Be Aware!Recently went in to make a purchase. There was a glitch in the pricing system resulting in price cut on some products. Understandable that it was a mistake and price couldnt be honored, the real issue is with the staff they where honoring the prices with select guests. This should have become an all or no one condition. When I confronted the customer service rep about it her response was very much so. I proceeded to ask for the employees name that was acting in a discriminatory manner as to make a formal complete. The request was met with I cannot disclose that information. And this is coming from the supervisor of customer service. This individual would not could not provide a phone number or web site to make complaint either. So maybe some one here will read this.

John (I believe he is in charge of asset protection and security), is the rudest Target employee I have ever encountered.Ever since Target started this new sports card release every Friday at 8AM, I (and some others) have been treated disrespectfully by him.I visit this store multiple times during the week to purchase everyday items and I have never been threatened to not be able to buy a product or limited to buy a product when others were not limited for that same product.I understand Target wants to control their sports card product as best they can, however at the end of the day I am a paying customer and I have done nothing but followed rules. This week, I was threatened, accused of things and treated awfully by John.I really hope management can look into this employee, his motives and make things fair across the board so that my future experiences with this location aren’t so terrible.

Just wow 🤩 is what I will start with! Walked in to this awesome locale I have been frequenting here since I moved to Houston in 2001. Yet they never ever seem outdated it’s gotta be magic or just great planning & management. I will say I did not expect to find a full on Ulta Beauty boutique right here inside & to my surprise they carry all the hottest brands and latest/greatest skin care routines are right here at your fingertips, you must go see the beautiful Natalie!!!

I found everything I was looking for. I had rewards and gift cards and was having difficulty bringing them up on my phone while at the register- the associate at the check out was so helpful and patient with her assistance. I was so impressed. She was kind to the people in line, while managing my check out. I have worked a register and I know what it is like.

Great selection, great people. But Tell Me Why does the circle app NEVER WORK in ONLY this location? I have to walk into the parking lot to get it to load up and then once I walk back in, it goes down again?! I have to get my receipt adjusted at another location. I drive pretty far to come to this one so its frustrating.

They help so much from the pharmacy to checkout. Was helped with a coupon that wasnt working right. so helpful. I love everything about the store but question some of their leaders politics. Just a nice store and few produce to get. Pharmacy makes it real convient to do more than Target or CVS by themselves. I DO WANT THE EATING AREA TO COME BACK OR JUST MAKE SMALLER.

I left my cart full of purchases and walked out empty-handed. I wanted to do a quick Christmas shop -- but a group of women decided they couldnt be bothered to wear masks and kept walking in front of me. Sorry, but we are peak pandemic. I teach every day on the front lines of this pandemic and masks matter more than anything else. Sad that the corporate Target office apparently wont allow employees to enforce their own rules and the rest of their customers (and employees) just have to deal with unknowingly walking into a germ-fest.

The young lady at the Pick Up counter was extremely friendly. She told me exactly where to pull my vehicle up, and she called someone immediately on the walkie to help load my item. (It was a freezer) Every time Ive been to Target lately the checkers have been so nice and seem happy to be there.

I went to pick up my order on 12/16/2020 around 6:30pm. When I got there, there was a big line at order pick-up with only one person working. When she brought out my 2 carts filled with grocery, 85% of the items were not bagged at all, they were just in the cart. I asked her why my items werent bagged and she said that it wasnt her job that it was the person who pulled the items responsibility. Im sorry it takes a team to make a business work and if she doesnt understand that, then she doesnt need to work there. I asked for bags so that I could bag 2 carts filled to the top with groceries and she was more worried about not being able to find another womans order than finishing helping me. I had to stand outside in the cold, bagging $800 worth of groceries that we were donating to needy families because employees at Target refused to do it. On top of that, not one person asked if they could help me push 2 carts to my car. I had to go to Kroger prior to picking up from Target because Target didnt have everything we needed and they helped me push my 2 carts to my car.When I finally got home and unpacked everything I noticed that I was missing a lot of items so I had to go back to Target and get another cart full of groceries they forgot the first time.I posted about this on FB and they said to send them a private message so I did but they reply was we are experience a high volume of messages and cant reply. I havent heard from a single supervisor, manager or GM from Target regarding my experience and that says a lot about the Cinco Ranch location!

