We just had our boiler replaced and the whole process was super easy! The technician identified the problem with our old boiler and educated us about it. The sales team even checked into the warranty for us. Choosing a new boiler was easy, scheduling was easy, payment was easy, and the installation guys left the site neat and clean!

We switched to Dead River while in New London, NH 7 years ago and carried the relationship to Jaffrey when we bought a new home here in 2018. Whether at their office in Keene or on the phone or here at home where we have an all-propane set up, we have been very pleased - especially solving any problems or making future plans. Fun, courteous, helpful. DRC is installing a stand-by generator for us and we are confident it will be spot-on.

Keene office; I dont expect snippyness when calling in to get a double charge issue fixed. Was advised that I must have setup the account to be automatically charged. Respectfully replied if that were the case, Id not have used the portal to pay the bill before payment was automatically taken. Lets ignore the fact the billing system didnt catch Id already paid days earlier and simply pulled payment again. I asked if the auto bill option could be removed please. Person at the other end of the line really didnt take kindly to that. Upon thanking her for her help & time, I merely received silence followed by mhm hmm before she hung up. Very unprofessional.
