I usually print my papers there when needed. Most of the time, people I encountered are friendly and helpful. Until today, one employee ruined it all. Never coming back! Worst customer service ever from the long haired guy.

I ordered an Apple Watch band and a planner for pick-up, with my friend picking up the items (I don’t live in Juneau). They only have her the Apple Watch and said the planner would be in, in a week. It’s been over a month and she hasn’t gotten any correspondence from the company... and I’m out of a planner!

I was looking for a desktop but I was completely lost. Royce saw me struggling and came to my rescue, I have nothing but good things to say about this employee, he not only gave me a fantastic deal with a great price, he helped set it up and continued his great customer service over the phone when I had product related questions. If I could give more stars I would. Royce deserves this review.

I understand that you now require customers to use a mask now. But that doesnt give the lady with black hair just past her shoulders to be in my face rude, saying to put the mask on now. Very disappointed and NO ONE should be treated this way

I really enjoy shopping at our local OfficeMax. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. They almost always have the items in stock that are in their weekly ads, and all products are easy to find. Best cup-at-a-time coffee prices in town for Keurigs. The manager is a long-time Juneau person. I appreciate the store and the investment in our town.

I dropped off a small project and explained very clearly what I was asking for and paid for it. I was not offered full explanation of why the job was not performed as a I asked when I went to pick it up a couple hours later. It sounded like the employee that was doing it made an executive decision to do it the opposite way I asked for. Quite puzzling. Also spoke to three different people to see if they could offer me any compensation for the lack of adherence to my requests. They did not refund me any of the amount I paid. They refused to give any gift card or even a coupon as I suggested as an alternative compensation. I will not be giving them any future business. Really disappointed in how they responded.

At best the staff is indifferent and at worst they are obnoxious. Royce felt the need to tell me to smile and react, that I looked young, and made lewd comments on my clothes as well when I just wanted to get my flash drive and leave.

Amazing school supplies for any kid and they have a lot if great office furniture as well

Wow, That was fun, NOT. Ok Let me first say that the staff are good people and they did try their best to do a Great Job. So what I am saying next is not about the on site staff, they tried their best. But if you try to ship anything from there. Please forget it and get your self a horse and delivery it yourself. I was they for two hours before I gave up and left. They big signs on the store saying a Fedex ship center and we pack and everything. NOPE, forget that. It was a nightmare. I do understand this is Alaska and NOT the lower 48 but this was way not right. I just officeMax try to help these people out and does a better job to support their people. Best wishes and luck.

Will never do business with this company again. bought a laptop display model there and I am locked out of the bios; having never set a bios password myself I should not need to pay to have them enter their password. They want to charge me $45 dollars just to get into a option that should have been available in the first place. And to boot they acted as if it was my fault, saying they never set passwords on their computers. Well, my laptop is proof enough of that. Very unprofessional.