My Husband and I went by to make a return and purchase the correct items. Upon arrival, there were 2 employees standing in front of the carts and we said “excuse me” politely twice with no response. My husband spoke up louder and got their attention. Got the cart and went to get the item we needed. When we got to the customer service desk we could hear people in the back but no one was at the desk to help customers. I went towards the opening that lead to the back and said “hello?” To try to get some help but no one heard me. After a couple minutes someone came out and found us standing there. Overall the target is clean and well stocked but the employees don’t seem to have any regard for the customers.

I’m currently in long holiday lines about a week before Christmas. They have 3 lanes open and the self checkout lanes. The lines are running past the checkout section and into clothing, jewelry, cosmetics down the entrance aisles... it’s insane.I figured they would have it in check by the time I made my way up to the registers, because surely they would call back some of the 10-12 workers I passed who were dealing with things like “go backs.” Nope. Why a manager wouldn’t pull some of the floor people to the registers is beyond me. Perhaps they aren’t trained... but in that case something needs to be done between training and scheduling, this was insane.*Note, if you ever go here and experience this, I suggest you go to self check out. It moves so much quicker.

On Friday November 24th, 2017 I went to this Target and was harassed. I also was a victim of biased treatment.I go to this store frequent. I have never had problems exchanging, returning or getting a price match. I had only recently purchased some items from this location and another Target. The sales attendant forewarned me to keep me receipt and watch the sales because there would be sales during the holidays. I am an avid shopper at Target, shamefully almost daily. It had not even crossed my mind that it was Black Friday when i went in to the store. I always thought Black Friday occurred in the middle of the night after Thanksgiving and ended around noon the next day. I have always avoided Black Friday because of the things I have seen on the news. I also, thought it was geared to electronics. I had no electronics to return nor to purchase, I was only going to request a price match on some winter clothing I had just bought for my child and I.There was a customer before me who was Irate and demanded the Black Friday discount which Target had marketed as Buy $50, get 20% later date... I knew the marketed sale, I didnt even plan to get this promotion. I thought Black Friday ended.This lady, a white female, with a New York accent, and what many might stereotype as a New York attitude, was very confrontational and had a mountain of various items in her cart. She could have filled 2 baskets but she piled it all onto one. The team lead couldnt convince her that she could not get the 20% discount today nor could he convince her that some of her items might not apply to the discount; so he went and got approval from the assistant manager on duty, Jessica, I believe is her name, another white female and, he was approved to make an exception and give her 5%. I witnessed this as I was the very next customer.I asked for a price match because of the sale on the clothing which I never once thought were discounted because of Black Friday. The discounted price didnt say Black Friday discount either. The customer service desk refused. They told me I could return and go re-purchase them on the shelf. I agreed. There was not a problem until they saw that I had more than 1 item, a bag full of clothes. They decided to get Jessica who this this time, decided she was not going to make an exception for me (a black woman) as she had done the former customer ( a white lady like herself).She told me I couldnt get the discount. I was confused and told her that doesnt make since but thats okay I will just return it and go buy it as I was just instructed to do. This assistant mgr. was attempting to show her muscle and obviously desperate for control. She decided to tell me I cant buy the items on the shelf. I said to her what do you mean that is ridiculous. She said that its Black Friday policy (However later, I talked to Corporate who said the policy doesnt say I could not return and repurchase on Black Friday). I said maam that is ridiculous how will you know what I am buying in the store after I make my return. She then made a harassing statement that she would have Loss Prevention follow me in the store. I said I havent stolen anything and you have no reason, you are being ignorant. She said she doesnt have to serve me or let me buy anything. I said you know what maam thats fine, I dont want to buy anything at this point. At this point, I just want to return and get all of my money back. I was calm however she was on a roll with trying to flex her muscle front of staff and customers. She then told me I couldnt even return my items. I ended up calling the police out of fear and intimidation by Loss Prevention. The store ran up to the police before I could talk to them who themselves harassed me. I was embarrassed in front of my child and elderly mom who were frightened. Then she issued a criminal no trespassing warning against me, the person who was harassed, with the help of the police.Targets Corporate office has not returned my call after i reported this incident.

The customer service experience is beyond fantastic! Especially during these times thats important! The team member at the register helped to make sure I had everything I needed and made sure to go out of her way to ask if I needed any additional cleaning supplies or not. The first thing that you notice about this location is that it is well lit and seems to be really clean (which I think is the same for most Target stores). I love how they have large signs that are easy to read when you are looking for a particular section. The store is also laid out decently well and I love that they have a dedicated seasonal section which, at the time I was there, was set up for Christmas. It is also nice that they have a CVS and Starbucks located inside. This SuperTarget is truly a on stop shop for pretty much all of your shopping needs!One point of concern that I have is that the in store guest WiFi was not working during my visit. Seemed like there was some problem with the login authentication pop-up. Even on my computer I could not connect fully.

