A couple hours wait but probably from a good rep. Friendly service, standard prices, standard free warranty includes free patches on the life of the tire. Would recommend.

I brought my cab in to change a motor mount,turns out a second mount was bad, also tire rods where showing wear, they changed them and did a front end alignment. I was surprised at how well the car performed. Pete,counter person and Tim the mechanic did all the work in one day, made me a happy camper. I had work earlier when it was Scotts tires, still great service and peace of mind knowing that you can trust their findings. Cost was less than I thought. Thanks for the great effort.

The way they took care of my tire was a cluster****. But more informative was another customer who paid for an oil change and a tire rotation. He came back in to complain that the tires were not rotated. The cashier claimed they had, but the customer proved them wrong because hed marked the tires. I watched two employees stammer and dissemble as they tried to talk their way out of it. The same act they gave me as they tried to explain why they got the wrong tire, why they couldnt call me, etc.

As a small business owner customer service is a major factor in where I do business. The great people at this center definitely provide professional quality service. They changed my tires, replaced my brakes and rotors and adjusted my headlights (Not one of their normal services). They called me to keep me informed of the progress and had it all done in one day. My truck rides like the day I rolled it off the showroom floor. Thanks guys I have already started referring people to your shop.

If anyone is thinking about working for Tire Choice in Kenner be careful the manager has a attitude he would tell you one thing over the phone then when you arrive in person for a interview his excuse is you need to go online and do a online application if I went online to do a online application then why did you call me in for a interview I have over 10 years experience with tires I noticed in the beginning of this year 2021 they had a help wanted sign Maybe its because of the management with theyre poor lying attitude

Called in advance to schedule an oil change and tire rotation. They told. me 45 mins to an hour over the phone. When I dropped my car off they said 45 minutes and they would be done. I came back an hour later and asked about the status and they hadnt even started on my car and said they didnt know I needed my car back by a certain time! Ridiculous! Never going to them again and never recommending. Terrible customer service.

In March 2020 I spent $2499.00 at this location for work done on my Class C Motorhome which included 4 new shock absorbers and 6 new tires. In October I noticed 2 of the tires showed a defect in the tread. I took it back here and a tire technician looked at the defect and said the defect was caused by a bad shock. When I pointed out that the shocks were replaced at the same time the tires were he changed his mind and agreed to replacing them. Several days later the tires were to arrive and would be installed. When I called back to make an appointment the manager told me only 1tire had arrived and he would get the second one in a day or so. It is now 10 days since the tire technician looked at the tires and this morning I called and spoke with the manager and he told me to come in and get the new tires as he now had both of them. When I arrived this morning I was told only 1tire had arrived, but the second would be there today and they would call me when they could do the work. As of 4:30 this afternoon I have not been called.Would someone please address this incompetent situation so I could get my tires. I have called the 800 number twice and have left a call back request, but nothing happens.So no one calls you back, its just a scam to make you think they have a customer service department. I did find out though their business plan, and that is the management hires uneducated managers to save money and increase profits. This is a good place to stay away from.

I am so beyond thrilled with the service I received here! 😍 Casey was amazing and fixed my issue the same day I brought it in when it was originally not going to be done till after the weekend. On top of that, I had had literal thousands of dollars of work done this past december so there was no reason for this issue to be happening. An estimate at another auto shop was over 200 dollars and I was very worried, as I had already been stretching 10 dollars for 2 weeks. There was absolutely no way to get that much. Casey had no knowledge of my financial struggles and I was fully expecting to have to call my mother and ask her for a loan till my next paycheck. But when I got the call, he told me no charge (totally unrelated to my financial circumstances) and I was in tears after I got off the phone. That meant I could afford my rent & have my car back as things start to open back up and I have to go back to non-working-from-home-life. I was scared out of my mind and Casey just saved the day for me & got my car back to me in RECORD time. I cant even describe how thankful I am. And it was a pleasure to hear from him on every phone call and meeting him in person. This is an incredible place and Ill definitely be back for all my car issues. I hope anyone else in need of car related assistance will consider this place, too. Id give way more than 5 stars if I could. Going to tell all my friends to get over here, too. Not sure how Tire Choice responds to basic tire and brake work but MY experience on an engine replacement part was horrifying.Firstly, I was charged for a diagnostic on a problem both TC and I knew existed. The riddle was finding if the problem was hose related or a component. I was charged nearly $100 for TC investigation. The problem was found within five minutes at the mechanic I eventually had repair the car. But during TCs initial hood check I had two misc diagnostics charges which when questioned TC could not explain what they were. That does not seem responsible.Secondly, the repair estimate was astronomical with charges on hoses they said needed to be replaced. The mechanics comments of dry rotting was incorrect, my mechanic who repaired the problem said they were fine.I considered TCs labor/part replacement an incredible needless up-charge.TC labor cost to replace each hose (two easy connections) was criminal, I knew reviewing the estimate I was going to bow out. I brought the cost to TCs attention and they rambled on about access difficulty. Google has the pricing at a third of their estimate. I felt confident in my decision to drive away.Overall, I didnt feel confident in the TC group to do the repairs so I left and found another mechanic which completed the job at a third of the price.Maybe tires and brakes are TC speciality, who knows, but I wont be considering them for engine repairs and will protect my friends and family FROM WHAT I consider predator pricing.UPDATE....It is EVEN a worst scenario when a company responds with a canned message....previous reviews are correct, it is not the old Scottys!

