Another Terrible Hyundai/Genesis experience. I had an 11 am appointment. They contacted me 3 times to verify the appointment. Yet when I showed up 10 minutes earlier, I waited for 1 hour. Then when I finally got to speak with someone, where I already knew what I wanted and was prepared to buy, he juggled several other people at one time, me being the lowest priority. I assume appointments mean nothing to this dealership, As they offered no apologies and continued to make me wait and wait with no explanation. I understand that inventory is low and they are selling all stock. I also remember a time, where dealerships were desperate to make a deal. I will be buying an Infiniti, as they understand how to treat customers and respect of their time and patience. Needless to say I walked out, even though I gave 2 hours of my time and never received any answers.

FRAUD. LIAR. DISHONEST. PLEASE STAY AWAY.SALES PERSON WAS PUSHING TO RUN MY CREDIT WITHOUT EVEN SHOWING A CAR.....They will LURE you showing great car pictures online and will tell you that car has very low mileage but when you will go to the store they wont be able to show it to you. They will keep you waiting half day (I am serious, just 4 hours to get a test drive, even though I was scheduled). They did show a car but said it does not have gas so someone took it out saying he would be back in 5 minutes but then came back after 40 minutes with his lunch.WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IT IS?

I had the pleasure of having John Lee as my Genesis sales representative. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and he helped get me the best deal of any Genesis dealership I had visited. I would definitely lease another car through this company. I have already recommended John to a friend to purchase a 2021 GV80.

Rick Rivero, my man! He helped me get the sweetest EVER deal on my BRAND NEW GENESIS G70 3.3T AWD!!! He kept his cool head, always offered his services in the best way possible, and was consistent the whole way. Truly the best sales rep I have ever encountered in my life. It’s no wonder this place is top 3 Hyundai centers in USA!I would also like to mention Claudia’s superb services and her diligence in following through with my questions and persistence. Her and Rick made this experience a very pleasant one.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

If it is to long to read: They offered a deal, which was too good to be true. They wasted our times there and after. Then they did not fulfil their offer at the end.Edit after their reply: please dont just take a word (lure) and pretend like nothing happened. You did not address any complaints I have in my review. Fact: you proposed that amount for 3.3T Prestige, 12k miles. It was too good to be true. That is why we asked repeatedly that it was for that car. That is why you were able to keep us for 3 hours.Then yes, you could not find the car in your inventory (even though 2020 was available, the salesman said they were not leasing 2020s, which probably has something to do with the incentives you had at that time because that was not true in general. I was okay since I was going to get 2021, perfect!). At this point, someone can ask why did you offer that in the first place? Dont you know what you have in your inventory before wasting our time? Anyway, this is not why I am upset. I am upset because when we talked a few days ago, you proposed higher (maybe fair) rate for lower trim car for less miles. Thats all.To be fair, other than keeping us wait for unreasonably long (it was a busy day in their defense), you were kind to us. Also, you cant say we did not try to find a middle way. We left because we were there for 3 hours so we were starving. Also, you proposed something and backed down. That was the bottom line that day for us.This is one of the places where they lure (edit: apparently this is a wrong word choice, sorry!) you with dishonest deals and back down when you are interested.I went there a month ago with an appointment and still had to wait half an hour to talk to someone. They offered me a very good deal after offering very high numbers as most dealer do. They tried to match my current lease payment. I could not believe at first since it was a good deal and they let me wait almost more than an hour again. At the end, they said almost 40% more than they offered at the beginning. Then they explained that they have the higher trim in their inventory so it is more expensive (technically the difference should not be as high but anyway).After spending more than 3 hours there (they also spent some time looking at my car, asking my car key which I did not like but accepted), they told me that they are going to search a car that they offered a good deal (G70 3.3T Prestige) and call me back. For a month, they never called and I tried to reach out a few times. At the end, today, Rick (the sales manager who offered me the deal in the first place) offered a higher price for a lower trim car for 10k miles (again, less than what he offered at the beginning).Basically, I have been delayed when I was there. I have been delayed after I left the dealer for a month. At the end, I have nothing but false promises they offered.Genesis cars seem to be getting a recognition in luxury segment but they cant be a luxury brand with these type of sales tactics. I am sorry that I naively trusted them in the first place.

Called to test drive a G70 3.3T which was confirmed to be available multiple times on the phone - when I arrived I was swapped between three sales representative for multiple wait periods only to be told they didn’t have the vehicle. They’ll tell you what you want to get you in the door, take your business elsewhere
