My favorite store of all time. Most stuff is pretty cheap in price. Few things that are high priced. They have games for loads of systems even older games. Posters. Collectibles. Movies/Tv show series (dvd, blu-ray, VHS). Controllers for few different consoles. Cords for consoles. Records. Comics. Music cd’s. They have new and used items. Some consoles for sale. They sometimes have pins and keychains. If something doesn’t work they’ll replace it with ones that do if they have others of the item. If not they refund your money or give you store credit. Staffs always helpful, informative, kind, and even funny. Always clean.

I frequent this place, and Ive never had any problems with anyone here. They order me stuff all the time and I VERY RARELY ever leave empty handed.

Great vibes, cool cats. Decent selection of your typical media, video games, blu ray and even some vinyl. Moderately priced items for sale. Wouldnt really recommend trading in older movies games as the value isnt much these days. That of course is to be expected. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the Kent area 😀

This is the best of the best of the Exchange stores. They never have let me down on the random stuff I want. It’s almost magical, Godlike. I’m serious. The guys who work at this location are ALSO amazing. I send every human I know who is looking for something to the Kent store. It’s like the universal storehouse of all media that is desired by anyone. LOL ! Love you guys!

Some of the stuff they have is fantastic, but a lot of it is kinda pricey, you could order new from amazon for like $10 less... but they had what I was looking for so I’m a happy shopper 👍

Pretty good. Things couldve been better. Some prices were great! Some were outrageous. I also noticed that some games sitting side by side with the same title had different prices. Overall a nice establishment. Kind workers.

Probably the friendliest, most helpful workers you will ever meet. A man who works here, I believe his name was Dave, helped me out so much. Highly recommend this place, not only do they have everything, your experience in here will probably improve your day by 100%. LOL. Rock on!

Friendly staff, always very helpful. Not too overbearing like some stores. Has a lot if good buys hidden in the dollar section of vinyl.

The Exchange is by far my favorite place to shop for technology wether it be old or new. The staff is friendly and have proved to me that unlike most Gamestops they are actual nerds and I enjoy engaging in conversation with them. To add on to this one day I was short a dollar for a game i wanted to buy and one of the workers paid for the tax i was so happy that day. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I totally would.

Greatplace ive bought many games used and new and the used ones are always clean and they have great prices.

Thanks for always selling me stuff that doesn’t work. Maybe you guys should drug test, guaranteed all of you pot toking hippies would get fired for some real employees who actually do quality control on their used items.

Friendly and knowledgeable employees, good selection of new and used games from current consoles to most retro consoles. Good selection of movies on Blu-ray DVD and VHS. Overall great place.

I am so frusturated. Ive been a loyal customer for years. Spent hundreds on collectables (such as rare sealed games) and feel betrayed. I bought a copy of fire emblem sacred stones that unknown to me was bootleged with a crack in it.. I tried to return it but only was offered store credit. Im livid and feel cheated. My over all experience up until today was great but now I feel cheated.

Red dead 2 used 42$ . New at walmart 29.99.Gtav 29.99 new vs 19.99 at walmart. This place is a massive rip off. They are scamming everyone.

A large stock of old games, videos, vinyls, music, collectibles. Can be a bit expensive on some things they sell, but over all not a bad place. Shoots GameStop out of the water.
