The older guy (cashier) that works on drake need a little customer service training. He was a little rude on the way he answered the questions that I had and was not very helpful. I always shop here and everyone has been attentive and nice except this cashier. Management need to be aware of this. Also nothing was in stock.

Nice staff, I made an online order and it was ready for pick up in 30 minutes. When I picked it up the cashier was efficient and polite. Nice direct and efficient service.

Normally I love Sallys but this store on Drake St was dirty and disorganized and the staff member was unhelpful and unkind when asked for information on a product. Very disappointed and I wont be returning.

Staff is extremely rude (curly purplish hair) and not knowledgeable... And they never have anything in stock! Wont be shopping here again

Always great service, very helpful and attentive to your needs. Great selection of the items you need and a little bit of everything. Prices good and great sales and deals all the time and you get rewarded by shopping there with great gifts, rather your in their beauty club or just stopping in to get to grab a few items and spend a certain amount.

Great staff, can get anything I need hair wise. I color and bleach often, fry my hair sometimes, and they always have helpful advice when I need it. Will continue to shop here for years to come!

Ive been to several Sallys over the years buying hair extensions and other beauty products and have always received great service with the exception of this location. Ive been there twice and both times the employees were rude and very unfriendly. I will not give my business to this particular Sallys store again.
