This was my first experience paddle boarding and I had a lot of fun. Shelby and the others were very welcoming and informative. It was interesting to see some of the mangroves and little islands up close. Blue line is directly across from Guanabanas, and there are a few other nice restaurants nearby. The whole area is very chill with a tropical vibe. Id definitely like to visit again and bring some friends and family.

Had an amazing time with these first timers. The staff was very helpful and excellent. Will definitely be coming back for another adventure

A decent selection of product but the customer service leave something to be desired. Maybe Im too old, and this is just how 20-year-olds treat older people. If youre over 45 you might as well be invisible. They seriously need a new manager.

Absolutely love coming here. I bring all of my out of town guests here to rent paddle boards. They are super chill and efficient. Always a good time! Will keep coming back again and again!

It has been a while since I’ve paddle-boarded and when I called to inquire about lessons/groups Jeramie was super helpful. He’s a great instructor! I had a great experience here and the staff in the store were super nice. Awesome customer service all around. If you’re looking for local businesses to support this is one to add to your list. If I could give this place 6/5 stars I would.

Im a local and I recently had a good friend visiting. She is very experienced in paddleboarding, but this was my 1st try. We had 2 beautiful hours out on the water and the staff was very helpful.

My sister, niece, and I, made arrangements from our hotel activity list to paddle board here. I am so glad we did because it was an awesome experience and our guide was very attentive and nice. The store has a lot of awesome apparel and their branded items are really stylish. The blonde woman working the counter was very sweet. When I return later this year, I will be bringing my other sister and my son(12) to paddle board here. I wasn’t sure if it would be appropriate for kids but other people that went out in our group had kids that did great. I Would highly recommend blue line paddle and surf co!

Great selection and helpful staff but NONE of the staff were wearing masks/facial coverings. I don’t want to leave a bad review but people should be aware that this business does not follow the mandatory county-wide mask mandate.

Great shirts that sit a little heavier than your typical uv shirt. I got a bunch of them for gifts and now every time I see them were wearing matching Blue Line shirts, which is cool.

Great store with everything you could need as far as equipment. The staff are incredibly helpful and know what they are talking about. The rentals are nice and easy, after paying just walk across the street to the launch point and they help teach you the basics if you are unfamiliar. They will also explain the layout of the intracoastal if you do not have experience here.

We dont ever miss a chance to hit Blueline when were in town each year. Its part of my favorite sq. 1/4 mile anywhere. A1A @ Love St. -- Blueline, Guanabanas, U-tiki, & the Square Grouper. Rent paddleboards and drop in across the street at Guanabanas and SUP around the Inlet area. If your new at SUP, call Lexi at High Point Paddle Adventures to guide you. Then have a post-SUP drink or two & some great food at Guanabanas and shop the Blueline shop for cool merch. Perfect day. Head over to Square Grouper for the perfect night. Drinks and usually live music in the coolest tiki bar atmosphere looking up at the Jupiter Lighthouse.

So disappointing to go there yesterday. Expecting to do a retail therapy and spend a couple hundred bucks, we walked in and saw that no employees were wearing masks. They obviously don’t care about the health and safety of their customers, so we won’t be back.

I own a board but I rent for my boyfriend. They are the best rental company bc other companies would give my boyfriend an undersized board where he would feel not stable on it. They size the boards right, help you on and off the dock, plus their landing spot is at Guanabanas Restaurant & Bar. They have great items in their shop, great boutique clothes and paddle/surf gear.

Max was a great guide. She was able to point out a lot that we would never have noticed on our own. We learned a lot, got a great workout and had a blast.

Awesome experience. Riccardo is a super great tour guide. Our family had a great time paddle boarding around the inlet. Prices are very reasonable, well worth the fun we had. 5+ stars. Also the staff at the shop were very nice and made sure us feel very welcomed when we arrived.

Do not come here unless you want to be treated horribly. I came here with my family to shop and maybe rent some boards, unfortunately that was not able to happen. This short little blonde girl was so rude to my wife when she asked her a question about some swimwear, after she helped my wife she picked up a phone call while there was a line at the counter. I was honestly so shocked, I did not know this is how businesses were run these days. Its a shame to see all these kids working there that clearly do not want to..

