RideNow Powersports was very helpful with my warranty work. Isaac contacted SkiDoo and jumped through a bunch of hoops to help get factory warranty work completed on my snowmobile. He was quick, efficient and friendly and a great communicator. He called several times to keep me updated on the progress of parts. He scheduled an appointment and it was ready the next day. Rafael, was also very helpful. Thank you RideNow Powersports! Your service was greatly appreciated.

Had a great experience all around with the purchaseOf an x3 . John Carpino the sales manager explained the whole purchase process & what exactly made each unit unique. Did not feel rushed. When it was time for a service, Issac Garcia in the service dept. kept me up to date-on my unit, was knowledgeable & organized, & most importantly called me back when he stated he was going to do so. I will definitely be back !!

I have now purchased 2 motorcycles at this place and I will never be back. First motorcycle they delivered damaged, which sucked cause it was brand new. They stiffed me on two of the replacement parts and said I damaged it. Second bike, I had serviced after I purchased it; they left oil in the fairing so it coated the rear tire while riding, a plugged air filter, nonfunctional rear brake, front brakes super squishy, substituted knock-off parts and didnt spray off the soap so it left white residue in all the crevices. You would like to think spending over $20k on motorcycles would earn a little loyalty. Seriously you should steer clear of this dealership and service department.

Be wary of this service department. My son took his dirt bike in for a new rear tire. We know the rear brake worked fine when we dropped it off. We get the bike back with the new tire installed and the report said the rear brake was faulty. We called and explained the brake was fine when we brought it in, but all he did was argue with me.What I found when I fixed the brake was that the brake lever was pulled out, so that none of the splines engaged. That is totally unacceptable. I hope that wasnt a ploy to get us to bring the bike back in, so they can get more money. They should never have let the bike go without fixing the brake; and to just say that the brake is faulty is pathetic.DONT TAKE YOUR BIKE IN FOR SERVICE!

I had been working with one sales rep and she left the company. During that transition I didn’t hear anything and I had to poke around to get someone to give me info. Nancy was assigned my sale and she’s been great. Been working with Jenna in parts (I think…) and she’s awesome. The one part of this that is really annoying is the pressure sale on the warranty and service plans. I had been interacting with you fir over two months. Why wait until Im there to pay for the thing to hit me with a warranty and maintenance plan sale. This is the same kabuki dance the car dealerships use. Knock it off. Discuss this stuff ahead of time. Have complete documentation of what you are offering. I got up to walk out; hope that wasn’t a mistake not to do so. Don’t emulate used car lots.

Not sure what even happened here. Was in a few weeks ago to buy a used bike. We picked one that we liked, offered a 50% cash down payment, and filled out the paperwork. After nearly an hour of waiting, the salesman came out and simply said the bank wont work with you no explanation or counter offer was given. Here we are a couple of weeks later and I just got the notice from the bank about the financing request. Ridenow ran me for well over double the loan that I needed to buy the bike I wanted. I came in with an understanding of my finances and of how much a bank was going to be willing to offer me. If I wanted more bike, I would have asked for more bike. I feel like the dealership set me up for failure. I ride imports so Ive been in here for parts and gear, but I will not be back and I will recommend that others avoid this spot in the future.Quick update - the finance manager did not in fact get in touch with me as the stores response indicated would happen. Didnt want anyone to think they had any intention of making the situation right.

I’ve never seen such a circus under one tent. The Service department doesn’t communicate to their customers, and are not impeccable about keeping there word on time schedules and the work completion times. Lastly, is a lack of integrity of work done to my ATV. The shop repairman who worked on my ATV, needs to go back and practice on Legos, as it shows he really can’t put an ATV body parts back together. Fact is, I had to redo the work they did on my ATV after getting home and finding it all falling apart. I will never trust taking it back to them…..ever! As for the Service Manager…..he believes in Quantity of work brought in, not Quality of work done. Plus, the customer comes last in their scheme of things.True fully, if you have a H/D motorcycle to repair,, that’s what they only care to work on.

