I purchased a vehicle from Axis and it was not a pleasant experience so far. The car is at a reasonable price until they add over $8000 in fees. I called in advance to see if my plates were ready for pick-up BEFORE leaving work EARLY and was told yes the plates are ready to come pick up. When I got there the plates were NOT there. Instead of being honest about it, they decided to waste my time further by having me wait around for 30 minutes while they look for the plates. One guy who may be a manager of sort stated he was going to check in the back and after waiting an additional 10 minutes, I went to see where he was because I needed to leave and HE WAS OUTSIDE SMOKING A CIGARETTE!!!!! I was finally made aware of the obvious that the plates were NOT there! The negative reviews are TRUE and the positive ones are most likely from family and friends. DONT DO IT! LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED.

I have contacted them about a car they have and they told me the car is in perfect condition and no rust or any dints. Since I was not from the same city I could not inspect the car by myself so I hired a company that do pre-purchase inspection. They have found rust in different spots and dints.It also has computer problems, the inspector find out that the computer has problems which is big problem. The car is Lexus ES350 2017 DO NOT BUY IT. I am willing to send anyone the report to prove that the car isnt good and because I would not want anyone to buy the car and have problems. I do not ever post a review but I hate when someone treat their customers like this and try to fool them

I found a 2017 Lincoln Navigator listed online from Axis Motorcars. I called and spoke to Christine early Saturday morning. I explained I was very interested in purchasing the car that day. I live just over 2 hours away and made this clear, I was told “no problem we’re open until 8pm”. I was put on the phone with a manager for an out the door price. She was hesitant to give me that, I again explained I was not local and wanted to know all pricing prior to making the drive. At that point I was given the total cost, I then filled out the credit application online and was told they would call me as soon as they had the numbers. A few hours later I called and they didn’t go over the application yet but would now and call me right back. When Christine called me back I asked for the interest rate and monthly payments as well as what lender. They would not give me ANY information unless I came to the lot. I spoke with another manager and she refused to go over any numbers as they aren’t able to do so unless it’s in person. I refused to drive 2 hours one way to find out they were charging a crazy rate. I told them that I wouldn’t buy anything from them as I’ve been told different things by different managers.Thankfully I walked away, I bought a 2018 Tahoe Premier from a local Chevy dealership on Monday with a rate of 5.4% Buyers beware this is not a common practice of not giving numbers over the phone for someone who isn’t local.

Although it was like pulling teeth negotiating the price; everyone there is very understanding and will actually sit down with you to explain in detail what the final price is. Other places I went would just put random number together just to get me out the door. I would highly recommend asking for Antonio and Harout to help you find a car and to walk you throughout the process. Im happy to say I finally got a car after going to over 10 dealerships and Axis motorcars had the best deal ! It was definitely worth the 2hr drive ! I had the most terrible experience with this dealership. I purchased the car about 3 weeks ago, the car engine broke down 5 days later, almost causing the accident. The dealership is refusing 30-day guarantee rule, and wants my personal warranty to pay for the engine. They sold me 2,000.00$ warranty. The same warranty company is fighting back with the dealership because 30 days hasnt been over. I am left with NO car, two irresponsible companies and with frustration. Doesnt recommend!!!!!

Beware of this dealer!Let me start off by saying I talked with two sales people and they were super helpful which is why this review gets two stars. Due to the used car shortage at the moment, I was looking far and wide for a car and willing to ship it to myself. Most dealerships are okay with this but generally werent super enthused to help me. When the lady on the phone found out I would likely be shipping the car, she immediately offered to have someone go out to the car and video call me so I could get a better look at the car. The salesman that did this was extremely nice and helpful.Unfortunately thats where the good times end. Again, we are in a car shortage right now, so I understand that dealerships are trying to get as much for these cars as they can. I told the car salesman I was interested in the car, as it was in good condition and what I considered to be a reasonable price. He told me hed have the sales manager call me.I had a very brief phone call with the sales manager. Basically he told me that there is a nearly $3,000 dealership fee on top of taxes and the normal ~%600 paperwork fee. I told him I wasnt interested in the car at that price expecting him to ask me what I felt was a fair price, but instead he told me to have a good day and hung up. He wasnt rude by any means, but made no effort to work with me after telling me that theyre basically selling the car at a $3,000 markup.I was willing to work with this dealership as the two salesmen I talked to were very friendly and willing to work with my slightly unusual circumstances. Unfortunately the ridiculous markup this dealership charges (guessing its likely a limited time thing while theres so few cars because they know people will pay it) resulted in them losing a potential customer.

