I like how they really try to make it feel like theyre invested in the community. Theyre kind and when they made a mistake on fixing my bike they acknowledged it and gave me a slight discount without me even asking. Im proud to be a member.

Staff may just have had too much caffeine that day, but not a pleasant experience.
