Went in to and stood around waiting for someone to help me out. Had to go find someone to help out. Bad attitudes all around. Giving it 2 stars because they had to shoes I wanted.

Brenda was the associate assisting me during the busy hours of the store. She was incredibly helpful with my shoe selection and although the store was very busy and full of customers (she was assisting 4 in total with myself included?) she provided excellent service and was patient through my selection. Thanks so much Brenda for your hard work and for helping me while I was shopping. COVID has changed a lot for us in sales, however, you made the experience seamless and excellent.

So far so good. I got what excellently I order here and their prices was great. I always get the great service and good quality shoes. it was comfy and light weight.

Worst customer service I have never seen In any other store before. The employees Who was working there doesn’t know the offers what they have in their store. One of the employee named Tiago was very rude to customers And using abrasive language to customers . It’s better to hire some professional employees to get better sales and for better reputation for the store. I really had a bad experience and I never ever suggest this store any one of my friends and even for a stranger.

The salesman Vlad was really mean!!!! Bad experience at footlocker EVER... Ruined the rep, so sad...I came to the store on 6/26/18, wanting to return a pair of Nike that I bought 6 days ago, I rarely wore it. I brought them to the store. First Vlad said he could not return it because the shoes were worn. I questioned him by saying it is not the policy I’ve known of. Then, he said he couldn’t return it without the shoe box. I said I do not have it anymore and I don’t see the point of having a shoe box, since it is the shoe that I wanted to return not the box. He insisted that he needed the box with rolling eyes and really bad attitude. Then, he asked me if I had the receipt, I showed him a picture of my original receipt. He barely looked at it and said no! only the paper receipt! I told him that when I bought the shoes, the machine wasn’t working, so that they couldn’t send me an E-receipt, and they told me to take a picture of this paper receipt in case I lost my paper receipt, and it should be fine if I showed the picture to any salesman for future return. Then he just left to greet a coming person who seems like his friend, left me there without any explanations or even a simple response. Worst of all!!!! he even told the person (maybe his friend) my whole story of what just happened with an extremely ridiculous tone like I was a joke, and then they were laughing about it.I was just soooo pissed with his extremely bad attitude and temper. I think Foot Locker should not hire someone like Vlad to provide a good customer service.

Goodness! note this day today 2/23/19 at 2:50PM, the person in this store is yawning and keep on hanging up with me, I called about 10times already, I was just asking if the product I want is available but he won’t confirm and kept on telling me to check online. Your website clearly says confirm with the store first if it’s on stock! Footlocker management should be aware if this kind of lazy employees! Loud music on the background and been yawning loud!

Worst experience ever!!!!!!!! I ordered my son sneakers online 8/14 and as of 8/22 nothing. I called the store and the manager stated that my time was shipped but does not have tracking information. Meaning it was never fulfilled. I requested a refund and will not be dealing with them ever again very rude, unprofessional, and nasty people working there. DONT BUY HERE!!!!!!!!!!

Its a footlocker. Nothing social but ok. The workers are friendly but I think they work on commission so they have to be. Its a good size store but it would be great if it had a larger selection.

Ehh Ok experience. Besides having employees hound you after saying you are fine is quite the annoyance but other than that I guess it was ok. Seems that if you dont need help looking for anything, they will make sure they arent visible so raised questions can no longer be answered.
