I was very disappointed in this company because they came highly recommended. I had a accident in late September and was leaving in 2 weeks so I literally had limited time to get my vehicle look at and the Insurance company was paying for the repairs. Being a contractor with little time you cant wait around for a long time. Turner had my vehicle a week an a half an didnt have time to take a virtual assist phone call for the adjuster on the estimate they gave the insurance company. I had to move my car to another establishment to finally get the adjuster appraisal. I know it takes time but when you have an out of towner saying they dont have a whole lot time please be honest and let them know that you dont have time to Service them according to there time table.

Amazingly friendly people and great service. I was driving through Nebraska from Iowa and a wheel bearing busted. The towed my car and fixed it same day. Told me the estimate of the repair before doing anything and explained all the options I had. They cared about getting my vehicle to me as quick as they could but also making sure it would be safe for me to drive home. Nothing but good feelings about my experience.

Don’t recommend, they have definitely gone down hill. Bobby Turner has no idea what he’s doing, and has the worst customer service skills out of any person I’ve come across. Do your research and look at other body shops in the area before going to Turner’s.

We broke down in route from Grand Tetons to our home in Kentucky. Turners Body Shop was a godsend and took great care of us. Our car was towed and they went out of their way to be sure we got to our hotel. They worked out all the details to have our car fixed as soon as possible so that we could get back on the road. They were told what needed to be done on my daughters car by my regular mechanic . But they only did one side of rubber bushings instead of both . Which doesnt make any sense at all . Now they want to charge full fee again to fix other side .no apology or nothing . Horrible service