Trying to make purchase and getting zero progress through the process. I have to consistently engage to get anywhere in the process with multiple text messages stating back to me yes I got you, or I’ll get back to you and myself even calling the dealership leaving voicemails to person as reminders and talking to other sale people for reminders for said individual with literally ZERO progress. It is even to the point of I’ll give you money to hold something for me to hopefully give them a bite and still nothing! I don’t mind being proactive in getting something as long as process happens. I have even been nice to say I hope I’m not bothering you for said person to get the message but this is enough. This is insane to me! If you are a sales manager reading this please follow up with sales. I’m really disappointed in this and honestly never seen something this bad before and I will not call out the person I rather just state the problem and hopefully it get issues fixed. I’m really done at this point. Frustrating saying I have “money” to give you right now and not even a follow up at all. Over the course of a couple weeks timeline..I had one follow up at the very beginning saying “I didn’t forget you, I’ll get you what you need” and still didn’t get back to me with said information to get along the process. That was the only time and still didn’t even give me what I needed and to give you my business. I don’t give reviews like this but something needs to be said.

I havent had a bad experience like this in quite some time, if even ever before. I ordered a storage box back in October after being told it wouldnt be arriving till mid November. Fast forward to mid-November, still no word on when it would be delivered. After another couple weeks of waiting, being falsely reassured, I was told the New Year. And to be clear- I was the one calling every month or 2 for updates; they did NOT once call me to inform me on any status changes. Then I was told it would be summer. And then after calling for like the 8th time (and being charged $270 back in October), a different person told me they may have stopped making them, but hell have someone call me back in the morning to verify. Well, that someone did not ever call me back. It came down to me cancelling my order and asking for a refund, which took days for them to even get to. I got transferred to multiple people and left a voicemail for the manager after the line just rang endlessly, simply to give them my credit card information for a REFUND!!! I am so DISAPPOINTED that the birthday gift for my boyfriend back in November straight up never existed, and it was up to me to follow up them a million times. DO NOT support these guys. A couple of them are polite and nice, but clearly bad at following up and they dont care to acknowledge the inconvenience and frustration. WASTE OF TIME.

Very shady sales tactics. Reminds me of 1980s gym memberships. Wont buy here again, would recommend trying somewhere else and heres why:Went to buy a dirt bike. Simple deal (pre-approved, no trade-in, etc), but still took 3.5hrs at the dealership on a slow day. When I finally got in to sign papers and I had declined the extended warranty/gap/etc, but while going over the itemization of the total OTD price, noticed a $999 fee for an anti-theft GPS (dfense). I asked about that and was told they are put on all their vehicles. No mention before hand of this extra $999 charge until I brought it up. I was told they cant take it off. I dont know how some people sleep at night. Sadly, I went ahead and bought the bike after a 4 hour drive there and 3 hour wait at the dealer.Well, the thing fell off by the time I got home (double back tape to backside of front number plate) and a quick Google shows they can be purchased for like $150. The app has one star in the Apple store and a quick test and it did not seem to alert like it should have.I typically insure my bikes and have no need for a GPS unit taped to it. Especially one that works poorly. I think Ill mail Mike a new paper weight.

