The prices are high but this is the norm for Key West, they are more than competitive with other local shops. I have always been treated with respect and my knowledge was not discounted. There are only two things that keep them from 5 stars, first is they offer a shuttle but cant get me because I live 8 miles away. Second is a lack of communication between departments. Over all they are my shop for things I dont want to do or dont have the tools for.

Brought my Ram 1500 Eco Diesel in for repair. Regina was my service advisor. She was efficient and communicated well. The diesel tech had my problem fixed quickly. The price was reasonable. Altogether a good experience, especially in these times where good employees are so hard to find and retain.

If I could Id give no stars and write a review. We called to make sure we could come in same day to look at cars. They told us they opened at 10 and booked us for an 11 appointment. We called back at 11 because the door was locked and they said theyll get to us at 11:30. 11:45 rolls around and the door is still locked. Call back again and they tell us their closed for the day. Not ok. You should know your hours and should know when you can see customers. You shouldnt tell them times when youre not sure. This is not good customer service!

Had my Jeep taken here to have some issues looked into and some recall work. Victor with the service department promptly attempted to rip me off as best he could. Quoted a $2000 transmission without even opening the hood. Tried to charge $180 to plug it into the diagnostic machine which should have been included with the recall work but could not provide a print out for the test when requested. Victor went outside and got into the car while I was waiting for the printout that they “usually throw in the trash” and said he needed to bring the Jeep back to “hook it up to the WiFi, for the report” and got very upset and aggressive when I told him that I understood that he was trying to rip me off and told me to leave without paying. Highly recommend not taking any vehicles here to be serviced.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Not only did they tell me they fixed the same issue 2 different times and charge me $250 then $650 respectively, when the issue arose once again they tried to charge me another $300. When I said I wouldnt pay and just wanted my car back, they said Id be charged a checkout fee of $100. I had to pay or they would have kept my car. Dont go here ever.Update: I took my jeep to Keys Automotive Sales & Service and not only did they fix ALL the issues that Keys Auto Center created when working on my vehicle, they also did it at a third of the price. I will be disputing the charges on my credit card from Keys Auto Center and again, recommend no one waste their time or money bring their vehicle here.

Never go to Miami againI am happy with my 2019 Toyota C-HR Limited. My sales consultant Nikolai was very knowledgeable, he helped me making my mind and showed me this beautiful C-HR. Also I have gotten a very good deal on it. I saved my time and the money without going to Miami.

After purchasing a new truck from this dealership I tried to schedule an oil change. The first available oil change is in 3 weeks, that is absolutely ridiculous. Stand behind and service the vehicles that you sell.

My husband and I have been stationed in Key West for almost 2 years. This was the first time we’ve ever purchased a car from a dealership and the whole experience went surprisingly smooth. Keys Auto Center offers excellent prices and their staff are extremely helpful! We worked with Ray and 10/10 would highly recommend working with him! Very disappointed with this dealership since the change in ownership. We purchased three vehicles previously when it was owned by Duncan but have now tried on two separate occasions to purchase a new vehicle from The Keys Auto Center. Once after the storm and then again this past weekend. Both times my experience with the sales team has been very disappointing. They have very little, if any, knowledge of their product lines resulting my family getting dragged around the lot showing us everything but what we specifically asked to see. For example, the sales member didnt know the difference between a Ford Edge and Explorer or the difference in trims. Every time we asked a question they had to read the window sticker to answer what came with that trim level. Which any of us could do from home on Fords website. I also understand space is limited in the keys but their lot is so unorganized and vehicles are tucked away so tight and far apart it makes it very difficult to get to or in any of their vehicles. Especially with a little one. It looks like we will be taking our business to the main land. Which is frankly a real shame.

Kevin was very nice and helpful when I called, answering several questions. I had the opportunity to confer with my family then call him back.Nicole was super. She was not only an excellent and prompt driver, she was an unofficial tour guide as well. She picked us up at our resort on time and drove us to Key West. When I called her she picked us up at Key West and drove us back to our resort. The vehicle, a Lincoln Navigator, was outstanding.

My family and I had a great experience with our salesman Nicholas Crotwell! We still owed on our trade-in but wanted to upgrade to a bigger SUV since we are expecting our second child at the end of this year. They were more than happy to accept or trade-in and help us find the right car for our family. Great Customer Service, Wonderful People, Great Deals.I went in to buy my daughter a vehicle that would be big enough for all of my very young grandchildren and a safe vehicle as well. Lance helped us buy a brand new vehicle, which she loves and I can now rest a little easier than the run down smaller vehicle, she reluctantly used to have to drive. Not only did he help my daughter, he found me a wonderful 5 speed vehicle, that reminds me of the the first car I learned to drive at 16 years old, and I finally parted with my old vehicle that was wearing out, and stressing me out. Lance is an absolute angel, and I am very glad that Duncan Auto was there with exactly what we needed at just the right moment.

