The cars are taken care off and well maintained. I even had a check engine light come on that they looked at and addressed, which is far more than other places will.However, on the paperwork side...I had to 1) resign the lease at a higher APR because the first one I had was apparently not what I was approved for... Even though I signed on the lower one. While Jay did lower the price to compensate, some upfront clarity would have been nice.2) They failed to inform me that the credit agency would require I have a $500 deductible for my insurance... Which is a standard practice for the financing agency. Once again,I was not informed ahead of time.Update: after more issues with the financing, I came to understand that the issues were from the bank side of things... So Jay worked with me and I just went and bought the car outright.Jay is good, and is willing to work and make a fair deal.Highly recommend this place

Needed to get a work truck for the family and they were able to answer all of our questions and took care of financing all in 1 visit.Jay had the car detailed before we came down for our appointment and was super professional for a small dealer. Never buying a car off anyone else. Highly recommend giving your business to a local than big shmuck franchise dealers.- Ask for Jay :)

Had a wonder experience at this auto broker. Don’t be scared to go down an check some cars out. The GM who runs that place is a great guy. Did everything possible to see me walk out with the car that I wanted. I will not mind at all going back for my next vehicle purchase!

Please don’t buy anything from them. They sell junk cars. They will fix it temporarily in their garage and it will broke down within few days. All their cars are repainted. My car broke down within 2 days after I purchased from them. J(Jafar) will lie about their cars. He will promise you everything and than won’t do anything.just stay away from this dealership.

Sold me a car and the transmission went out within a week ! Horrible customer service ! They don’t care about you all they care about is your money ! You’re safer buying from a stranger on the street !

Long story short looked up a car that they already sold Jafar said he would go to an auction and pick me out a vehicle and inspect it plus fix any minor issues. Even asked for $500 to hold the vehicle. They got a vehicle it immediately had issues that they didnt see. Attempted to fix the car for me but only made the issue worse. I ask to return the vehicle after not having it for more then 3 days after their attempts to fix it. They manager didnt want to give me my money back. So in order to give me some of my money to took a stupid deal for only 50% of my money back. Because the manager didnt want to lose any more money on the deal. Way to think of the custome and prey on a young women.

NW Auto Broker had cars listed on Craigslist. The car was as listed and worth the hour + drive to find this small dealer in Kent Valley.Salesman was not overbearing and pretty well informed about the car I wanted. He was responsive to requests via texts.I did have to ask for a few things, but it was my first dealer purchase and salesman was great about providing answers.
