After taking my 2nd vehicle to another very well known shop up the street that upsold me for no true reason, I decided to follow my gut and visit Cinco.Long story short, my engine finally died from symptoms of hydro-locking from the previous recent owner that I bought it from. Anywho, Cinco replaced the entire engine. What stands out to me was the fact that they understood that I only deal with OEM parts and I had already changed a ton of parts myself. Related and unrelated to the engine block issue.Mike was amazing to work with. Patient and he totally listened to what I needed and what I wanted. Price quoted was accurate, fair, and right on point with all the work done.I can say Im now driving a brand new 03 F250 with basically zero miles. LOL Theyve gained a new loyal customer.

The alternator went out on my 2018 F150, and the first place I took it to was the Ford dealership, to have them replace (hopefully) under warranty, but I was told the alternator is not covered and their cost is $1,700.00 to replace. I took my truck to Cinco Car Care because Dustin quoted me a much lower price.I got a phone call from Dustin the next day informing me the alternator failed due to an oil leak. Something Ford did not mention to me. The oil leak was an issue Ford previously fixed for me (7 months ago) under warranty. I took my truck back to Ford and they are going to fix the oil leak AGAIN and replace the alternator at no cost to me.BIG Thank You to Dustin and Cinco Care Care for being honest and letting me know what caused the alternator failure before doing any work. They could have replaced the alternator as I requested and sent me on my way. Cinco Car Care will be 1st for me to call if I need any service in the future!

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. I took my Vehicle to them because i was hearing a noise while driving. It took a long while for them to get to checking my Vehicle which they didnt work on . I entered my Vehicle to leave and behold my Vehicle which i drove there was completely shut down. Engine did not crank up, my windows were all not working. The owner who is from Egypt was told about the issues and he was dismissive, rude and tried to talk down on me. They knew they had tampered with my Vehicle. The owner even threatened to call the Cops on .me. Eventually i ended up taking my Vehicle to another Auto Repair Shop and i was charged $163 to fix what Cinco Car Care had tampered with. This is not a good place to do business with. Highly disappointed about their deceptionIf i had the opportunity to rate them properly it would - 0 (minus 0)

This place took really good care of me I think. Mike, the guy the front desk, made sure I understood exactly what they were doing and why. Even talked me out of doing something that wasnt necessary. As far as I can tell the work is solid, and I will be going back.

This place has the Best Customer Servive of all time. They were very professional. They are experts in the Car Industry. They have very copetitive pricing when I compared it to many other car shops. The guys at Cinco were very helpful in explainig everything. They showed me a breakdown of every single charge I had to pay. They have only recommended things to me that they believed that needed to be fixing and then informed which hings needed to be replaced in the future, and they didnt try to sell me unescessary stuff. I was getting ready to go out of town and took my truck for an oil change and general inspection. Mike and I discussed my plans and he understood I would be a woman traveling alone. The best place to get your car repaired

Very poor attitude.Mike, the guy in front desk had this poor attitude against me, kinda like doing me a favor when this is his job. No mask was worn when he attended me.Suddenly, new customers arrived, this guy attitude changed and he went all sweet and put his mask on... I am not sure what was this guy deal, but for sure I am not going back there ever again.

CINCO CAR CARE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I have taken my truck to three mechanics within a month and nobody could solve the problem, and finally I took it to Cinco Car Care and got it fixed in JUST ONLY FOUR DAYS and ONLY paid three times LESS than the previous three mechanics!! Thank you guys- finally I have found a very reasonable priced and very honest mechanic shop!!

I initially took my vehicle to another mechanic which will remain nameless, and got thousands of dollars worth of work done. They worked on it for over a month, and after I had to bring it back 2 ADDITIONAL times, the issues STILL werent resolved. I then took my vehicle to Cinco Car Care, and they LITERALLY took care of everything in less than 24 hours! I will never bring my vehicle, or any others for that matter, anywhere else!!! Very pleased the experience I had recently at Cinco Car Care. This is where my entire family takes their vehicles for repair and routine service work. Ask for Mike Eguia their service manager as he is very helpful.

