I’ve had great experiences with this location. I bought a kids bunk with trundle from Liz. Another time I purchased a reclining sectional with a rocking recliner, end table and coffee table from Connor. The kids love their bed and I love my sectional. However, all of that did not leave space to move around. I called in to ask for a refund on the recliner and end table they said no problem. I went in the next day after delivery and found a dresser that I liked and made an exchange instead. Customer service here is impeccable. I will continue to come here for all my furniture needs.

Rooms To Go is very unethical. Check with BBB for ratings before shopping there. They lie to customers. Even the manager lies. They delivered a power sofa without cord so sofa was unusable. After 2 weeks I returned it. I was told I would get full refund but they decided to keep part of my money. I am still working through BBB to get my full refund.

Liz was spectacular! She greeted us quickly and gave us the option to browse on our own or have her walk with us through the store. We chose to browse a bit on our own. She gave us a quick but informative breakdown of how pricing and the options worked for living room furniture. Liz periodically checked in with us answering any questions we had. When we finally made our choice she was very knowledgeable and able to give us any and all information we needed to go through with our purchase. We felt at complete ease with Liz and were not rushed at all. She was also able to come up with an excellent financing option that suited our needs. Thank you Liz, you were wonderful!

I worked with Tony to furnish a house we are building in Florida. He was awesome. Very helpful in all aspects of choosing furniture and mattresses. I would highly recommend Tony to anyone who is having to do a monumental job of furnishing a house. He is excellent and coordinates completely well with people in the patio department as well as rooms to go kids.

Very nice experience. We have recently moved to a bigger house, and were looking for a couch and dining set to replace what we already had. Tiffany stayed late to help us out, gave some great advice and even moved some stuff around so as to help us visualize how what were looking at would work together. We don’t ever feel like we’re being forced into buying something that we don’t want, but at the same time we are always offered top notch quality products! We’ve tried shopping elsewhere in the past to try to pay less but ended up regretting it! Rooms to go prices are very good for the incredible quality that you receive! We still have furniture that we got from rooms to go over a decade ago, and the furniture is still in excellent condition. Not to mention, rooms to go is one of the few furniture companies that actually sticks to their word on their warranty.

She is an outstanding professional who went above and beyond to ensure all of our requests were met, including the furniture we were looking for and a guaranteed delivery date to our new address in Florida to match our arrival time frame. Even though most delivery dates on items were far out, she meticulously searched the inventory to meet our needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone as I’m sure she’ll give every person the same outstanding service she gave to us.

My family and I went furniture shopping for two days. It was terrible! I hate shopping on a normal day but the last two days were becoming torturous. THEN WILSON CAME INTO MY LIFE and changed everything about the experience. Out of all the furniture stores surrounding R2G, hardly anyone spoke to us or even acknowledged us in their store. Wilson not only made us feel incredibly welcome but he also made us feel like we had known him forever. We were super specific about what we wanted and Wilson made every last detail happen for us! Ken the salesman at Kennesaw, Ga location, was awesome!! I came to the store the night before, just to look around and see exactly what I wanted to purchase. He pointed me in the direction of a few things, then let me roam. He did not hover, or smother me, or pester me the way most sales people do. He checked back from time to time, just enough to see if I had any questions. I told him I would be back. The next morning I came back to make my final decision and purchase. He was surprised to see me so soon, but was extremely helpful to me through the whole process of my purchase. I was more than satisfied walking into Rooms To Go. My original advisor was Chris but in his absence Tiffany helped me pull everything together. She didn’t rush me, or try to up sale in a bad way! We ordered a bedroom set and had waited months for it to come in. Finally came in with damage to the side table. It was the wrong bed frame so we waited an additional period of a total of 8 months and it finally was delivered. I was told that the adjustable bed could not be used with the bed frame I ordered. So I refused delivery but was told they could bring it back within the week if we could get the right adjustable bed. It was a lie and the store could not even get in touch with them to bring it back that very day. Turns out I was lied to and we have to wait until April 2022 to get what we ordered. I was also sold something that could not be sold together in the first place. Still waiting…..I guess I should also say the side table was replaced…to be fair

Placed 2 orders, waiting over 2 months for both. When 1st order arrived, our headboard was damaged in 3 different places (chips, scratching, and paint damage). Called and the replacement will not be ready for another month! When the truck for our 2nd order (dining set) arrived, they looked in the back of the truck and our furniture was not there... So now we have waited over 2 months for absolute garbage service and damaged furniture. Customer service seemed careless and offered nothing to correct the issues. Never using Rooms to Go again. Do yourself a favor and go to Ashley furniture.

