Ive taken both my vehicles (Ford F-150 and Toyota Sienna) to Tire Max numerous times and always had a great experience. The shop is exceptionally clean, plenty of places to spread out comfortably if you are waiting there, and the employees are helpful and friendly. Ive had tires and oil changes done there, and also larger repairs like brakes and front end work on my truck. Their prices are always fair and they explain the needed repairs well. Ill definitely be back.

Fairly priced, amazing customer service, love to answer your questions and show you around your own car, fantastic environment to be in, felt safe to leave my car with them. They called with updates and to let you know what is wrong with you car 10/10 would recommend 10/10 going back

The technician are the best in the business and competent of completing any task in a timely manner too save you money. If I could give zero stars I would customer service was awful very rude employees didn’t fix the issue with my tire and told me I had to wait 2 days for them to look at it again. I’ll never come to this location again

This place was great! Needed my tires rotated and balanced because of a shaking steering wheel. It was fixed within the hour!

TireMax has been great to work with. Several times they have diagnosed issues and recommended a review with the dealer versus doing the work. No charge either time. Once was an engine replacement.

Good service and prices. The waiting room is very nice and complimentary coffee is a nice touch.

They will take your money and fix absolutely nothing. If I could give them below 1 star I would.

Taking your car in can be stressful but they turn it into a relief because I know the problem will be fixed and I wont need to worry about again for a long time. They are efficient and knowledgeable, I highly recommend for anyone to have their car worked on here!

Terrible service. Seemingly a lack of knowledge in power steering issues. Sent my car there because P.S failed and paid $700 to bring my car back FOUR times for the same issue. Took it to a new mechanic and found out they attached the wrong hose. Either they duped me or they dont know much about cars. I dont know which would be worst smh. And the tires are extremely overpriced as well. Literally have nothing good to say about this place AT ALL.

TireMax in Kent is my new go to for anything tire related. A few months ago they repaired a flat tire and despite it being an acoustic foam type tire that some shops say they will not touch, TireMax repaired it quickly and to this day is the same PSI as all the other none patched tires.Then last week was back for an alignment. Scheduling was flexible and convenient. The waiting area is quite nice and comfortable and entire staff was super friendly. The work bays are spotless and with the massive windows in the waiting room, easy to see how things are coming along on your car. The alignment was slightly off in front and rear as confirmed by the nice before and after printout confirmed, and car tracks perfectly down the road now.10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Very impressed by the new TireMax in Kent. I had brakes/rotors done and a tire replaced on my Toyota Sienna. They were helpful in explaining everything and were able to get the same Goodyear replacement tire in the same day. When I picked up the van they were also able to get my F150 in for a quick oil change while I waited.The place is spotless inside with a nice waiting room with TVs and wifi. The whole crew was friendly and helpful. Ill definitely be back.

Tire Max in Kent did a fantastic job on my Honda Pilot. They were very accommodating when our vehicle broke down without warning and got it back to us the same day. They were very thorough in checking the vehicle and with communicating with updates. The staff were all very friendly and super helpful with any questions. I will be back and recommending them to my friends.

Our car stopped working and we didnt understand why. My sister contacted the place and spoke with a man named James. He was kind, communicated on price frequently, and didnt do a single thing we didnt ask for. He put hard work into our car and made sure to keep within our budget restraints. Our car had four tires that were rotting, our key was a spare and didnt have a chip causing the car to go into safe mode and not turn on, our front and back rotors were getting bad, and our break pads were hitting metal. He switched our tires around because we could only afford two new tires, and kept the ones with the least rot, he didnt try to sell us on anything extra, he did the most he could with our budget and I couldnt be happier. He really took care of us.And if anyone is wondering the place is THE CLEANEST and most WELCOMING car repair shop Ive ever seen. They even offer free drinks. Comfortable sitting, and masks for people who forgot theirs at home. Honestly this is the only place I will go to, this is the only place I will speak of and this is the only shop I trust. Take a leap of faith with this place because they did miracle works on our car and did only the things they could to keep us going

TireMax is Great! I took my car to get looked at because of starting issues. They found the problem, ordered the part, and my car was ready to go like 5 hours ahead of schedule. I couldnt believe the price! It was a lot less than I expected. They are a very honest company, I definitely recommend them for fast, reliable work!!!

We bought set of tire from previous store right before they closed. We had problem after problems, when tire max came in without realizing it was a different shop and owner. They took care OF ALL TIRE ISSUES for a small price and made it right. I will go back to them as they do great business. I hope they last a long time here in Kent.Thank you TIREMAX

Ive gotten my truck fixed here twice. And an alignment. I usually work on it myself, but YouTube only teaches so much lol. And the work they have done was exceptional when I looked it over. Very satisfied. One of the owners Lowell is a great, fair guy! And even got a free car wash coupon with my receipt. And this is the only place I will go for now on! 100%! And their building is top notch. And dont even get me started on that amazing coffee machine lol. Thank you guys so much and God Bless!
