It’s so refreshing to go into an automotive shop and not have to worry that you’ll get ripped off. My father usually works on my car but since I was too far from home, I had to find a shop for my repairs. And I’m glad I found Rick at Town Center Automative! Rick was extremely informative, honest, helpful and not pushy. He gave his input and let the customer have the final say. He made his opinions based on what he would do to his daughter’s car, which also made me feel so much better. He was open to answer all of my questions too with appropriate explanations for my level of car knowledge. Don’t look any further for your car needs!

Town center has changed management/ownership early 2012. The new owner Luigi is dedicated to fixing your car, truck or other vehicle correctly and with the least expense to the customer. If there is an issue he will do his best to resolve it asap. He also has a top notch body man. I would recommend Luigis @ Town Center automotive to anyone n an around the Kent area.

I absolutely love these guys!!!!! They dont stiff you on the bill and will do whatever it takes to get you back on the road safely!!!! I have been going there for around 6 yrs and they are my main mechanics. They do almost everything, from changing wiper blades to engine repairs.

Unbelievable best price with quality branded parts I have ever found! I will never go other places. Also, the technicians are friendly, explains everything in detail. If you are on a budget, dont go elsewhere except electrical wiring in your vehicle.