My family dealt with Scottys for years purchasing tires. Needless to say we were disappointed when we heard they were planning to sell the business. Did not know the customer service aspect would change entirely. My husband was borderline stalking these people for two weeks to purchase and install 4 tires on my SUV. Overall, he was given three different dates when they would be able to install the new tires on my car. We made arrangements to have my vehicle there and then basically wasted the day waiting on them to call us (never did). After many calls and visits by us trying to get this done, we only ended up with a bunch of excuses over the span of two weeks. My husband ended up cancelling the purchase/service which they seemed to be completely fine with. At this point, I dont even believe they ever had us scheduled for an appointment or ordered the tires! I felt like we were bothering them trying to give them our business. How backwards is that? Just a completely unprofessional experience. I guess I will have to stick to my dealerships pricing. At least I know they will get it done!

I was wondering how it would change from scottys to tire choice. The main supervisor/manager Ney Silva is still here and he is the man that makes this location and this business run with so many great reviews and quality service he handles every concern with optimism like he is on the customer side a true value to this company! Prices are good they work with you to find what you can afford with total transparency. Treat me and my husband like family my husband loves the place.

Horrible experience with this place. I tried taking my car there three times to get the A/C fixed. After having my online appointment approved and confirmed- each time I got ready to drop the car off I was called and informed that they had too many cars in that day and they would call me back to reschedule (which they never did and I wind up rescheduling myself). After finally calling to ask why they kept asking me to reschedule, I was informed that they did not even have a A/C technician working at the shop whatsoever. So instead of just not approving my appointment, or even telling me this the first time instead of asking me to reschedule- they decide to waste my time and string me along for 3 weeks for something they never had the ability to fix in the first place.Turns out it was a blessing in disguise because my nephew brought his car there to get the breaks done and left with his alignment off, dented rims and a shaky steering wheel. When he called back they called him a liar and told him he damaged his own car. Many other reviews like this on yelp that are hidden in their “not recommended reviews” list. Only God knows what would have happened if I would have let these fools under the hood of my car.

Bad service. I only needed to loosen up the lugnuts and they did not even want to help out with that. Greedy and racist.I would never go back. And i suggest to go to another tire shop that is better with helping people in need when possible

These guys were great!Great job. Great price.We had a serious problem with our van and we are from out of town and didnt know who to trust to do good work at a fair price (nobody likes trying a new mechanic for the first time).I described the problem (one I havent ever heard of before) and they knew immediately what it was and worked hard to fix it quickly so we could get back on the road.They are family owned and me and the owner had a great conversation.If this shop was local it would definitely be my new mechanic shop.

Great place to purchase tires and I have any other type of repairs done to your car

They had done some work on my car a couple of years ago already so I dropped my car off again for a check up today. It is a 2005 Camry. The car not being new I had a feeling that they were going to find some issue with it. They call me back and told me nothing was wrong with it. and charged me just 30$.They could have very easily screw me up but didnt. The owner is a very nice guy as well. you can tell his reputation is very important to him.

Great people work here they take care of you I had a blowout but a warranty on tire somewhere else so they took care of me and air my tire up and put spare on so I could get on road too 5 min... highly recommend based off employees and atmosphere

Came to Scottys to get an state inspectipn performed on my vehicle. Explained 3 times that I wanted the state inspection with the sticker, front desk said No problem. About 35 mins later I get a call that my car is done. I pay my fee and leave. As I get close to home I pull into my drive way and see no state inspection sticker change. I go back and explained that I was looking for a state inspection. They had inspected the car and charged me for those services. They immediately apologize and offered my full refund back. Ney orchestrated the entire process. I believe in value, honesty and trustworthiness and they exceeded it today. Thank you and you have earned a customer.

I’ve been a customer of Scotty’s for many years and they have always, always been efficient and trustworthy. I’ve been out of town on many occasions and my wife or daughter needed help with their vehicles and the first thing that comes out of my mouth is “go to Scotty’s.” We’ve never been disappointed!

My wife brought her car in for an oil change and tire rotation, a week later, i noticed the tires were not rotated. I went back to the shop and informed them that the tires were not rotated and they said to bring the car back so they could take a look at it. Whats there to look at? Makes me wonder if they changed the oil. Hate to think they would be a business that takes advantage of women.

AAA told me to tow my car with 2 flats there. Said my car would be a prioriy because of my membership. This was thur.night tow. I called fri morning was told it wuold take till monday so I had it towed to goodyear and it was done by friday at 2

From my call for an estimate through picking the vehicle up, Scottys did a great job and excelled at customer service.

They are the worst, scoundrels, thieves, the only thing they want is to take your money, liars. I took my car for a little noise and now the noise is greater and also without air conditioning. They are not professionals and much less are trained!
