, then I’ll put your items in there and I’ll bring them to you!! We walked in to the main store behind her and I asked her what is your name and she said Ester! I said that was so sweet of you and I’m going to write a nice review for you! That’s outstanding customer service!! Way to go Ester!! We need more people in this world like Ester!

Bought shelving, plastic containers, and free standing shelving units. My craft room looks amazingly organized. Now Im able to see my yarn and fabric.

We shop here fairly often for our home and lawn needs. Items are usually well stocked and their app makes it easier to find things. Overall, the cashiers, wood cutters, and employees are helpful and friendly, except the front door lady. Not sure if she’s a greeter, mask enforcer, or mannequin.

Great clean, friendly place! They’ve gotten much better at in-store pickup and returns! I was in and out quickly at my last visit, and I’ve waited quite a bit before so I was impressed at how well the wait times were handled.

I always had disappointed experiences here, so I stopped shopping here for awhile. A couple of days ago, I gave it another try just to have another bad experience. I purchased 5 mirrors online. The next day I went there(driving from Austin) to pick them up and they only had 2. My whole project is now on hold until I find all I need. So frustrating.

I always enjoy the customer service and easy to find items needed for the job.

Its a big box store, not much to say. Good luck trying to find people to help you.

I had a special order for 2 windows and went to pick them up after waiting for them for a month and a half The CSRS look lost like they dont know whats going on or even care. A couple of them make eye contact with you, then ignore you. Theres no greeting at all, like were inconveniencing them and they dont have time for us. News Flash; without customers, you wouldnt have a job or if you dont like the job, LEAVE.It took us 2 hours to pick up our windows. I went to aisle 22 the end cap to check for my order. One window was there but was damaged, returned that, the other, dont know where that one is. Absolutely Ridiculous!

Bit annoyed. We asked for help in the powertools, they made a few calls for associate to isle 12 and no one showed up to help. Waited about 20 minutes in total for literally anyone and I still had to go find someone, but since they were from a different department they couldnt really help us. (He gave it his best try, Ill give him that.)

Very displeased with the Killeen Home Depot my wife and I go there almost daily for our company and today she went and her being 6 months prego figured someone would help her so she finally had to call me so I left work to come help her get the stuff she was wanted to buy not one employee offered her help and when she asked the pro desk they said it would be a while. I get there and there are employees standing around…

It has a good selection of home improvement items. Their curbside pickup is extremely easy. The staff inside is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The employee helped me immensely in finding specific parts to fabricate a device for my motorcycle. It was great to have help from someone who knew where all the individual parts in the fastener section was.

Worst experience I have ever had a home depot ... the employees there are pretty much begging you to go to a competitor..We had to wait 30 mins to get tools unlocked for us to purchase is it took that long to find someone who had access to the locks 5 employees and no one could unlocked ... if it was for the vendor we wouldnt have purchased anything as she saw an opportunity to sell her tools.. good for her .. she is the only reason I gave a 2 and she doesnt even work there ....

Since my earlier visits it appears they have improved on their customer service & employee interaction.being approached by employees asking to assist is really an improvement.

Garden center help needs to be replaced. I went in to get 30 bags of top soil. After calling for the manager 5 times we finally got someone to load it only when she came with it on the forklift to say load enough for me to hear son of a ... bc was a SVU and not a pickup sorry not everyone can have pickups if you didnt charge arm and leg for shipping maybe you would not have to deal with this issue. Also mind you this was after having to wait 20min for someone to even get it brought to me. This is not the first time and probably not the last since I no longer let my 70yr old mother go bc they make her laod this herself

No one knows where anything is located at in their store asked 7 workers and they all looked at me as if I was crazy. Lol the nerve. I wouldnt go there again .use ace hardware great customer service and they know where all their products are located.

Exchange my propane tank here they got this cool new machine just go inside and pay and then you put a code number into the machine open the door and you get a new tank great customer service love to store

Its a typical Home Depot when it comes to cleanliness and organization. The staff are what put this store over the top. They were extremely friendly, from the door greeters to the cashiers, and everyone in between. All employees I encountered were happy and eager to help out a customer. Recommend!

Worst place ever. Not only are most of the employees so stressed out and unfriendly to the customer. For this visit I ordered online to pick up curbside. Worst mistake ever. I had ordered some garden soil from miracle grow online because there was a sale that would apply online only. It took them a total of 1.5 HOURS to collect my order. Maybe they had to dig that dirt up first and package that. What a shame Home Depot. As I am typing this, I’m still waiting on my order to be dug up, packaged and loaded onto my vehicle. What a shame. WARNING to all. Do not and I repeat, do NOT PICK UP CURBSIDE.

Returns need more experience folks to be honest, lady had our order which needed a refund on hoses from washer and dryer. Kept telling us we had no refund had to get someone else to do it for them.

I scheduled an estimate for a privacy fence through the location in Killeen. On May 28th the contractor came out to measure for the estimate and we agreed on what type of wood. He said he would call or email with the estimate. Today is June 12th and I havent heard a word back. I cant find a way to contact Home Depot besides by phone. I dont have the kind of time to be on hold. Im going with someone else. Very disappointed.

They always have what i needed. But, services are not as freindly as it was before. To include, information as to what line goes to pick-up or customer service, or turn-ins. Computer/registers, need to maintain service on them. Having 1 or 2 crash is mever a good thing especially when customers are waiting TOO long in the line.

Employees are always helpful. Shoppers are occasionally rude. I shop here once a week.

I ordered online for in-store pick up. Myself and another gentleman were waiting in the PICK UP area where the signs said CUSTOMER SERVICE / PICK UP... We did not get in the line that was clearly marked RETURNS.... as I was first in line clearly, at least 4 CSR looked at me, made eye contact with me and said absolutely NOTHING TO ME. When one of the rude CSRs asked for the next in line AT RETURNS... The gentleman next to me explained, have they been skipping you to which THEN the CSR INFORMED us that we needed to go to the return line.The gentleman angrily left and I was about to cancel my order when curbside was offered on app. I used the curbside, which I believe was quick due to them closing the area. The CSR who got my order Def appeared to be wanting to be some where else and just uninterested. Worse experience ever

Home Depot is usually one of my favorite home improvement stores, however, this particular store had almost no selection of anything that I was looking for. Limited choices when trying to piece together a 4 or5 point crown moulding piece just doesnt cut itThey didnt have the nails I needed nor hinges and only 2 types of finish on the door stops I needed. The only saving grace was the employees themselves. They were helpful in as far as they could goA+ for the associates..... D- for product variety and selection...

This place is a joke avoid at all cost four people who work there standing around talking ask help getting something down from top shelf and was told not my problem. They paged for someone else to come but after 45 minutes of waiting we left.

Lady (about 63 tall, blond hair) who walked outside with me to gardening from the customer svc desk was extremely helpful.

Everyone passing works there but cant answer a question, Ill get someone for you and no one ever shows up. It was a wasted 15 minutes. Thank God for Lowes plus they offer a military discount.
