Friendly calm environment. Staff was friendly and very courteous. Automatically told me about a great deal. I felt at home with no pressure.

This isnt really a bad Gamestop, its just kinda small and felt relatively understocked. This location feels more like somewhere youd swing by to get something regular like a video game and not for something more special.

Gamestop, youve got to do better. I tried calling the closest location to my house, that would be the Woodland Mall location in Grand Rapids, MI. I tried calling 9 times today, each time the phone rang the maximum number of times, before I got the message Thank you for calling game stop, our associates are busy, please call back later and then theyd hang up. I finally just get them to answer and the guy says Thank you for calling gamestop, can you please hold then proceeded to put me on hold before I could say a word (where Im still waiting). As of right now, I am still on hold and have been now for 28:37. I realize that people are running shorter staff right now, due to the fact that people are not coming into the stores, however, you have to know that you should still keep staffing levels consistent because your curbside business is going to take off to make up for it, thats Business 101. This is ridiculous!!

They usually have a variety of what I want.

Always like going here, if they dont have something there, they can find it or oder it. Highly Recommended.

How they GameStop and they sold out of the ps4. Like the ps4 came out 5 years ago and when I try to go get one they claim they sold one days before I came like stock better. And then claimed it was totally normal, I myself am disappointed as I came to buy one bc mines had been tarnished as soon as I came to visit. I will not come to this mall again

The worker (who I assume is the owner) is very friendly. I have been there a couple of times now and he has been consistently helpful. He set aside his last Animal Crossing Nintendo Switch for me and helped me to get a download code for Animal Crossing as well as choose out a case and screen protector for my new device. Great service!

Great selection. Our son loves video games as many kids do. Whenever we need a new game, we go there and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a lot of collector items from my childhood that are best to look at. Great location near other stores. Clean store with so many items that youll have to set a time limit for your child.

Waiting in line for 25 minutes when they have one employee working. Once I got to the front of the line I was told they didnt have the CTR game I wanted. They have a poster of CTR on every wall and 100 empty game boxes scattered around. I was told the closest store with a copy was 15 miles away. Went across the street to best buy where they had 30 copies.

They always have a great selection of games and accessories and if they are missing something that you want they are quick to look up a way to help you. Great customer service.

Only one guy working so it took extra time to get attention and later to get checked out. This would have been pretty frustrating, except he had a great attitude and was very helpful so pretty good experience overall.

Probably the best GameStop location Ill ever visit. I used to head out to Alpine, on the way toward Muskegon, for their service, but since I visited here, I was much happier with the service and laughs the employees offer. Always an amazing selection and fantastic deals going on. Definitely worth a visit.

This game stop had a lot of stuff in it. Games and collectables. Well organized and the man at the register was super friendly and helpful.I got some good Pop Vinyls and they were able to help me find ones I would like.

Dudes were a riot at the counter and helped get us what we needed to make another birthday purchase successful. Thanks also forbrwminding me to look up being a Pro member. Almost missed out on some savings.

Declined in recent years. Used to be a great place to buy video games. Now it feels like promotions and advertising are being shoved down your throat.

Was upgrading my nintendo switch for the bonus trade in credit, was expecting to have to do a return repurchase and a bunch of hoops for the system transfer but the guys were really accommodating and helpful and let me take care of everything in store without swapping things around. OIThwy have more then games. They have toys like funco pops . they need to give more money for used games then .what they do because we brought in 30 they only took 7 and we got less then 3. For them. But they are still good

I had a very uncomfortable experience yesterday with a particular store clerk. My boyfriend and I came in to trade a Nintendo Switch game for another game. We were approached by a store clerk, who at first seemed nice and friendly, but turned out to be completely opposite. He proceeded to ask why we were trading in 1-2 Switch and how he told customers that the game wasnt worth it. After that, my boyfriend proceeded to talk to him about the Nintendo Switch and how he really likes it and the new Zelda game.The store clerk immediately went on a rant about how he hates Nintendo and the new Zelda game was subpar. He continued ranting and putting down Nintendo until he had to go ring people up. This made me upset because I recently bought the switch so I could play Zelda specifically. And I felt as if he was telling me I was wrong for enjoying it. As we began to check out, the same store clerk continued bashing Zelda and Nintendo and it finally drove me to the point of walking out. My boyfriend stayed behind to finish up the sale, but I told myself Im never setting foot in there again.It is okay for employees to have an opinion, but when they are bashing the items that they are supposed to be selling to customers... Thats where I draw the line. To have someone basically (in their own words) tell you that you are wrong for liking a certain brand or games is disconcerting.

This gamestop is great. Always helps me find games I need and helpful with preorders.

Went here a few times since it’s close by but every time my husband and I go in they always have a great selection and are willing to help you order anything you’re looking for that they don’t have. I don’t plan on going back after today the employees are always goofing around just talking to eachother having their own conversations while checking out people they talk to eachother more than their customers which makes the checkout process sooooo slow of the 3-4 times I’ve been in it’s literally taken 20-30 minutes to be rung up and pay for one game and today the girl Erin was in conversation with the manager before he left that she forgot to put our games we bought in the cases we had to leave a restAurant we were at just to go back to the store when we opened the cases and there were no games in them we end back showed the receipt and got the games which had the girl not been conversing with her manager who wasn’t even telling her anything of importance would have remembered our games but no they were too busy gossiping about other employees who weren’t present I won’t be back I will be going elsewhere

They sold us a pre-owned “Special Link Edition” Nintendo Switch that we discovered was just a skin with no add-ons to the switch itself.

I always enjoy popping in to look around.

Not as big selection of games as other gamestops, but still the same prices and geeky guys helping you out.

Erin is frickin amazing. Takes her time with customers and very helpful.

The only complaint I ever have about these stores is the size. A very small store for lots of merchandise and a large number of customers, its hard to navigate around other people.

Staff is occasionally a tinge overboard, this store is tidy, well run, and hosts many great events. I personally enjoyed the pre-release event for Super Smash Bros. Wii U. All manner of video games.