Called this morning to book double kayak and paddle board for 2 hours today at 1:30. Young kid who answered the phone confirmed and said see you later today. Called back to add another paddle board and was told I did’t have a reservation and that no one there spoke to me in the morning. Second time this has happened, young kids working there answer phones but don’t write down or enter your booking. We will never use them again, I suggest calling in advance of your booking to confirm so you don’t waste your time.

Great family experience. Veteran friendly, but already a better value than other operations we found in Jupiter. Launch site is convenient and away from most inlet traffic. Many calm water areas accessible from launch site. Friendly and helpful staff.

We have had a condo in Jupiter for years! One of my favorite things to do when I get into Jupiter is quickly go to my favorite place Blueline Surf! I’m from Rochester NY and make several clothing orders yearly and paddleboard every tripBack down love you guys!

I rented a paddle board and double kayak from Blueline Surf & Paddle while on a recent vacation to Palm Beach . Not only was the staff excellent, but the equipment was high quality — much better than other rentals I’ve had in PBC. Great selection in the shop too if you want to go shopping after hitting the inter coastal.

From the moment you walk in you feel like you have known the staff for years. They are very welcoming and there to help in every way they can. The staff is very knowledgeable and doesnt try to sell you something you dont need. The rentals are great but booking a paddle lesson with one of the staff members is a must!! They have so many different paddle sessions available. They have one for beginners, yoga on the paddle and even a cardio paddle that will kick your behind. Let’s not forget the awesome clothes they have as well. Not like a typical surf shop. You will find clothes there that you won’t find at too many places around. Super cute!

The family (13 yr old girl, 12 yr old boy, wife) and I had Andy as our instructor/guide today for paddle boarding and it rocked! Very friendly and created a super chill atmosphere for our 2-hr excursion. We had a great time and will do it again next year. The shop is great...we even bought a ukulele and some great sandals! Blueline is a great place to rent SUPs. My husband had only done it once before, so they gave him a quick refresher lesson before sending us out. We used to be locals, so we knew the location was good for paddle boarding or kayaking.The staff was very attentive and friendly and our excursion was a lot of fun (even though I did get knocked off my board once by the wake from a big boat!). Definitely recommend.

This SUP shop has it all! Rentals and sales of awesome gear, unique and colorful clothing, along with wonderful gift items and jewelry. Staff is knowledgeable, informative, and pleasant. My wife and I rented SUPs for two hours. The water is essentially across the street from Blueline. Map and local knowledge of the water were provided. Sensational SUP experience! Delicious lunch at Guanabanas followed! Blueline SUP rentals were fairly priced. One hour would go by too fast, with two hours one may have some minutes left when approaching the dock, I would err on a longer excursion. Totally recommend Blueline! Fact.

Always have liked this paddle/surf shop. Prices arent amazing on some of the boards but not horrible either. Apparel is on point with some brands like flomotion that are hard to find elsewhere.

Blue Line is by far the most wicked shop out there. Im from Chicago and only make it to the shop once a year, but its the first thing I do when I get into town. Friendly and well knowledgeable staff! Most wicked shop ever! They even sell dog leashes ... who doesnt love dogs? And dogs need leashes

Awesome shop. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a eco-tour of the area and saw the lighthouse and several manatees. Came back bought a fabulous dress and ended the day with dinner at Guanabanas across the street which is a must as well. Thumbs UP!!

Customer service was really great. Our car broke down in their parking lot and before we even bought anything they lended us their jumper cables.

Always has a great selection of surf type wear, and miscellaneous accessories to go along with it.

Service in the store was really good, they make it fairly simple to rent a board. The service down on the water that helped you with the boards wasnt as friendly but was still helpful.

The first time i tried to rent their paddle boards, i called the night before to verify hours of operation, and the guy never told me we needed reservations.. so we showed up and they didnt have any.Then we actually made reservations, wasnt impressed. Staff has like no enthusiasm. The water was brackish.. who wants to swim in that?If i go paddle boarding again, i wont go back there.

It just hits different

Just went to shop this store, I had picked up about $400 worth of merchandise, when, I heard the clerk, a Surfer type dude who started screaming at people in the store for people bothering his dog in the store, he then left the store and sat on the bumper of his ambulance van in front if store, so we just gave up and left, found what I wanted a mile or so away, I watched the dog try to bite 2 children and the clerk started screaming it was a complete embarrassment for Adam who owns this store.
