Obviously an older store but the layout is awful. They have the largest selection of Organic and Natural foods of any grocery store.Their prices are high.Great salad bar and prepared foods sections.

*Thanksgiving Holiday Meal Order Experience* Designated Holiday desk for Thanksgiving Order and pickups made the shopping easier! Curbside pick up was available but over the phone for Holiday orders. When I get to the store, curbside waiting cars were numerous so I walked in and walked to Holiday Desk. 7-8 min wait to speak to an associate, 10 min wait to pick up the order. Associate went over each order to make sure nothing was missing before I went. It was seamless and pleasant!

Whole Foods Market is a high end natural foods grocery store. The produce as well as the meat/fish departments have great selections. However, in my 2nd visit here, many things were not in stock - such as strawberries, and cherries (in the summer). The store can be a bit pricey, but if you think about it, most organic foods in many grocery stores are.My favorite thing to buy here are fresh breads that you can slice yourself in their slicing machine. I buy sourdough! I definitely recommend it - as it feels like great to shop there, however, Im taking off 2 stars for inventory flaws and lack of customer reps that can assist.

Decent Whole Foods. Every time I go they seem to be re-stocking which is awesome. I still always get what I need. Lines move fairly quick and employees are nice to help.

The service is getting worse and worse almost non existent - not what it used to be and the prices are sky high. Whole Foods stores before Amazon ownership were much nicer and better in every way, including service. I think we are watching the downfall of Whole Foods Markets little by little...

Great place to buy organic grocery, seafood and meat.My kid loves the sausages from here and even their organic dried fruits.Their baked section offers vegan and excellent gluten free options.A tad pricey compared to other regular stores but you can save if you are a Prime Member. Wasnt too crowded when we visited.Follows latest Covid protocols and most shoppers and staff wore masks.Overall a great place to buy organic and healthy grocery.

Whole foods is always awesome. Great selection, food I can have confidence in, it is a bit pricey but I have not ever gone wrong there. Also, they have wonderful sales, especially on seafood

Bought arugula, it’s coated with dirt and sand. Multiple washings do not remove the dirt. It’s the same with dandelions and all leafy greens from there. Fruits are not fresh. Looks like a third world. They take top $$ but the stuff is so bad that they sell.

I like Whole Foods grocery.Especially the fresh fruits and meat dept.Staff is very attentive.Last time, I came early at morning and they don’t have ground pork yet but the staff send to it when I was ready to check out.For the eggs,you can find organic with cheap price some where else.

The security Guard -Eberly- is the #1 reason I come here. Talk about a positive person. This man will put a smile on your face every single time! This man deserves a raise. So happy to see him every time I come here. He is a the wholesome of Whole Foods

Very nice place to get all your groceries and vegetables at one place. They keep one of the best meats in Hicksville.Best part is that they host few delicacies which you can take and eat out at their sitting area. The food is very tasty that they serve.There are various counters and also sells few products in mass like coffee, nuts, dry fruits etc.

They were out of matzo on the first day of passover, and personnel callously stated they would not get any more shipments in. Then the cashier was too busy chatting with her coworker to even say hello or thank you. This store used to be great, like 10 even five years ago. Very disappointing.

The guard was so positive and gave everyone a smile on there face and the food their is good.

The selection of food is exceptional along with the people who work there. Everyone is super pleasant and great all around. They must be smoking up some nice Ganga. Love shopping here and love using them for prime now.

This is a review of the Amazon.com Whole Foods Market, not this individual store.While the stores and staff are great, Amazon itself needs to do a better job informing customers of product availability. If I order an item online and Im told its in stock, then I should receive it. However, its the rare order that doesnt send a follow-up message saying items were unavailable.Why?Delivery is Amazon.coms main business, and this is something they should be able to fix.

Fresh produce just like any other whole foods market. Although somewhat smaller than some Whole Foods Ive been to and because of that the variety of food isnt as vast.

