Love this place. Out of several flavors and messy bar. Cashier acted like we inconvenienced her. Not friendly.

Soooo good. I went there with my family and the staff is great, the new pumpkin pie and cappuccino flavors are amazing.

First time visit at Sweet Frog today with my granddaughter’s...they have been wanting me to take them for a long time, and I truly enjoyed my frozen yogurt with all the great variety of toppings. Everyone was so nice and friendly and even the manager had patience’s to take the time with me to find the right size shirts for all of us. Thank you Sweet Frog for such a great visit. I also love you logo I never knew~~Fully Rely On God!!

The parking kinda sucks but SweetFrog is delicious. Best Frozen Yogurt around and not too expensive. Pay by the weight of your dessert so try to pile it too high and youll be fine.

Good... I did appreciate learning that Wednesdays are $5.00 no matter the weight. Clean and they offer gloves for your hands!

Pretty decent for a frozen yogurt place. Lots of toppings, a few flavors. Its a pretty busy place and the cashier, while nice, made us wait while having a chat with a customer about their social media careers and Instagram. Kind of annoying, but at least it wasnt a really LONG wait. Also kind of snarky to customers. I think she thought she was coming off charming.

We recently stopped here after eating out for my nieces birthday. We had quite a few rowdy kids in our party and the employee didnt bat an eye or anything. She was calm and patient with us. And she kept a smile on her face and even joked around with the kids a little. The variety of flavors and toppings was fantastic and the place was very clean

20(!!!) flavors at this location, and the folks are pretty personable as well. Better than typical seating space. Its always full of screaming toddlers, but thats the nature of the place I guess. This is my go-to for frozen yogurt.

Yummy froyo, huge selection of toppings, but no fresh raspberries. The cashier was friendly and helped us get a discount with our large order, saving us some money. There is not much ambience there... maybe some plants, fun music, or even board games could make it more enjoyable.

Love the selection of flavors and toppings. The toppings looked fresh and were appealing. The atmosphere here is so relaxed and gives the visitor a calming place to enjoy their treat.

This place is very good. the place itself is pretty clean, and good music playing, so its very kid-friendly. I cant say that their prices are low, but overall, its a good place to have a quick treat.

Love the atmosphere and variety of flavors to choose from. The family and I treat ourselves to Sweet Frog occasionally and I have to remind myself to not go overboard with the servings. Lol, it can add up rather quickly. But the nice music choices and rewards program makes this establishment 5 star.

So delicious. All the toppings are always full and seem fresh. The service is always friendly and even though the prices are high you feel like you get what you pay for because the quality is good and the selection is great.

This is a great place that has a strong Christian foundation. They have a large topping bar and they have specials all the time. The people are always friendly and courteous and the fro yo is always great with many flavor choices available. They will even let you sample them before you decide. Give them a try you wont be dissapointed.

LOVE LOVE them I was from out of town and my mom introduced me to this.. I had never eaten there.Super selection of flavors, and toppings, and sauces. You pay by the weight. I think its cheap. SUPER GREAT place to take kids cause they can pick everything out themselves. They accept ALL credit cards as well..

Me and my husband go to Sweet Frogs every Sunday. The staff are always so sweet. We just love going there and listening to Gods music. I wish more restaurants played gospel music

Geez, WHAT A TREAT!! My daughter has been begging me to take her there for a while. It was a nice place to sit and share quality time with my baby girl. (Shes 16, but still my baby girl). I have my eyes on their black shirt with the Sweet Frog himself on it. lol

I love this place. We come all the time. My daughter and I have celiac disease and many of the flavors are very clearly labeled, gluten free, which is extremely awesome! Theres not many places we can go out to eat, this is one and we havent had issues. :)

The staff was so nice and friendly. They were great with our kids and making sure our family had everything we needed.

This place is incredible the two employees that are working tonight were awesome I asked a crap load of questions and they answered every one of them with professionalism . I recommend this place to anybody. This place was Immaculate very clean tables were wiped down regularly the employees are on top of their game. My wife daughter myself me three small cups of frozen yogurt and it came to $27! I didnt even add sprinkles or toppings or anyting. Just about a scoop and a half of yogurt in each Bowl .. that price is just ridiculous

Excellent place for frozen yogurt. Many flavors from which to choose. Some are sugar free, some fat free. Toppings galore! Specials on Facebook so like their fb page for deals.It might seem trivial but the restrooms are extra clean. They have stools for kids so they can reach the sink to wash their hands. Parents of young children know that eating ice cream or frozen yogurt is a 3-D event!Family friendly atmosphere. Theyll even cater.

Happy they introduced dairy free frozen yogurt like the pineapple flavor. Its do good!!! Allows me to keep supporting this establishment.

Employees are rude!!! Yogurt is great. 9 out of the 10 times Ive been to the one on spider drive Knapp, the employees act miserable and annoyed. They need to be trained how to positively interact with customers. Youd be surprised how much more money youd make.

I receive sweet frog text messages that says come on in to get no weight Saturdays. So it was nice out finally my daughter and I went out to get icecream. When we get to this location they barely had any flavors available. So I decided that I came all this way I will just try what they had. We decided to inquire about the promotion before purchasing. We walked up to the counter, the cashier looks at us then walks away to the back. So we are standing there for about three to five minutes. Another lady comes out and asks if my service dog is a service dog when she has a tag hanging on her carrier that clearly says service dog. So that was annoying the way she was questioning me. Then she says that they will not honor the no weight Saturday text I received. That she has never heard of it. So Im like ok yeah lady. So my daughter was bothered by both their rudeness and decided she would rather go across the way to Walmart and by dove bars then spend money there. I really want fro yo. So I got the smaller cup not to much in it. Its weighted so yeah. It came to 7.69. I was floored. Then the lady right behind me had three cups with all of her kids so I waited because curiosity was peaking in me. All three of her cups came to a lit over 7 bucks. I bit my tongue and left. Now normally I would have approached the situation. But Ive been balancing my self and thinking before speaking or acting and refusing to share my valuable time and energy with unworthy people. Karma will come for them one way or another. Oh yeah then she say have a good day Jesus loves you. And I said and you be blessed and I really mean that. You get what you give to others. So be kind and trustworthy and truthful guys.
