Very rude staff and selling faulty products and showing lot of attitude to customers…Dont waste the money in this shop…They are just adding taxes to your purchase and selling faulty products..

I bought a cooker and a idly maker here and the idly maker was missing a piece, I went back and they changed it for me and the young lady there even gifted me a hunuman chalesa in three languagesor the inconvenience

I would never recommend anyone to shop here. Just purchased item less than 7 days ago. Came back to do exchange he offer only $2 credit for $15 item. When I came he was very friendly even took picture of my bag that I was carrying to show someone he knows but today when I told him about that story just refused to remember anything. Never met such greedy like him in my entire lifetime. Please stay away from Vijay appliance you are better off ordering from online.

I will give ZERO stars. Their customer service is really pathetic. First of all, they sale lot of faulty items and show no accountability once you notify them. Being monopoly on the street for selling indian utensils and accessories, they take advantage of customers. They only accept cash but charges unnecessary rubbish tax and give you a handwritten bill.. Owner of the shop is very rude and really dont know how to talk to customers. Will never going back to this shop since the last encounter and had very bad experience..

Very very pathetic and Rude customer service..They dont even know how to talk with customers..Also they accept only Cash and for no reason they charge unnecessarily over the limit tax which is illegal..The owner and workers there treats customers like beggers or something..I had really bad experience with shop owner at my last visit and I will never go back... Told me to buy a specific cooker because it has utensils included inside for cooking rice and daal at once. The cooker only had the flat disc base to hold the utensils! Typical.

Vijay Appliances!! A store where u can get all the kitchen utensils and many more household appliances at great prices compare to other stores nearby. They also carry seasonal and festival products. And they do provide good customer service. Worth to visit..

Customer service is horrible, especially the lady that is there. They act like customers are blood-thirsty animals looking for cheap deals or as if we are enemies to their business. Especially when I went to this store, they talked down to other customers around me so I just left the store, disappointed. Their store is also a cash business which Im sure is illegal or something. I will look into contacting higher bureaus to address that.Also, a lot of these reviews are from family and friends but dont be fooled. Just go to another store and youll get treated like a customer.