To Portland Riders,If you cant find the bike youre looking for at your local dealer, you can certainly try Ridenow Powersports in Kennewick. I was looking for a new 2020 Suzuki SV650 in January of this year. While most dealers were still listing it at MSRP, Ridenow had it at $2K lower. It was the lowest price in the nation according to cycletrader.com and it still is as Im writing this column!!So, I drove up from Portland to Kennewick in late January with a check in my pocket. But I had no prior knowledge of Ridenow and my biggest worry was the quality of the dealership. Not only that I wanted to buy a bike from a established dealer; in my case, I was asking them to hold the bike until March when the weather turns better, so the service quality was also a concern for me. However, it turned out that Ridenow is a very large ATV/bike dealer in Kennewick with an integrated service department. All of my worries disappeared when I got there and was greeted by people. Two weeks ago in late March, when the weather got a little better, I took an Amtrak from Portland to Pasco to pick up the bike. I stayed at Bestwestern in Kennewick and used Rad Cab for local transportation. Amtrak was $37, the hotel was about $100 per night and the cab ride was $35 altogether. Yes, these are all additional costs, but still marginal considering the whopping $2K discount youre getting on your bike. Plus, as a bonus, you can enjoy the scenic ride along Columbia Gorge from the train and from your bike coming back!!Thanks to Jennifer, Rem and Mike in Sales; Keith, Chris and HnSeed in Service!!

Worst place to order parts from. They don’t know what they are doing. You would think a common curtesy call would be addressed when an order is on back order for 5 weeks. Understand “COVID” but customer should come first. When you are told your parts will be there in 1 week then it takes 5 weeks with no call that is not how you handle customer service. Don’t appreciate the run around and the no call backs this should be addressed right away instead of put on the back burner might as well drive out to Prosser or Hermiston for better service.

I worked in the motorcycle industry prior to food and beverage automation for about 12 years as a parts specialist/manager. lve also purchased a few street bikes, loads of dirt bikes, quads, & watercraft over the years and I am happy to say that I had an amazing experience purchasing my 2020 Kawasaki Z125 at RideNow in Tri-Cities. I found the bike I was interested in late evening while browsing for various toys on Cycle Trader and sent a message just to inquire. Keep in mind this dealership was about 3-4 hrs away from Ridgefield where I live but the priced seemed good and it was the color and year i wanted.Jenny gave me a call first thing the next morning. She was fun to talk to and answered all of my questions about the bike, price, etc. We came to an agreement on price and I headed to pick it up that same day. Upon arrival Jenny was exited, very welcoming, and showed me around the dealership (which I had never been to before). She introduced me to the parts and service managers which was also a great experience. Keith in service is extremely genuine and takes so much pride in his department. Even though this was such a simple small purchase for me he kept iterating that if i ever had a question or issue to contact him directly and he would make sure i was taken care of.Jenny made sure i was comfortable while the bike was being PDId and we talked about a ton of motorsports related stuff (its been a few years since Ive been out of the industry). She was extremely knowledgeable and really made the buying experience great. After she passed me off to Mike in finance. It was a super easy transaction (I had cash) but Mike also did a wonderful job. He got me through all of the paperwork quickly and explained everything. He offered me some pretty cool items like GPS (which for this kind of bike that can be picked up and put in the back of a truck seems like a pretty good idea). We talked about other toys we had, and he gave me some really good suggestions for local camping and riding areas,Again I cant thank the crew enough at RideNow for making my purchase a good one (even with the 7.5 hour round trip). I would absolutely go back for future purchases!

Not a great experience, a ton of hidden traps you have to watch for with a purchase. Huge unexpected fees, the financial manager struggled to clearly explain or walk me through elements of my contract for a new bike.As a newbie to bikes I was hoping for better transparency and willingness to answer questions. Learned my lesson! I really recommend doing as much research before going in and pushing back on everything, ask a ton of questions and pray they are willing to answer.I was told service packages were non-negotiable only to find out later in small print it was negotiable and could be cancelled which saved me a ton of money. When I asked for the documents I was shown to clarify, I didnt receive all of them because they wouldnt give me any documents I didnt sign.Significantly more expensive than anything on the website estimated, up to 3x times depending on the details on freight, the item and packages they push on you.Theyre friendly and I would continue to buy gear and supplies their from the retail staff, but I would look somewhere else for beginner purchases or large buys.