My husband and I were EXTREMELY interested in purchasing a car from this dealership. Unfortunately, their sales manager Dave was so busy he never found time to call us back. We tried to be understanding, and ended up reaching out on a number of occasions - but all efforts were a complete waste, as our calls were never returned. Never have I had an experience like the one here. If I could give it no stars I would. Ive been calling the Jeep side for over a month now to schedule an oil change. No one ever answers the phone so I leave a message. No call backs. Ive even filled out the form online. Nada. Youd think theyd need to make return calls in a timely manner but apparently not. My Jeep is under warranty so I cant even go anywhere else. Hugely disappointed. Especially since we have a Ford and take it there all the time for its needs and never had an issue.

Andrii was amazing! He helped me find my perfect car (hundai kona) and made sure I was educated about every car when I was choosing. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because when my parents (who paid) came in to look at what I was looking at they were very pushy about pulling out the papers to go ahead and purchase when it was too soon and we were just looking. Otherwise, great expirience!

Short handed, underpaid, salespeople working as service techs etc., just chaos, although there are good people there trying hard. Junk mail and extended warranty scams galore, its the parent company chain, they dont understand this aint the mainland. Use only in an emergency and beware they try to use non-factory parts (thus not to spec), may not even be a Ford dealership anymore, no Ford vehicles on the lotMy advice, go to Florida City to a more stable reputable dealer.

Easily the best car buying experience I have ever had. My husband and I stopped in to look at a few vehicles to get an idea of what we wanted but were not positive we would actually purchase that day. Nick Crotwell was our sales person and he went above and beyond. He was extremely professional and personable but didnt make us feel pressured into purchasing. He was patient with me and my indecisiveness, and truly listened to what I was looking for in a new vehicle. My salesman Nikolai Orlov is a 10I was going to buy a used car and extended warranty for it as it had no manufacturer’s warranty left. And I got so lucky to meet Nikolai there. He explained me all the benefits of my new Toyota Corolla that I bought from him and actually saved me a lot of money without going to Miami. He didnt seem pushy or desperate to sell. It took a week for me to think it over and I ended up buying a new car.So if you are a firs time buyer, first time driver and live in Key West, just like I am, go see Nikolai and his manager Dave (one of those two Daves) and buy a car from Keys Auto Center. While wintering in the Keys our Jeep engine started a horrible internal racket. I babied it to the dealership. They felt it would be a major engine repair which made sense to me. However they were so busy could not get us in for a few weeks. We needed a vehicle to get home to PA in the next week. Decided to buy a truck and tow the Jeep home. Lance spent most all day with us while we reluctantly looked at trucks. (meaning we were in no mood to buy another vehicle) ... but this is no fault of the dealership. Lance put up with us all day, and went above and beyond offering to drive us places for lunch etc. In the end we now have a great truck and I will tow the Jeep home and work on it in my spare time. Very pleased with them.

These guys are a disappointment. Ive bought 3 cara from them and promise I will never buy another one from them. Misrepresentation and untrustworthy. Not recommended for anything. Unless you enjoy being lied too.

My salesman was Nikolai Orlov. It was very easy to work with him. Everything went really smooth, they found me a red RAV4 and delivered it to Key West. Also did you know there are 3 Daves work at the dealership? All of them are really nice. I got my low payments, my dream car and new friends at Keys Auto Center.

Save yourself the headache and dont go there. Youd be better off buying your own tools, technical publication, and then check a forum online how to fix. If you are going in for warranty work on a new car stay far away from this place it would be best for you and your vehicle.

I totaled my car a week ago so I was in the market for a new one. My plan was to go to 2 different auto places in key west. Plans changed once I got to keys auto center. Seva was my salesman and he was great! I couldnt decide which car to pick out of two options and he helped me through it. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. Some of the other staff/Managers also introduced themselves and they were nice too. Honestly though if you need a car go see Seva!!!

Had a terrible experience at this dealership. I went in looking for a used car the sales rep i worked with played out the used car salesmen negative stereotype perfectly. I did end up buying the car and have regretted it everyday for the past 2 years. Service after the sales was even worse.. They car only had 15K miles on it when i got it and 30K when i finally got rid of it. I had major mechanical problems with the car. The dealership was Extremely SLOW to make any repair and always had some excuse for any issues that came up. I was also next to impossible to get someone to pick up the phone and make an appointment.. I advise that you run far away form this place..

Service department was terrible, I would avoid at all cost. They will take forever to diagnose you car and you will pay extremely high labor rates.

While on vacation in Key West I had a mechanical problem with my Ford F150 truck. Reluctantly, I called Duncan Auto Sales, the local Ford dealership knowing, as a tourist that I was going to be ripped off! Not only was I NOT ripped off or taken advantage of, I was treated as if I purchased my truck from Duncan. Wayne Holmes and their capable staff of technicians ran the preliminary test and diagnosed the problem as a fuse.... when they could have as easily said it was a much larger problem, which would have completely ruined my stay. In addition to Wayne, Id also like to say thanks to Alex Rodriguez for giving me a ride back to my rental hose.Its the little things in life such as this that helps you to realize there are still good people and good businesses out there fighting for their clients and doing the right thing. Bought my 2012 Toyota highlander from them a few years ago (brand new) and have brought my car in for service ever since, the main guy who controls the Toyota service always lets me know what I need to do when I need to because when it comes to cars Im clueless and he is so friendly not so sure about there prices after talking to some friends but at least I know I am getting reliable service from them
