Good people working, prices great. Need more customer service like this place

Dollar Tree stores are all generally good and you get what you pay for. The employees are all generally nice. This is what I observed happening to a young man while I shopping. I have no idea who he was. However, this stores manager is absolutely *******. After he said Im not taking your application, I dont have too. I believe the young man was either homosexual or just very feminine, either way the managers behavior was absolutely unacceptable. He refused to give the young man any information as to why or what his full name was. Added to this, a cashier there had her child working with her, not teenager but a child.... Wow, blows my mind. But hey, its in Gray.

Very clean they had what I needed. Great workers they greet people and tell you when you leave have a nice day and thank you.

Most of the staff is super nice and helpful. Lately noticed the store a bit more messy than previously and one specific employee not doing much other than stand around and talk loudly about personal problems while watching other employees work. Very unprofessional-customers really dont need to or want to hear about family problems or drama related to other employees while we are line. Keep the drama in the office please.

I wrote the below at Christmas time and they still have one person on a register, today 02/20/2021. And still the manager is hidding in the little office today, 02/20/2021, with the line stretching all the way down the aisle, 20 people.‐--------One clerk at the register but the employee or the manager whichever it was, in the little room that has the one-way mirror windows, wouldnt come out and help.Well they finally did come out but they never looked over toward the register and they went walking back toward the back.When you have a long register land only one Clerk then everybody should help Christmas time in long lines theres no room for laziness

$ 🌳...nuff said. So, if you dont already know, Dollar Tree is an everything is $1 store. This particular location is one of my personal favorites for holiday decor and certain food items. It is not high quality but items are great to use as seasonal decor and I can get 2 or 3 years use out of most. If you are just starting out in your 1st home this is a must for cheap items for kitchen, personal hygiene, food, storage containers, decor, etc. This visit I purchased $20 worth of outdoor Halloween decor for the yard. Not gonna build a haunted house with these items but they are perfect to indicate to neighborhood trick-or-treaters that your home has some goodies for them.

I was in about 6:45 to 7:00 PM. Store itself was nice and well stocked. The cashier had the personality of a corpse. I looked at her name tag but cant recall her name at the moment. She was on register 1. Younger girl with long dark hair. I swear I dont think she would have spoken to me at all if she hadnt had to tell me my total. If youre that miserable at your job? Go find another one! Theres plenty of jobs out there right now.

This store has the best employees always so friendly, you can tell that they care about their customers. They are still there during these uncertain times I was there last week and people should be nicer to them and thank them for being there so we can have what we need instead of complaining about having to wait they are just trying their best to keep people safe

This dollar tree is nice but doesnt have as many items as other dollar trees

Big store with lots of stuff but had to wait a long time to checkout BC the 2 cashiers couldnt keep up due to customers who wanted balloons blown up by one which caused her line to completely stop.

A relatively brand new store. Good place to get a quick snack, take a look at their frozen food area. Usually have some good buys. Of course its a dollar tree, but you can find some pretty cool stuff for $1, aside from the majority of the cheap products from China. Usually never have to wait in line.

Typical Dollar tree. I was checking out and looked back the line and asked the cashier to get another register open. The line was all the way back into the merchandise aisle. Manager was putting stuff on shelf not paying attention to customers.

Love going to the dollar tree.. I get a lot of otc and cheap but good food!! And house hold supplies..
