The ice cream here is very good. They have many different flavors not normally found in an ice cream shop. Prices are reasonable and the service is friendly. You can order cups and cones of various sizes, as well as floats and shakes. It also doubles as a chocolate shop, with many varieties of chocolate freshly made on the premises. There is seating available both indoors and outdoors.Although there are not very many ice cream shops in Key Largo, I would say this is the best one in the area..

I AM SOLD !So you drive and drive and everyone says they have or have had the best key lime pie here or there .Stop asking and get here !Staff is always polite and friendly, store is always clean and well kept .There are numerous selections of ice cream to chocolate to taffy to pretzels, espresso, reg coffee, adult milkshakes and of course KEY LIME PIE ! .Sorry but 4 stars due to no public bathroom there . Not for nothing lots of espresso …. LoLGet a porta potty !

The highlight of my stay in Key Largo! What a sweet gem❣ I LOVE ice cream and try to find a good shop at each location that I visit. The Keys Chocolates and Ice Cream had good reviews. I was not disappointed. Delicious homemade ice cream. A wide variety of flavors. Friendly server. My husband and I each enjoyed 4 scoops! Which is rare...but, we called it lunch 😀 Be sure to treat yourself to the yummy ice cream! They also have some scrumptious looking chocolates 😋

Reviews brought us here. We chose coffee Oreo and double brownie chocolate (names may not be exact but close). We arrived with only a few people in store and while we were deciding a crew of people showed up and we felt a little rushed at that point. Weve eaten at a lot of ice cream shops and my husband who loves ice cream was not blown away and I just couldnt finish it because of taste. Fun to get ice cream on a warm evening and not many other options in area. Try it out for yourself, but not a recommendation from us.

Great place to end your day with a nice scoop of ice cream. They have a variety of flavors of ice cream, chocolates, and key lime pie. I decided to try the Oreo overload with key lime pie ice cream(I know odd combination). Overall would definitely come back to to try other options.

This shop had a lot of yummy looking chocolates, candies and ice cream! My father in law bought a almond joy fudge and it lookd delicious. There are some fun photo op spots outside, too. There is outside seating. Theres also a yummy looking taco truck next door that you could go grab seeing savory to go along with your sweet treat! The staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions about done of the product.

The goods we good, but the young man behind the counter was acting like he did us a favor in serving us. He shorted us with the pint to go order of ice cream. He made no effort to find product for us. He also dismissed our request of we have one more thing to add to the order instead just closing us out to dismiss our visit.Big sign outside says key lime fudge. A specialty/feature. There was exactly one small package for sale. We wanted three to share as gifts. (This was one item that the counter person said they were out of. Really?!)Sure, stop by if you are in the mood for chocolate coated key lime pie on a stick. But dont expect much more.

Theres no bathroom. We drove down from Homestead for the day, and by the time we got here, my young child needed to use the restroom. I hoped the no public restroom sign meant there was at least something for customers, but they said no. Honestly, there must be a restroom there. I have a young child who just has a tiny bladder, she is always looking for a toilet, and I have never had a business tell me she couldnt use the toilet. Even the DMV took her behind the scenes to let her use the employee restroom. So we went to one of the other businesses in the strip that were NOT patronizing, and they let us use their toilet. I really didnt want to go back in at this point, but I had been promising ice cream for days, so we went. Everyone seemed happy with their ice cream. No one was raving. I had some of the key lime fudge, and I actually will rave that it was delicious. The woman who helped us was friendly. But, knowing theres no restroom, I probably wont be back.

Nathan, Wyatt and Mac are great at customer service! I was there tonight with my Cousins Ronnie to get ice cream and all three young men were very attentive and engaging. I had the perfect hot fudge sundae with chocolate and coffee Oreo ice cream. I highly recommend Keys Chocolate and Ice Cream.