Excellent fair mechanic shop. Dustin has always been honest and straight forward when it comes to my repairs. Open on Saturdays which is a big plus.

The service is always impeccable. But the part they used, i.e. batteries is not at all good. My battery was replaced in May 2017 and supposedly good for 5 years and it has to be replaced today. Mikes attitude is its under warranty anyway, my point is it is supposed to at least last longer than 2 years.

Got quoted a price and even confirmed that was the price over the phone. Came in for my scheduled appointment and sat there for almost 2 hours to find they still hadn’t started the work, thankfully, because I was toldIt was going to be about $110 more than I was specially told by Eric. There were no special circumstance to cause the price difference, that was just what the price was going to be. I understand that might be the going price for the repair, but don’t tell me one thing and then pull the rug out from under me once I’m there, just tell me straight up. Waste of 2 hours ill never get back with no repair done.*EDIT*I received a call from Adam, the owner, shortly after my visit to Cinco Car Care. Pretty much said it might have been a miscommunication or another break down, but just go ahead and bring the car back in and itll get taken care of. Brought the car in today and they had me done and out of there pretty quick. I never expected to hear back from them after I left the first time, but they really showed their true colors and lived up to their motto. I might not have left happy that day, but they brought me back happy which is a pretty big deal. Once I write someone off or you lose my business, thats it, you dont get another shot. Cinco Car Care not only went out of their way to set things right, but actually earned my business having no prior obligation to do so. Ill be bringing all my future business to Cinco Car Care.

Mike charged me for work I didnt ask to be done and kept calling me to try to get me to pay. Other than that Adam and the employees are very helpful and my family has been going there for years.

I have taken my cars to Cinco Car Care for over 25 years. Adam and his mechanics know what they are doing, they do it right, and most importantly they are honest. One time I took my car to them for an alignment. An hour later Adam called to tell me he put air in my tires and the car did not need an alignment. No other mechanic would have done that. And thats just one example.

Dustin and the guys at Cinco Car Care figured out a water leak issue through creativity and persistence. Another shop earlier had told me they Couldnt replicate the issue. It turned out to be an inexpensive fix but one that was difficult to diagnose. Their fee was very fair and I have been going to them for over 4 years now because of their honesty, expertise, and commitment to good service.

Stopped in for an oil change, and they got me right in and out. Very friendly and honest Christian owned business. This was the first time I got an oil change and had a shop tell me everything looks great, we dont recommend any additional services. I will be back.

After getting my tire repaired at another car shop, my tire pressure light kept coming on. I brought it in to the guys at Cinco Car Care. They immediately (and carefully) examined my tires for leaks and were able to determine that the sensor was reading the pressure on the spare tire as well. They figured out the spare was the one low on air. They fixed the problem for free for me. I am a customer for life now. Thats honest car care service!

Cinco Car Care quickly diagnosed and fixed a problem that had been a problem for quite some time and that 3 other shops were unable to diagnose. The repair wasnt cheap, but that could just be the cost of the parts. My car was ready on - time and was well cleaned and washed. Good communication throughout.

Dustin as very helpful and wasnt interested in selling parts that werent necessary; however they are a little bit on the expensive side. I am pleased with the work they did on my vehicle, but i would have liked a call back after picking it up to get my opinion and ensure that the issues that I had brought my car for were done to my satisfactory!

This has got to be the most unprofessional and incompetent auto mechanic shop that Ive ever taken a vehicle to. They misdiagnosed 3 times. The owner Adam labeled me as one of those who want something for nothing, just like Obama (exact words). I was told a squeaking noise was the serpentine belt, then the pulley, then the water pump, then the alternator clutch. Adam was very unprofessional during the entire process. He also refused to give me a printout of all the things that was done to the car (I have never left a shop without a printout). Cinco Car Care and Long Meadow Care Car, in my opinion, can not be trusted to diagnose or repair newer vehicles. Stay away.