After I told him that his employees had told me I had to bring it down to set an appointment for a quote it became very obvious they didn’t want anything To do with it. After two months of them having my machine with no contact I started calling daily eventually getting a hold of Chris. After talking to Chris he said he had been trying to contact my agent on the daily with no response later I found out my actual claims department had been calling them for weeks. Turned out everything had been held up because ride now refused to take pictures for insurance company stating it’s not my job. After some phone tag with both places I was able to sort it out and with my own pictures from the day it happened, picking up ride now slack. Then it took over two months to get the parts which they didn’t even order all of and then tried to charge me. After the long wait I was so fed up I said keep the decals. I picked up my machine after 4+ months, after a couple days I realized the correct equipment wasn’t even installed they put a qs3 shock on my machine when it is supposed to have a dsc . Ride now contacted for a survey the next day, I let them know the they wrong parts were installed on the machine. Service manager called me all apologetic saying they were having the parts over night and I would be getting $100 gift card. They would pick it up bring it back blah blah. It’s 5 days until they are supposed to pick it up and I get a message saying they are still waiting on my parts, rather than $100 gift card I get a $100 off coupon upon spending $500... this is second time I dealt with this place both times have been a complete nightmare.

Even though I did not have an appointment they got my bike right away and fixed it. They’re service team was so kind and compassionate and bent over backwards to help me out.

We experienced prompt, helpful service with parts and service during a recent visit. We were in a jam with need of a repair since we are not from the area. Everyone went above and beyond to help us, honestly the best experience I have ever had at a shop, over 30 years of owning dirt bikes. Huge thank you to all for making sure we were taken care of.Rob Garner

Once again I must give a rave review! These guys never seem to disappoint. The knowledge and recommendations they have are just fantastic. Special order items, are never done with what, can seem to be a resentment like attitude at some places. These guys grab a catalog like its second nature and just place the order. I really cannot say enough good things about the staff here. Five stars for everybody!

Kylie, Mike, and Emily were awesome to work with. They took the time to let me make my decision and worked with me on a great price for my Polaris ATV. A very different experience from other dealers I visited in the State. I would recommend Ride Now in Kennewick to anyone.

Bought my first bike form Ridenow in May 2019 and had a great time. Sales and finance were great with the no pressure attitude. I have yet to use service or parts but Im sure theyll be great too. I had even brought a few friends with me that day and 1 of them bought a bike few mins after I finished with finance. I will be a return customer and they will have my recommendation for others looking to buy.

I bought a street bike from these guys and that experience was good, but now that I wanted to sell it and needed finance to help me with call backs or even answering the phone in the first couple try’s is a nightmare. Once I got through I was told I’d have answers and a call back the next day. IM ON DAY 3 NOW. I won’t be shopping here again or referring these guys to anyone.

The service team at Ride Now really went above and beyond my expectations. I had lost a key to my machine and needed a new one programmed. Donnie Hanson and Art were great to work with. Since I was leaving on a trip and needed the key programmed in a hurry, they dropped everything and got me going with no hassle. They even had the tech jump on my sled deck to do the programming since I had no key to start the machine and unload it! Very Happy with my experience today!

Just bought a new KTM 1290 Super Adventure. Donnie, Mike and Emily were all great to work with. I ask a lot of questions, and they had a lot of answers. I stumped them a couple of times - but only for a short time. Anything they couldnt answer off the top of their head, they researched and answered in just minutes. And... they gave me a real good deal on the bike. Got to give a shout out to the parts department. Rem was far more patient with me than I probably deserved. Just a nice place to buy a bike.

My husband and I went in to ride now to pick up the snowcheck Polaris we ordered in April. We dealt with Donnie Hansen on the sale and he was awesome. He made sure we had everything in line and had all the right information. Even when I gave him wrong information he picked on me a little but it was an awesome experience. Will definitely do business with these guys in the future. Thanks again Donnie.