This place is amazing! Not only does it have awesome chocolate and fudge, but they have amazing gluten free desserts! I loved the gluten free key lime pie! They also have dairy free and sugar free options. I love all of the amazing choices they have. We have been coming for years and I think they are even better now than when I started going. Good key lime pie but poor customer service. Staff is unwelcoming and unfriendly, a smile or a simple greeting would work great for your business. Also your bathroom policy for CUSTOMERS, not the public is inconvenient. Would have purchased more than a key lime pie and left a tip had there been a restroom available.

The best ice cream! I didnt try the chocolates, which looked amazing, but the ice cream was among the best Ive ever had. Many flavors to choose from, all homemade. You must try the coconut, best ever! So delicious, had real bits of coconut in it. Also had and loved pistachio, rocky road, and espresso. You get 4 scoops (of any flavor) in a cup to go-- cant wait to go back for more!

I usually love this place, but the service yesterday was just ridiculous. I asked if a certain tray was cake pops. The kid just looked at me and said no. I asked what they were and he replied cake balls. Ummm ok. I ordered 4 and he boxed them up and I headed home. Gave them to my daughter and she told me they didnt have cake in them, so Im guessing he sold me truffles. I wish I could remember this kids name. Hes not doing your business any favors

My family and I are visiting key largo and we stumbled upon this treat shop. Two gentlemen who were working gave us a great experience in the shop. We got ice cream and chocolates, both were very good.

This is a must visit in Key Largo. The customer service is above and beyond. My son loved going here and chatting with the woman that was helping us, she was so sweet and made his day answering all of his questions about the ice cream! He gave her $5 that he had carried around our whole trip because he said she was the nicest lady he ever met! She then in turn stuffed it back in my bag, which was so sweet. Their chocolates and ice cream are delicious, especially the choc covered Key Lime pie, but who can’t get behind any business that delivers that thyme of customer experience. It was definitely a highlight of our trip!! And thank you to the sweet lady that helped us that day! You made my sons trip!

So, this place will catch your attention with what I call KEY LIME PAINT. Ive been here a few times before and it never has let me down. Everything is made there, fresh ingredients, powerful flavors. The raspberry chocolate is delicious and the coconut is out of this world! You feel the pieces of shredded coconut🥥. Their fudge and chocolates are a must try, too.

Understand that theres a pandemic but when you are a tourist attraction you need to have restrooms available. Had planned to have pie and get some goodies here but no restrooms means they will not be getting my business.Will go someplace better.

This is a great place for a quick stop on a hot day while enjoying Key Largo. I only got to try their ice creams hence the 4 Stars, Hopefully next time I will also try their sweets which looked amazing and change my rating to 5 Stars. I came here for the first time years ago as a young teenager and remembered the chocolates so strongly that I wanted to come back when I visited again as an adult. Ice cream and chocolates are both delicious and the employees are so friendly and helpful.

SUPER FRIENDLY staff! Walked in and had a warm welcome right away, we came close to closing time but there was no rush, all our questions were answered about the candy and ice cream being hand made there. The candies look amazing with the detail and attention to everything. I highly recommend this shop to anybody heading down to Key West, head back or just hanging around.

This is a must visit if you are visiting or even if you are a local. The owners, Rich and Bronna, are two of the nicest people I have ever met. Their chocolates, icecream, and pies are all to die for.

Cool spot to visit for anyone visiting Key Largo or upper Florida Keys area. We had Key Lime Pie on a stick dipped in Chocolate and the taste was amazing. Friendly staff. Everything made in house. We stopped at this local chocolate store in key Largo as our last stop of the day and boy was it worth it. You can actually watch them make a chocolate at the store, although it was late on a Sunday so we werent able to see that.They have fresh taffy, fudge, ice cream, and of course chocolates. unfortunately I didnt get to try the ice cream because were going to dinner. I am sure I will be back for the ice cream.🍦

If you’re over 21 stop in and get an Adult Milkshake!!! Have 5-6 flavors to choose from and there all delicious. All I’ve cream and chocolates are made right here in the keys and each chocolate comes in white, milk or dark options so no matter your preference they have the cure for your sweet tooth! It’s a family owned and operated shop with wonderful staff and amazing treats.
