There is constantly people in the store without masks on coughing on things, the staff doesnt even seem to notice.

Always great food at great prices. Usually when I am shopping there are associates cleaning and/or stocking the shelves. Even when busy, theres move quickly for the customers who are checking out.

Love this service. Really appreciate being able to text with the shopper. Always arrives when expected!

The cashier was really nice to the person before me, when I got up to the counter she wouldnt even look me in the eye let alone say hello. After throwing my things around on the conveyor belt she gave me a total and when I gave her the amount requested she added something on a calculator a few times, then shorted me on the amount of change I was supposed to get back. I kind of bothered so I just walked out and didnt say anything. The cashier was Christine the day should posted, the time was 6:10 PM. I cant be certain since I dont know her but I sincerely feel as though the color of my skin has allot to do with the way I was treated, I guess this is one of the reasons I use self checkout. I guess God customer service is difficult to find these days unfortunately. Hopefully this doesnt go against some of the other employees that actually care about customer service, all others Ive encountered were at least friendly.I know good employees/people are hard to come by these days, its slim pickings these days.

A family member needed to get some groceries. She enjoyed browsing the store getting the items she needed.Well stocked and good customer service.

Weve shopped about everywhere in Salem. This is SUCH a nice place; its quite big. Were testing the coffee selections for starters. My dear dear friend shops here, mentioned my experience and she gently pulled my arm; lets go together. Such a shared delight.

I know what the CDC have said about Masks, but the State of Oregon still requires them at the moment until they can get some sort of verification process.Today I went to do some shopping and there was 2 women Not Wearing Masks in the store. I could tell they were hoping for a confrontation, and No One did! They both left and got into a Big Blue Pickup with Trump 2020 Stickers, so I assume they were not Vaccinated!I will not shop there unless the people entering not wearing a mask have been vaccine verified somehow. My wife and I have been vaccinated, but she is immune compromised, and she has been tested for the antibodies, and the vaccine has been only about 25% effective for her. So we are still wearing masks everywhere. And I will Not Shop somewhere that is Not Verifying the People Not wearing masks!

Great prices, mainly WinCo brand items, but I think its a quality brand. Its empty of people at 6am, but you have to navigate a lot of stocking going on. The employees are thoughtful and quick to clear your path though.

This is a very good place to buy groceries. They have all of the staples you expect. They also have bulk items and spices.

Always clean, organized and well stocked. We live in Keizer and this is our go-to first choice for grabbing groceries. The produce has always been fresh and staff helpful. Only thing Id like to see more of is good quality dairy-free and gluten-free items. They do carry some items but not enough for those uf us who arentable to eat gluten and dairy.Still, worth 5 stars for what it is: a relatively small neighborhood store.Would recommend.

Good buys on every day groceries! A little shy on nonedibles such as detergents etc but, a great store with friendly staff.

This store is usually quick to get in & out, and the prices are great.The problem is that I have repeatedly ended up with meats that went bad even before the sell by date in my fridge. Management was not helpful when I called to address this.

Waremart is a good grocery store. The prices are pretty fair, and you can buy in bulk to save money on some select items. You may need to be vigilant when picking produce, as it is near expiration occasionally. The employees are generally helpful, and at the very least courteous. Unlike similar stores, they dont seem to hate working there, which I appreciate. Besides the produce, the only other downside is the selection is relatively scant. By that, I mean there are some less common items you cant find there, and also there are fewer alternatives to more common goods.

For my basic needs its good. I wish it had the deli selection that winco had.

A well stocked and clean store, a smaller version of winco that lacks a deli and bakery and meat dept, the only ding in star is due to a lack of those it feels like the offerings are sparser compared to similar sized grocery stores.

The workers here are always friendly and courteous. One young lady was sanitizing the produce section today while I was there and I was super impressed! She was personable and had a wonderful demeanor! Thank you for doing all you can to protect us!

People are very friendly and helpful. Good prices of groceries. They do not have some items but those are very small.

This is a great store I am so glad came to Keizer. Great meat selection. Sometimes it doesn’t have everything you might expect at your grocery store, but the low prices make it worth it.

I am so elated, but there is a few details that I am not happy about. But I try to justify it, with the pandemic occurring. There is wonderful customer service when I can find a store representative but finding a product is challenging at times. But I did get assistance. Nice people.

Employee owned Waremart is a cross between a big box store and a supermarket. Their foods are high quality, and they do offer some high quality meats that are lower quality cuts, which is awesome. Prices and selections are outstanding, and they have an extensive bulk foods section. For the same foods, I spend a little more than half what I would spend at 2 local supermarkets. You can also get great personal service if you need it. During Covid, masks are required, and no one pushes the limits on that. Carts are all disinfected as they are brought back in.