I was looking for a new mattress, wanted a nice, firm one. I just bought a new house, so money was tight and I also needed a box-spring. The initial person to help me treated me right away, helped me find what I was looking for (restrooms and the mattresses, yes, in that order) and though he was unable to answer my firmness question, he quickly sought the assistance of Joni, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. Helped me test it out and set up purchase & delivery. No pressure to bury, she was happy to simply answer questions and be available should I wish to purchase. Oh! After having an horrible experience at the Rooms to Go location in Mcdonough with the Sales Associate and Manager I decided to give the Kennasaw location a try because I loved the furniture.I tell you the experience I had at the Kennesaw location was night and day. My sales associate was so awesome and super nice and very Transparent about the package prices.The Manager Karen there is also SUPER AWESOME!! Karen listen to my concerns about the aweful customer service I has experienced at the other location and made things right.I would definitely recommend anyone who is thinking about making any purchases from Rooms To Go to avoid the Mcdonough location and do your shopping at the Kennesaw location where you will receive the excellent customer service!!

I’m disabled & Wendy Jackson did a phenomenal job of accommodating my Disability. She carried us from recliner to recliner & found the one that would best suit my needs because I will need to be able to sleep in the chair with my feet elevated higher than my head due to my feet swelling if my feet are LOWER than my head. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience & we got a good price on the chair but thankfully that’s a rooms to go promise. We will be back & we will be working with her & only her. Ron Evans was a fantastic help in choosing our furniture needs. He has helped us purchase furniture for new homes for all three of our children. He is knowledgeable as to what is available in the store and online and helped us figure out the best combination of items within our budget. He went above and beyond with everything helping us match lamps and end tables that matched our furniture selections to choosing the best mattress sets. He is competent, upbeat and understanding of ones needs and we highly recommend him.

Nella is the best! She greeted us as soon as we walked in the door, talked to us about our personal life, what we were looking for, and looked at delivery dates for everything. Once she found out that what we came to look at wouldn’t be delivered for months, she took us to something similar that we ended up liking better AND had a delivery date of less than a month. She didn’t judge us, she made us laugh, and was just really enjoyable to be with. I’m still shocked that she was so patient as I went back and forth between multiple sets to get multiple opinions. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Huge store. Salespersons were eager to hustle. Do not buy Mattresses from them!!! Unless you KNOW its absolutely going to work. Salesperson said a 10-day change your mind policy. Delivered this week ...No return 😢 policy. Owned for 3 days. Bought the high end Tempur Pedic. Was horrible! Now I am stuck with a $5000 mattress. Sleeping on my couch. Will Never buy Anything from Rooms To Go.

This Rooms2Go Location is very nice and the showroom is huge. Upon walking in I was happily greeted by an associate by the name of Liz. She was very nice and politely told her we were browsing, so she said she would check up on us later. We browsed for a few minutes and Liz came by and checked on us again. I was happy she came over because with a showroom that big it could be overwhelming. Also we normally do not speak to anyone right from the jump because pushy salespeople annoy me, but Liz was not like that. This experience was stress free. Liz personally walked me around the store and showed us many options based on our price point, which was very important because we were on a budget. She also did not get offended when we chose to browse on our on again, overall we ended up finding exactly what we needed and I will definitely be back.

Very bad and rude customer service. I tried a very comfortable sofa in a store and ordered one but they brought me something els. I had a hard time to reach out customer service and finally they just gave me the exchange Option plus fee for delivery. I never Suggest them.

I purchase furniture for my new home about 2 months ago. I purchased a king-size bedroom set that is supposed to 5 items and only received 2 with 1 being the wrong item. ordered 6 dining tables and only received 4. The bedroom set was not set up although delivery and set up were paid for. The store manager Johnny keeps giving me the run around knowing the sales rep sold me a more expensive item to better his commission. Have been calling for the past 2 days and the store manager is always with a customer and somehow never gets my left messages. The customer service at this store is awful and they are not honest people since they want to get your money any way they can. Very unprofessional especially because there is a manager involved that simply doesnt care about customer satisfaction.

I have had to worst experience with Rooms To Go. I found a sofa that I loved! When it was delivered every piece had a hole in it. I had 4 pieces, they came and replaced 3 but never the 4th piece and they never return phone calls. I am so over this store, now I am waiting on a call from the manager, I have been waiting for 3 weeks. At this point I would love to throw the sofa in the street BUT I am paying alot of money for it. I dont even care if they dont call me back I will NOT shop with them again.

Wilson waited on me today for a new mattress. He made the process smooth and quick, (less than 30 minutes) and believe me thats saying something as buying a mattress last year took over an hour. He also sold me on the adjustable frame which I wasnt sure about initially. I would recommend him to others :-)

Picked the best and most expensive crib set at rooms to go. Delivery was horrible - they moved the date without noticed, after we waited a month. Delivered a cheap brown dresser, instead of what we ordered, and did not load a piece on the truck. Customer service did not even try to correct the issue or cared to speak with local management. Now I am 30+ waiting on customer service to answer on where the missing piece is?

Our sales person name was Giji She was spectacular. She helped My wife and I to find exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend this store and especially this saleswoman. She was wonderful in helping us figure out the perfect design.

Alan was so helpful. We felt like we could really take our time and he worked patiently with us to help us customize the specific pieces we wanted. We are so excited to get our new living room put together. We were so surprised to find pieces we liked. We did not feel pressured and Alan was really chill and professional.

