I have used this location for my Notary stamp for as long as I can remember. I have not had an issue until this year. The person that placed my order did not do it correctly. I learned this when I went to pick up my stamp and they had to re-order it. I called to check on the order and was told that it was not in, I asked when it would arrive and the employee told me to call back. I asked why I was not able to receive a date of return and they further went on to be unwilling to assist. When I asked who I was speaking with, they stated a worker in the print department. Needless to say, this bothered me. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was placed on hold for for an extended period of time and then the worker came back and stated that he, which I presume was the manager, stated to look it up and tell me when it would arrive. I was further bothered because that should have been done when I initially asked when it would arrive. I still did not receive basic customer service from the worker and asked to speak with the manager. I was placed on hold and the call disconnected. I called back was placed immediately on hold without a greeting and I disconnected the call. I called back, Bill, the print manager answered, I was previously speaking with Addie, he without greeting or anything, goes on to tell me when my order would arrive. I started to explain the experience I had with the worker, named Addie, and he was uninterested. It was clear to me at that moment why the worker, Addie, was unwilling to assist because of the example of the manager, Bill. I was prompted to write this review as a result of poor customer service and will also contact the corporate office because customer service should still exist and people who are hired to do those jobs should perform that role and provide customer service.

Giving them one star because there’s nothing lower. Typical of OfficeMax... ZERO customer service. AND, they are requiring people to wear masks. I don’t mind this but the way that the manager handled it was threatening to say it mildly. He came up and without saying hello, introducing himself, being customer oriented, DEMANDED I leave the store immediately because I wasn’t wearing a mask. I’m curious if his regional director or regional VP would be impressed with how he handled the situation. Fine with me ... just lost the several hundred dollars I was going to spend. Not just this evening, but forever.

Went to purchase a printer. While there I had some health concerns associated with wearing a mask. They weren’t open to hearing my concerns and said I can shop somewhere else. It would be nice to shop where they respect my health concerns.

Terrible customer service!!! Just cause you are having a bad day don’t take it out on your customers. Tried to return a keyboard and the person bluntly said you cannot return keyboards, I told him I had just read their return policy on the back of my receipt and it does not state that, he asked “did you not read the sign outside the store” and then showed me a sign were it stated in small print and said it was cause of Covid.. completely understand why but the way he was talking to me was unnecessary. Office Max needs to add on the back of their receipt the non returnable items and remove “100% satisfaction guaranteed”.

I made an appointment at this store (Office Max next to Town Center Mall). A customer with a prior appointment was 14 minutes late. Im waiting there on time and the employee takes the late customer first. This caused me to miss my appointment time. My time is not important to this employee. I guess they dont want my business.

This was a very good experience for me considering I was getting my Fingerprinting done for a job doing the U.S. Census. They ask you to wash your hands first then they have electronic machines they use and take your picture at the end.

I do my printing here and its great! Sometimes theres a wait, but I havent been to many other places where that is the case. And usually its not very long. And once you get attended to they are pretty quick and efficient! Friendly service and really helpful if you need anything else :)

And I got Everything I needed printed and they were the only store that had the right size sleeve for the document I needed. Awesome girl at the front helped me immensely! Ripped me off! I bought an HP Office Jet Pro 7740 and after 5 weeks it wont print. The only help I can get is if I pay for it and they wont take it back! Im out $300!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I dont like you guys

One of the worst experiences. I applied for their card. Printed the new number then the store wouldnt cash me out without the card present. Manager didnt know what she was doing. Support terrible. Chat line disconnected while I was typing. Text didnt respond. Auto mated service wouldnt give me some one live.

I go to this location all the time for my job.. never had any issues until I went there a few days ago to get a printer paper and a few other items... no one offered to help with the heavy case of paper.. but thats okay I expected to do it myself.. the frustration came when I returned my buggy to the store.. the in doors were not automatic like the exit doors.. employees watched me struggle to go through these doors AND the lobby doors with the buggy and not one employee offered to help... I put the buggy back where I found it only to realize I have to walk around the lobby entrance to exit through the exit doors.... that could not have been more of a pain in the ass.. get cart holders in your parking lot or SOMETHING!