The worst customer service, I came in one hour before closing time and was interested in buying floating selves, I had 2 kids with me and my husband and we couldn’t find the selfs so I went the the dollar spot where my kids found a ball and were playing with it, it accidentally rolled out of the aisle and a employee came up and said that they have gotten complaints and they need to kick us out, there was barley anyone in the store and we were around no one, they wanted to close early and were looking for an excuse for us to leave. I apologized many time for the ball and he said that we needed to leave it was very embarrassing. If i could rate no stars I would. I love target but that was absolutely rude.

Visited this store today. Went through self checkout with my mom and we asked the lady watching over self checkout could she do a price check before she scanned an item. Iris then came over to us and blatantly racially profiled us without even assisting us with our original request. Iris felt this was the perfect opportunity to glance at our running total of $138 to ask if we scanned a $4 face mask that she saw in a bag. She proceeded to go through everything we scanned to find the $4 face mask. Once we pointed where the mask could be found as scanned she said that despite the screen saying “no brand face mask $4.00” that we had not paid for the items.Long story short, if you’re looking for a place to be judged by the color of your skin....then this Target in Katy is the one for you.

I love using the shopping online tool and picking up at counter. Ill shop during day, pick up after rush hour, park right in front and pick up immediately to your right as soon as you enter store. Ive never had to wait in line. Have the barcode ready on your phone for them to scan or print it out and also have your ID ready. Perfect transaction.

With updated store, they removed the humans. You come at night, and do a large trip, have fun waiting in line. The self checkout is not the solution because the scales dont hold enough for your buggy. The new employees are just slow and when the line of customers is seven or eight people deep, where is another checkout clerk?

I appreciate all the assistance at this Target. On Sep. 16th Darrell was so kind to hold flatware for us in the customer service area. I had called the Target on Fry Road and they were not helpful. I was transferred four times and no one could assist us to check if the item was in stock. I finally ended up hanging up and decided to call this Target and it truly took less than five minutes for them to check on the item and to tell me they had it ready and to just give my name at the customer services desk. Thank you for all the assistance.

I recommend Target to friends and/or family is that you can usually find what you are looking for in stock and at a good price. Target is usually not extremely busy and it is usually neat, tidy, and organized. All of these items together really make the most of your time and money.

I walked in to the guest service counter the person didn’t make eye contact didn’t greet me so I said hi the associate still didn’t look at me or reply so after few seconds she said “wait” still didn’t bother to make an eye contact or give me a reason for the attitude. Then she asked for my receipt started the transaction then another associate showed and they started talking. The only words that came out of the associate mouth are “wait”,”your receipt?”, and “insert your card”.

They put on sale for toys everywhere, but the little fine print only apply to very few toys, my son has spent time picking his toys, but was told no discount. We feel we were cheated, talked to a lady manager Lisa, she was rude. I did not buy, checked Amazon, even cheaper than with discount. So do not buy toys in Target in the future.

I live in Cinco Ranch. Target is one of my favorite stores. Our community Target leaves a lot to be desired. It is often a mess i,e.., Womens department clothes stuffed on racks or on the floor. Shelves often disheveled, or poorly stocked. Katy is a middle class, upper middle class area of Houston this store does not live up to that standard.I work in the Bear Creek/Copperfield area. The Target at Hwy 6 and 529 is spotless, organized, and a joy to shop there. I have sought out floor management to let them know they are doing it right!Our Katy store must be poorly managed on the whole. There is not one department that I see organized, well kept and stocked.Please change this and have some pride.

I will never go to this location again.... and I live 5 minutes away. The staff on the floor is pleasant, but the cashiers are usually rude and need better training. My cashier today didnt even know the payment methods her store accepts. I had to go to Guest Services to get a refund and have my payment reprocessed. They didnt return my receipt, so I have no clue what the cashiers name was, just that she was on register 12.

Online target uses ups to deliver and they do not pick up returns at your home even though target provides a prepaid label. This is awful amid covid19 because you have to drop off at a ups location which is almost always inside a business. Target please use Usps who will pickup returns at a customer’s front door!

The women’s clothing department is the worst I have ever seen! Clothing on the floor, racks just set out with no organization—shorts, dresses, shirts, plus sizes, all intermingled, not even organized by size.
