The guys here are very helpful. My alternator from another Advance was going out while on a cross country road trip. I replaced it in the parking lot with affordable tools that they had. That alternator ended up being bad, so they got me another one from the Carquest in town. They had the diagnostic tools I needed to make sure things were right. They also tested the newest (3rd) alternator before I installed it, just in case. Great experience. We still made it to our hotel that night. 😊

They are the cheapest part store in town and their quality is about the same as Carquest (owned by the same people). I always try to go there first for parts. Check online, they also give you great coupons if you order online.(usually 20%off)

Went there last week to buy tools and parts. Was asked to leave because I didn’t have a mask. Went down to O’Reilly where they were happy to sell me stuff without a mask. We all don’t carry masks when you live in a area they are not required. Will never shop there again

Dont go to Advanced Auto in Kearney, NE. Sold me a part for my car which this part didnt exist on my car. The worst thing is they wouldnt even take it back . Bad business.

Went to buy oil, was asked to leave because I didnt have a mask. Manager lady was nice about it, blamed CORPORATE, EXPRESSED CONCERN OF LOOSING HER JOB FOR NOT ENFORCING MANDATE!SHE DIDNT HAVE ANY CUSTOMERS 🤷‍♂️CORPORATE, NOT THE MANAGEMENT HAS OFFICIALLY TOLD ME TO NEVER RETURN. I didnt find exactly what I needed (a motorcycle part, so expectations were low anyway) but the sales guy was very helpful and we were able to find something that will work.

They did what you would expect them to do in a timely fashion.

The employee that I worked with unfortunately wasnt even aware of the less expensive options, until I pointed them out to him, but once I did he was able to explain the differences immediately. He also quickly installed it for me for free.

I use Advance Auto on a regular basis. I think they do a fantastic job. They are knowledgeable and always ready to help me. My family currently owns a 2006 Monte Carlo, 97 Grand Cherokee, 06 Jeep Liberty, 2000 Ford Ranger, and a 13 Suburban. Incredibly they always have the parts I need for this wide array of vehicles. In late July of 2016, the power steering pump went out on the 97 Jeep and they HAD the replacement parts at a fair price. I needed the replacement tailgate handle and support cables for the 2000 Ranger and they HAD them in stock. If they do not have the part it is usually there in one or two days with no shipping costs. What else can you ask for!! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Also: Join the Speed Perks program...that saves me a ton of money!!

Clean, well stocked stocked store. I was able to find everything I needed. The service was friendly and good. They were a little slow due to the number of customers they had in the store. They were under staffed and I had to wait about 10 min to get service. The employees were going as fast as they could but to they just need more help. If u come here bring a little paitence and they will get u what u need.

The auto tech who helped me was awesome. He took the time to put the new batteries I needed in my garage door opener and car fob. Great service!

Wife went in because her check engine light was on and we wanted to know why. The gentleman behind the counter even offered to go out and scan it for her, instead of making her do it herself. Very much appreciated! Thank you!

Didnt have the led headlights for car but otherwise have everything else i needed

The associates never know what part we need to fix our vehicle. My husband always has to go in there and do their jobs it seems. The manager in there also reeked of alcohol the last time I was in there and she was extremely rude. We have just decided to go to OReilly auto parts instead from now on.

Bought a part for my AC system on the advice of one their employees, he told us to bring it back if we didnt need it.... Brought it back and they wont refund me because its an electrical part. Do not recommend. Theyll lie to you to make a buck.

I went on a Sunday afternoon to look for a tire gauge. The clerk was bored looking and while he did help, his demeanor left something to be desired! I get not wanting to work on the weekend but dont be a creep about it, either.I purchased a tire gauge but didnt try it till after work. I couldnt get a reading off of it and I tried another tire still not having success. Went back to the store to discuss issue. Clerk is now all smiles and buddy with his fellow clerks because store is going to close in 20 minutes or less.I tell him that I couldnt get a reading on my tires. He takes the gauge and goes does his tires and comes back in with a smirk and said, it worked for me.I stated guess I dont know how to use it and I want my money back! Got my money and left.Never using them again for anything.

I had issues I wasnt even concerned about returning a part and the ladie got all snappy with me after I had been their 6 times to try and find the right adaptor for a Brake line I went to orileys they had the part on hand and got it right the first time never again will I go to advanced

I ordered a battery online. I had to have my car jumped just to make it to their store. They acted put out that I ordered the battery online, then told me that online orders are pick up only and let me struggle with a bad back trying to get my old battery out and the new one in. Then proceeded to act even more annoyed when I brought my old battery in for the return credit on an old battery. I will never shop here again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. At least not this location.

Decent AAP. I use the store in conjunction with the website. The staff is usually helpful.

I almost always would go to advance because of a couple of the staff seem to know exactly what i need, sometimes before I do. My last stop in however, there was different staff that took forever and then i got wrong brakes kits, which was expensive comparatively. So for something I get at that store every time, it was a bit of a ridiculous situation.