This review is for the copy and print center only.To make my review short and sweet. If they say the binder hole punch machine is broken, 97% of the time its employee error, in not knowing how to operate said machine. But dont worry, there is one gentleman there that knows how to work the punch and he has came through a few times for me. You just have to find him and ask him nicely :)The 3 stars is for the fact that an employee lied to me and said the punch is not working but after getting the right person for the job, like a miracle the machine worked and I have a nicely bound booklet... thus far this scenario has played out 3 times.. So to some it up go to a FedEx location down the street and save yourself some stress.

I would not recommend even a 13 year old to work here. The store manager is unethical and highly dishonest. People that work there never last there more then a month or two. They don’t have good service. Every time I go there the employees are either on there phones, texting, and even eating on the floor. I hear the store manager talk about customers right behind there backs on the mic. Cliff lied to me about looking for my credit card to find a receipt so I can return an item. I even had customer service on the phone and still wouldn’t do it. I will report him to Human Resources and corporate. He called an employee stupid and belittles his employees. The printer service is a joke. They have one person handling over 10 customers. I mean no wonder she have an attitude helping customers because no one even cares to work there.... I would never spend even 10 cents there. Kennesaw office max is the worst location to go to.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Printing sucks. Obviously didnt want to print a lot of pages. Told me they didnt recieve my file in email. Sat there for 20 minutes waiting and still couldnt even recieve an email. A person next to me was able to get on the computer adter the employee told me it was store policy that I couldnt get on the computer to download the large files i was trying to print. Even so. The internet was so poor that they couldnt get a file through an email that was 19mb i was trying to print. Still bought something before i left. But i would never EVER go to this store again. I was basically assuming that my emails were blocked and they chose not to print them because it was a lot of work someone didnt want to deal with. I work as a cook on weekends on night shift so i kniw good customer service. Im never ever picky. But this is the first time out of any place Ive ever been I will ever complain about.

Worst location EVER! Is there away to post no stars?! First they didnt have the paper that I wanted. DEBBIE the manager was extremely unhelpful and had non-chalant attitude. She didnt seem like she wanted to help me. She had me sit down then walked away on her cell phone when talking to me. Because she walked away I went to go look at paper I wanted while she called another location to see if they had it in. She said she was on hold for 6 minutes with the other location, but when I called them they immediately picked up which leads me to believe she didnt call. I had to drive to Michaels twice because John didnt know what the hell he was doing. He didnt know how to use Publisher which is the system that you use to print off business cards and etc. After being there for 1 hour and 30 minutes and after my second run to Michaels for paper (b/c he messed up my paper) I flipped out on John. After I freaked out on him he finally woke up and stepped his game up. He then went out if his way to make sure that I left with what I needed even though Debbie the manager kept telling him that it was my paper and that he couldnt help me. Way to go John! Thank you for trying and succeeding though it took over 2 hours. The ONLY reason why I stayed was it was the closest location to me and I had a customer coming to purchase my jewelry. This will be the last time I EVER step foot in that location. I rather drive 40 minutes to the Chamblee Office Depot (which is where I originally created and purchased my business cards) than to drive 5 minutes to the barrett Pkwy location!

The computer service department is the most deceitful part of this company. They will lie about what is wrong with your computer in order to charge you tons of money. These people are a bunch of con artists. I dropped my computer off for repair, after hearing nothing for several days, I decided to go into the store and get a progress report in person. My computer has not moved an inch and looks like that no one has freaking looked at. They said that my hard drive has failed and not providing any type of list of things that has been done to check that my hard drive has failed 100%. They cheat, lie and rob people that do not know computers that well. They will make sure that they steal a ton of money from people that seek help from supposedly computer experts that have been trained to look at the computer for five seconds and come up with the most expensive option to charge the computer illiterate and milk them for their hard earned money. These disgusting people need to be stopped from robbing innocent people.

This is for the Copy Print Center, very negative experience. I placed an order for my Notary Stamp 1/17/17, after checking in on my order after not hearing anything for 2 1/2 weeks they told me the order was still pending because they ended up never submitted my notary certificate when i placed my order at the store. In addition to that, they completely lost my paperwork and their copy of my notary certificate.