I called them to ask about a 2016 Honda Accord v6 they had for sale ( it only had 20,000 miles on it). The lady told me the it’s a available and she gave me an appointment. I drove for about an 1 hour and a half they called me twice to confirm that I was coming. When I got there they told me to confirm that I have arrived and they scanned my driving license and the sales person told me to wait till he gets the keys for the car so I can take for a test drive. Everything seemed normal like any other dealership. after 15 minutes of waiting for him to get the keys he tells me to follow him outside. He told me that he’s going to show me a 2015 Honda Accord (with 88 thousand miles on it), because the 2016 was sold. He tried to sell me that car and he said if I don’t like it I can take a look around the lot and see if there’s anything I like.This place wasted 3 hours of my day and they called me twice to confirm my appointment and they didn’t think to tell me that the car was sold until I came to the lot so they can sell me some other car.Don’t waste your time on this place, I have been looking for a car for 3 months now and went to many dealerships this by far is the worst experience I have ever had in a dealership.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!Worst experience ever. They promised to replace a cracked windshield within 2 weeks as this was a condition and promise for my purchase and it took them 3.5 months to do so. They kept giving me a different story every time I called to ask about that, and the check engine light which turned on 3 DAYS after taking the car home. Finally, after 3 months of calling them about the promised windshield and driving around with the check engine light on I was told to bring the car in to replace it and to check why the check engine light was on, Only to be told to take it to the jeep dealer. I went to the Jeep dealer where I was charged $807 for a tune up...which the car was already supposed to have been tuned up, right? Why else would I buy from a dealer?Just terrible service, especially from Juan, just lie after lie after lie. Also, he will distract you while you are signing the papers and agreeing to ridiculous fees that do not make any sense. Question all the extra fees because obviously you will end up paying for a service that is not being done on the cars!After writing my initial review, I was contacted by Harout and was told to take down the review and that I would be reimbursed part of the $807 I spent on the tune up. It has been almost 3 months and not a cent. Lie, after lie, after lie.

The scam artist ran a credit check on me before I even test drove any car. Now it’s on my credit reports. I didn’t even test drive the car I came to see because the engine sounded like a washing machine. When I walked away the salesman tried to prevent me from leaving. When I asked him for a copy of the estimate, he did not give it to me because there were scam add-ons such as a $500 delivery fee to have had the automobile delivered to his lot prior to showcasing it.

This dealership is garbage and will take advantage of you. I called prior to ever going to the dealership and the misled me and told me there were no additional dealer fees besides registration and taxes. They told me 20 minutes after I left the dealership that someone was looking to buy the car I was interested in and I needed to come back right away. After driving 40 minutes the quote was $3995 in taxes for a $32,000 car. Last I checked that’s more than 8%. Oh wait, remember those dealer fees? Apparently there is a “IDSP” fee for another $4000. This dealership is trash and tries to take advantage of people. I bought a car the next day at another fair, reputable dealer with no issues.

Update after a month:DONT BUY FROM THESE GUYS PLEASE! Sales are awesome. Andre is great. But trying to get the registration/plates done, it is almost impossible. I asked them to let me do it myself, I asked them to transfer plates (cheaper and faster) and their answer was no. They said they have an agency that takes care of it. So they charge you a lot more. Well, a month and a two days and nothing. Car parked in the garage. Their registration agency and people are a joke! Be very careful.Andre is the best!!! We drove 5 hrs to get a car and he went up, down, across and back to help us. He is like a customer lawyer, advocate and best sales guy!!! Thank you so much! My salesman Andre was the best. He told us we would leave with a car when we got there and he made it happen. He was very honest and patient we had a few troubles getting this car but he did everything he could to keep his word to us and I will definitely come back again to purchase another car I was very satisficed with his service.
