My old car kinda gave up on me at a really inconvenient time and they were able to get me in a new car in 2 days. This was by far the easiest and smoothest experience I’ve had and will definitely continue to go there. The signing was quick and didn’t at all feel like the hassle it normally is. Don’t get your car serviced here. They run around and lie about parts not being available for your make and model and give excuses as to why they can’t get the part. For a month of back and forth (I had to call every time because they refuse to put any effort forth in their customer service to followup on anything) for nada. They couldn’t get the part my car needed. I go to another Mazda service center and that same day the other service center had the part I needed ordered for me.

I have purchased two new cars here so I have also had the service done there. When I started having service done there it was excellent. There was a time when service dropped off but about two years ago there was a wake-up in the department. Since then the service has returned to excellence.