I bought bedroom furniture at the end of April from a rooms to go Kennesaw. After a month, the delivery showed up with only bunky boards(bed slats) and the delivery guys told me that the rest would come at a later date. The delivery guys seemed spaced out, then proceeded to hit a speed limit sign in the neighborhood across from my house and drive off without stopping and doing the right thing. A month later the next order arrived and was only a headboard, nothing else. I told the drivers to take the headboard and I would cancel the order. A week later my slats were picked up for return. It’s been 3 weeks since that happened. I still have no money back after cancelling and returning my order. I’ve talked to customer service over 10 times. I talked to the “top dog”there, who did what everyone else did and give me the run around. They continue to believe I have a headboard that I never accepted. No one can give me my money back apparently and they keep telling me there’s an issue with the system. The sales associate was a man by the name of John. Once he closed the deal he never tried to fix any issues, also charging me for a warranty fee I never was told about or signed up for. The fact I have no furniture and lost nearly 2 grand is just insane 2 months later after swiping my card. The fact no one there is trying to step up and fix this and is comfortable committing fraud is insane. This is not a bias post, this is word for word what happened to us. You have been warned.

Went here to look for furniture with my husband and absolutely nobody offered us any assistance. We are a young couple so maybe we were profiled as not having money or something. We’re new to the area but have an open account with Rooms To Go. I’ve never been to a location where the staff just ignores you. Another couple came in right as we were leaving and was greeted immediately. Kind of disappointing. However we accidentally went to Rooms To Go Patio just down the road and the gentleman there was so sweet.

Just bought a new living room set at Rooms to Go incredibly easy smooth and seamless joji was our sales person she was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions and was very patient as we looked at different items and then helped us get everything arranged we were in-and-out in no time.

Awesome experience...good selection, great working with my sales associate, Angel Ortiz!

Liz was so helpful and made this shopping experience so easy. We told her our vision and style and she pointed us in the right direction. You can tell she really enjoys her job and is so knowledgeable about the furniture industry.

Wendy Jackson was awesome. She attended to every of our needs. We came and conquered meaning, we got exactly what we needed with her meticulous help. Thank you Wendy and continue to remain blessed.

The delivery window was 2-6, they then changed it to 3-7 the day before.I got a text at 2:55 the day of.. saying they would arrive in 9 minutes, followed by a text immediately after saying they arrived. I arrived there at exactly 3 and they had already left. I Spoke to a manager and was told they would come back after 4 stops. We waited all day and now I have no couch and I waisted my whole day. I spent most of the day on hold with no real help and still have no idea when I will have a couch. Terrible customer service and terrible delivery team. Plus the tracker is completely useless.

Wendy was very patient with me about making a decision on what to purchase. She is very knowledgeable of the products Rooms To Go sells. Wendy also provides excellent customer service.

Our visit to the Kennesaw RTG was the last furniture shopping destination for the day and good thing it was, we saved the best for last. We were promptly and kindly greeted by Wendy J. We found the perfect living room set for our new home and scored a great bundle deal which made things easy and saved us time having to shop around for more furniture to match. Our selection was in stock and ready to ship asap even though we did not need the furniture right away so RTG set us up with delivery for the exact future date that we requested. Wendy was awesome, she took the time to run through many different packages and pricing, gave us the space and time to think it over and she made it very easy for us to complete our furniture purchase once we were ready. Two thumbs up and five stars for Wendy and for RTG Kennesaw.

Over the last couple of years I have been in this store twice and the staff is always great. The selection in this large square footage:. They work hard to make a showroom but, in my opinion, the living room seating is cheap, poor quality fabric and cushions. I am 62. As a child my parents would go to a local furniture store in upper east TN and I would watch them go over the couches. What we bought would always be clearance or last one because of our budget. The couches were always Strong and the cushioning Firm. The fabric would look like Royalty. Our last before I moved to another town was a rich medium blue with hints of gold design. I, mom, dad and two brothers all slept on that couch. It was used all the time. Like the couch before, both built in Morristown TN or Hickory NC, were built Sturdy and Extremely comfortable with proper height and length for legs and for sleeping. Mom was 54, dad 63 and us kids somewhere in-between. Those couches fit us all. Our recliners always came from Berkline in Morristown TN. STRONG, COMFORTABLE, AFFORDABLE. I do not find that at RTG. I find as good a quality or better across the street at COSTCO. Next week we will go across the street and visit Lazyboy. These RTG guys emphasize a Look and utilize that and Claimed No Interest for so many months. This furniture will be worn out way before it is paid for. We are just Not into the Look presented by RTG. Feel the fabrics. Feel the cushions. Sit and try to be comfortable. Very little in leather and most of what they had was Recliner Couches. They are nice for Reclining but try laying down across one. Offer a good long strong and comfortable couch and a set of good strong comfortable recliners that wrap around you like a good bucket seat in a quality vehicle and at an affordable price. Idea: Built in America.

The store had great selections and the salesperson was professional, polite and helpful. Definitely will be back!