I took my 2013 Triumph Rocket 3 into them for my 5000 mile maintenance and to have new tires put on it. Their tire mounting prices were the lowest of any of the shops. I live in Yakima, WA and the lowest price for tire mounting here was $120.00 just for the back one. They charged me $120.00 for both front and rear tires. I also wanted a Triumph mechanic to go through it and to work on it. There is not one here in Yakima.I was very pleased with the customer service, everybody from the service people to the sales man to the cashier were very friendly and welcoming. It was the perfect atmosphere to be in. I felt like I was important to them and that they wanted me to come back. In this day and age this is a rare quality to possess. I give them 5 plus stars all the way around. It was well worth the extra time and gas for me to travel down there to get my bike worked on.

Bought a new Can-Am Maverick from these guys last weekend. Happy with the service I received from Mike. Came from Wenatchee after finding this place to have the best prices I could find on-line anywhere in the state. Parts guys were very helpful too with answering questions. Big selection, good price, no complaints.

Bike selection is good, however they are always short staffed for people who have the authority to actually make a sale. Expect to spend the day here. They also pressed hard on the warranty, I said no a few times and they brought in another guy to help convince me. They wore me down and I said “alright” because they would refund me if I didn’t use it. Now here I am a year later trying to get a refund for the warranty. Been waiting for 45 minutes already since only one person in the building can assist me. Here’s hoping I can actually get my refund.

I do not recommend them since I feel victim of discrimination by a saleswoman there several months ago I went to buy a motorcycle but since I only had 2 months with my social I had no credit yet therefore I did not process the application today I went again and another boy attended to me and when the saleswoman saw us he called him and said some things to him, immediately the boy changed his attitude and said that he would then process our application and called us, we currently have a credit of 700 an excellent record in the bank and I It seems incomprehensible that they do not process an application for a motorcycle that barely costs $ 4,000, my husband or we do not feel discriminated because we both have stable social work, and a good record

I recently purchased a 2008 M50 Boulevard for my son from RideNow, and and it was a great experience. Sales (Andrew) was personable, informative, gave good points to consider, not pushy at all, and no upselling. Price negotiation was also a breeze. I had a specific budget, but the final price with tax and everything ended up being a little bit over. That was not a problem - they simply adjusted the sale price to match my offer. Then, as part of the deal, the service department gives the bike a final inspection (to make sure nothing has deteriorated since their initial inspection upon acquisition). They found that the fork seals were starting to leak. Keith, the manager, apologized personally for the delay because we would not be able to take possession that day, but he insisted on taking care of the problem first. The repair, which would have cost me over $500, would be provided as a courtesy. I believe that is taking care of a customer! So I had to wait a bit to pick up the bike, but at least I know that it is safe and in good order. Thanks to everyone at RideNow!

Mike and the sales team made purchasing my snowmobile an awesome experience. He got me the sled at what I offered and got the payment under what was predicted. I will be doing business with these guys again in the future.10/14/17 update. So I have now purchased another snowmobile from ride now. I will say every time I go there its a better experience from the last. Donnie Hansen took care of me through the whole process and made sure I got the best deal. He gave me all the information I needed on the new sled and any questions I had for him, he had a response for me. Will always do business with these guys.

Sales department is fine, but never go to the service department. My husband had bought his bike in to get tires on and they broke the fork on the bike. Then after about two weeks they get it fixed only to find out that they had to weld the fork back together because they couldnt find the parts to his bike. Not after about 6 months of riding the bike my husband bikes crashes because the fork was seized and bent and he got in an accident because these fools didnt fix it the right way. Thank god for insurance because they totaled out the bike and he got a new one, but not returning to this shop for services. Sales is fine but would never recommend the service department again.

Had a deal agreed upon with salesman and sales manager in place for a new 4 wheeler. So I’m about to take a 3 hour drive to go pay for it and pick it up and they call me and tell me that they sold it to someone else after I had agreed to buy it. They Never even asked me to put any money down to hold it till I got there. If your thinking about getting a atv go somewhere else and buy it.