I just got done doing some grocery shopping with my 9 week old baby in a front pack on me, grocery shopping with kiddos is usually pretty stressful to me especially with a little one this young as you can imagine. The cashier who checked us out, Aiko C was AMAZING. I know this is a grocery store and people may not notice things like this but she came and helped me unload my cart on to the belt, asked what kind of bags I wanted to use, and bagged my items and loaded them back into my cart and told me just take care of that baby... WITH a customer behind me waiting. Usually I get the vibe that the cashier or people behind me in line are annoyed with me taking so long, but Aiko noticed me struggling with the baby in my front pack and helped with my groceries. I left in tears, I wanted to hug her. THANK YOU SO MUCH AIKO. You make a difference!!!!!

Cashier Kimberly wouldnt stop talking to a customer still bagging his groceries, about the Covid vaccine, and how dangerous it is, and how she wants to know why a nurse in Florida died from the vaccine.And then, after she saw me roll my eyes, she decided to throw my heavy meats on top of all my other purchases after I paid.

This is 100% the most cost effective place to shop for staples. However, if looking for a broader suggestion, I would go elsewhere.

Went grocery shopping on Sunday and one of the items I purchased was Prego Alfredo sauce, I’m currently making dinner and opened the jar of sauce and there was mold in it and it was chunky. I don’t think I’ll be returning to shop there again.

While in the store, a man I did not know began following me, harassing and verbally abusing me. This man had followed me around the store and then got in line behind me at the cash register and then got really loud yelling at me. Management would not help me at all, in fact yelled at me when I asked for help. Cannot say I feel safe going to Keizer Waremart anymore. Ill take my business somewhere else.

Although Waremart is a smaller store than many during this time of COVID-19, it has consistently been better stocked than the larger stores. Also impressive is that they have retained plenty of staff which are very friendly and helpful. They also practice excellent sanitation procedures. I am grateful it is in my neighborhood.

Don’t have a huge selection but you can get in and out quickly. I do most of our shopping for small things here. Nice employees who are helpful.

As always we had a wonderful experience. The staff is so friendly, and they always do their best to help us find what we need. Ive even had them give me recipe suggestions just to change things up a little but or for new items i havent tried before. They are a wonderful group of folks! Weve tried going to other stores just to compare prices and service and we havent been able to beat the waremart on river road!

They have pretty much anything you need considering food. Less expensive as well. It was my first time using the water dispenser that uses 5 gallon jugs, it was pretty simple.

Veggies, fruit were not as fresh . They seemed over ripe! Went to local fresh veggies store and got wonderful ❣️ fruit, veggies! Also at waremart it just gets me I cant buy there almond cream there. All the cream seems just to me reg. Milk. Hmmm

Everything is nicely organized, fairly low prices even on healthy/ high protein options. Staff is always great and welcoming. Self check out is great also if you want to grab and go. I love coming here.

Convenient location, friendly service. A bit limited on items in stock. A deli could be great! Prices are best in town but we still have to shop Safeway after going here. Would love to see it expand in the near future. I wish they had the 50 calorie Ocean Spray Cranberry and Grapefruit juice for sure!

It is totally wrong that employees are forbidden by corporate to question people coming in the store without face coverings when state mandated . I had asked a group of 3 teens where their masks were and asked staff about them after their neg reaction, staff hands tied. No surprise teens followed me out to car! Lack of social distancing, masks and elder intimidation seems to now be waremarts choosen policy.

I’m very disappointed with how I was treated today. I live within walking distance, so going here is a daily occurrence for me. I have never had a bad experience prior to this; which is why I’m not rating it lower. I found everything I came for, so I made my way to the checkout. That’s where I meet Shanon E. She quickly dismissed my polite “Hello, how is your night going?”. I took the hint and cut the chit chat. I pull out my debit card to pay, and I messed up my pin. Without looking in my direction, she tells me just to re-enter my pin, which I did. It still didn’t work. I just laughed it off and told her to run it as credit. That’s when she snapped her head in my direction and raised her voice to loudly project “We don’t take credit!” I was shocked by her tone. I pulled out my other debit card and paid for my groceries. I was still shaken by the way she spoke to me. I certainly hope this isn’t the norm for this women.

I prefer this size market. The plus is less people and chaotic children. It makes a quicker shopping experience than a full size WinCo.The negative is less shelf and freezer space for the items I want. So they rotate product and an item you got once may not be available next time.

Great prices and Ive always been impressed with how clean and orderly it is with the employees being so helpful and friendly. They dont stock all the products that I am use to but thats OK neither does Winco besides I know where I can get the few items that I like so theres no problem mate.

Although parking is not ideal the store is well stocked with a very good assortment of products and has a friendly staff who is always looking to see if they may assist you.

I like waremart, and their employees. Everyone was politely and patiently helpful. Things were easy to find. However, word of the wise, go in with a plan! This is a fast paced have your wits about you kind of a grocery store. Not a bed thing by any means. Its just the atmosphere the other customers seem to create. Space is limiting in there.
