JoAnn Fabrics in Keene NH is a wonderful place with a very helpful staff. If you download their app they have coupons and sales information. Even when you have forgotten your phone the service people will help you out. Truly enjoy this store.

Great place with good deals

The first associate that I encountered was excellent! She went above and beyond my expectations, taking me directly to one thing that I wanted and then bringing me several of the other item that I wanted. The associate at the checkout, however was not great. She came to the register when I pushed the button, but then hardly said anything to me. She showed up at the register and then just waited for me to be ready to check out, not even saying anything to me. I cant even remember if she did say anything to me, her focus was more on another associate than me. If she had been my only point of contact for the day, I think I would have given 1 star and would not have wanted to go back to this location. I work in customer service myself, and as such I was less than impressed with her service. Thank God she wasnt the only associate I encountered.

Did a curb side pick up. They were very efficient and quick about bringing out my order. Woman was very nice and pleasant.

I like the JOANN fabric franchise in general, but the staff at the Keene branch is especially kind and helpful. If your not familiar with Joann fabrics id suggest downloading the app before you go in bc at first sight things seems overpriced but they give you tons of coupons in the app.

JOANN.com has different hours posted than google. Website shows 9am open on Sunday but it’s not correct. Call b4 you travel. Got there @ 9. You loose Joann’s, went elsewhere.

Staff were helpful and the store had everything I needed.

My wife was looking for a certain item. I pointed out an associate and suggested that my my wife should ask that person. The associate looked right at us and rapidly walked away knowing full well that we needed assistance.

Shelves were bare. No music playing ( especially around Christmas). It was just cold and unwelcoming.

Pleasantly surprised with this visit. First time so all I can say is WOW! GREAT abundance of fabric and the customer service was too notch.

I went in there to buy 2 yards of elastic I do not sew but your employees had 140 yards they wanted me to buy for $67.90 and refused to try to figure out how much it would be for 2 yards. This is why customers go to places like Amazon I left a very frustrated - TERRIBLE SERVICE

The store staff is great, selection could be better but it is a small space. Im not a huge fan of the pricing structure, everything is priced so high in order for them to give out 40%-50%-&60% off coupons. Pricing structure leads me to making smaller purchases to use the coupons and or buying elsewhere.

Lots of fabric choices, a few isles of other craft stuff. Friendly and helpful staff. Its a bit pricey, but on par with the Michaels across the highway.

So much to see! Love the selection great quilting fabric, special occasion, and interesting seasonal prints. Lots of seasonal goodies to buy as well. I wish sales were better marked and there were more staff to help out

Great fabric store. I buy most of my sewing needs here.

Understaffed, I spent an hour in the store and the notions I had planned to buy were more expensive than Walmart. Fat quarters very thin and not worth 2.99, poor quality in my opinion. Will happily spend more at my local quilt store where I can get advice and buy from knowledgeable people. This store has definitely gone downhill over the years, and now they sell cookbooks? WTH!

Its pretty knit. They didnt have color shoe laces.

Wonderful variety of fabric! Prices on some fabric can be a bit steep. Like that they have fabrics on clearance.

Found all the materials I need for a new suit.

Compared to what Im used to this was small with a tiny selection of crafts, stationary, art, knitting, and other supplies but a HUGE selection of fabrics and patterns. Definitely go there for fabric needs.
