Had 2 punctured front tires and a flight that was leaving in an hour and a half. My return flight came in after they would be closed for the day. They coordinated with me and came up with a plan to have my vehicle available after hours. And repairs are holding up nicely. Very appreciative of their work and flexibility. Reminds you of an old school service shop that puts customers first.

Always efficient! Can seem a little slow but I know it’s because they are so busy. They’ve helped me and my family with our cars for years!

Outstanding service. This was my first time going to this place. I went in for a wheel alignment after getting a new set of tires at a different place. All the staff were professional and welcoming.What most impressed me about this place is their honesty. They called me and informed me that my car had the right alignment numbers and that I didn’t need a wheel alignment at this time. If you want an excellent and honest service, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be going there from now on for all of my car repairs!

I have been coming to this service center for years, they have always be fair and straight with me. Trust is hard to come by but they have earned mine.

Went to get my tires rotated and balanced. One of the workers hopped in my truck and and took my truck for a joy ride. He floored the gas pedal as much as he could. I could hear my truck from a block away. My truck was parked right next to the shop. There was absolutely no reason to drive it down the road, especially hot rodding it the way he did. I stopped him when he came back and made him get out. I was not having them work on my truck after that. When I confronted the worker he had that look of I have been caught all over his face. I’m extremely disappointed in the professionalism of this shop and I will not be back.

Theyre seriously the best! Everytime Ive had a problem theyve been quick to help me! I recently blew out my tire and they were about to close but they fixed it anyway so fast! Im just so thankful for this place! Speedy and friendly service always!

Amazing company. Owner was very kind, professional, and courteous. I had a tire that Firestone refused to repair, so I was on the search for a place that would repair it but was also professional and wouldn’t do a bad job. I searched and ended up at Delta World Tire and honestly the first impression all the way to receiving my vehicle exceeded my expectations. They not only repaired my tire, but since it was my first time there they didn’t even charge me. I could tell from first walking in that the manager had a great work ethic just from the minute or two that I spoke with him. I couldn’t be happier with the service that I received, and I recommend this company/location to anyone who is looking for somewhere that’s kind, courteous and respectable while performing honest work. They also performed the work in an exceptionally timed manner. I’ll definitely be back for any upcoming maintenance/repair work that’s needed.

They only place I have found that knows what they are doing when it comes to balancing large or custom wheels.

I called two other places local because I needed my front tire on my zero turn replaced. The big chains said no way, this guy said come on. It’s nice to know they aren’t afraid to change a tire.

I only come to this shop. Even though Ive moved a ways away from Kenner, I come back to this DWT every time my car needs service. They are honest, kind gents who know what they are doing. I have never had anything but great service. Heath and the guys are great mechanics and their kindness gives off BDE.

Ive been doing business with Delta World Tire for probably 20 years. They have very stable management, which is a great sign, & their customer service is also strong. Decent prices on tires & some good mechanics, too.

An (Outstanding Establishment!) I brought my vehicle there to replace a damaged tire and the mechanic inadvertently scratched my rim. Mr. Heath Encardes, immediately informed me of the occurrence without delay. It was something that I probably would not have noticed. The honesty and integrity shown by the personnel was unrivaled. The matter was quickly resolved, without further incident. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Fantastic service. I cant say enough good things about the mechanics that work there. They are good at what they do and they really helped when I was in a bind. Its rare to find mechanics that care and with such honesty. May God bless them.

I have been a customer for 15 years in that time they have serviced 5 vehicles and made repairs and tire work at a fair price with quality and care. The reason for writing this today is that my friend got a ridiculously high quote from another place so I sent him to Heath and the work was completed for about half the cost!!And they even have complementary coffee and coke while you wait!

Knowledgeable service. Was busy (Saturday morning) when I went and still had speedy service on single tire mount/balance. Helped me to car and loaded wheel into hatch. Would definitely recommend and will use them again!

Update 6/22/2020: These guys are on the ball! Very reasonably priced.I will definitely be bringing my car back for service.Had just gotten my car out mechanic shop, had ac work done and replaced a TPM sensor. Unfortunately my mechanic didnt seem to be able to reprogram my TPM system. A friend recommended Delta World Tire and they had me reprogrammed and back on the road in under 20 minutes. I went very early, probably about 8:30. I will always bring my car back here for those issues. I still love my mechanic, but just like doctors, sometimes you have to go to a specialist!