Stay away from premade. I purchased 2 premade turkey chili containers. Both had rubbery turkey. Inedible. Horrible. Purchased 2 wraps and tge chicken and turkey was horrible. Had to throw everything out which was expensive. Also their chat does not work and the 1800 number is a long wait. Not going back

Everything is neat and clean and very professional staffs which makes it a great shopping experience. Their 365 brand is reliable and good quality. I had to take a star down for the money we spend and the value we get out of it.

Probably the worst Whole Foods store I’ve ever been in. It’s gotten only worse since the pandemic. Aisles are crowded and employees are downright rude. The aisles are full of employees shopping for customers who can’t be bothered to shop for themselves. These employees must be under tremendous pressure to do this shopping quickly, as they leave carts blocking the aisles, cut in front of other shoppers, and display every annoying behavior you’d find in a supermarket, but wouldn’t expect from employees. The employees in meats, seafood, prepared foods, etc all seem normal and helpful, but the ones stacking the shelves and shopping for customers act like they are the only ones who matter, and they’re in their own world. Do yourself a favor and go to the Westbury store or another store, if it’s convenient. This place is too small, too cramped, too crowded, and these shoppers and stock personnel are poorly trained and supervised.

I come here every week - best time is to come during a week, there is never lines and it’s easier to move around/shop. Everything is always nicely organized. Definitely prefer this location over Manhasset.

There are sales deal every week. My favorite is the seafood dept. recently I discovered caviar there, the best thing is caviar is on sale. I’m buying some of that home for the holiday this year.

I use to love going to wholefoods. i tolerated the higher prices because it was just a good shopping experience for fresh food.now most locations are inundated with rude insta-cart & prime shopping/delivery people. they are rude, they cut you off, and obviously do not social distance in general. god forbid we interrupt their schedules to shop for the app users. its just a terrible experience these days.

The staff here is very nice and courteous. I always experience a friendly attitude here, even during busy hours. Produces and the deli are always fresh. The hygiene and personal care section is full of Whole Food exclusive items. 6 dollar pizzas on Friday!!!

I have a professional and positive experience here. I prefer it to the one on the other boulevard because it seems to be designed just a bit better and has better food options. They used to have a great hot bar before the pandemic as well.

It is whole foods as you would expect. Fully stocked and clean and a nice selection. Always something new to find.Curious as to why there was a thermo camera at the exit of the store and not at the entrance.

I prefer Whole Foods to conventional supermarkets, this location is clean and well kept. But the amount of the AmazonPrime delivery pickers is so annoying, there are way too many. The pickers are moving quickly to get their work done but it makes navigating the store so difficult. I feel like they need hours without pickers.

They are very efficient, took a package to be returned and the process was very fast

Shopping at Whole Foods was a positive experience. I found some things I dont see in other markets and saved money because I have prime. If only they would group the gluten free products in one place or at least identify them eg, with a identifying label near the price label.

Really like this market. The variety of upscale options is amazing. I can always find just what I need. The staff is helpful and makes your visit easy in and out. The prepared food section is wonderful. Everything looked so good that you get hungry just standing there. The variety of different things is never ending. The pricing while not cheap is value for the money. Give them a try.

Great place to shop healthy and multiple choice

Customer service is horrible! The staff is consistently rude and unplesant. They act as if the dont want or need to help. And when you ask for help its met with a sigh and an eyeroll. I have been going here for years because its close to my job. In the numerous times Ive been here I can only remember 2 visits where I actually was met with Pleasant and helpful staff. I only go in here if I absolutely need to. But after yesterdays visit Im done with this Whole Foods location.

Worth the drive to this location vs going to the Manhasset location. There was more variety, more space to move around and the store is 3 times bigger. There were no lines to get in or to get out which is a plus. Everybody was wearing masks and keeping a good distance from each other.

I used to love Whole Foods, but since Amazon bought Whole Foods there are so many changes. Workers I use to see at wholeFoods are gone, changed for young, schoollike kids. Vegetables use to be all fresh and variety, now so so. It’s just different.It felt homey and warm before and it’s not anymore. I still shop there, but not the same as use to be .

Ever since Amazon took over, the changes in terms of selection and quality have been disheartening. The produce used to look so fresh and there was always a ready supply of what you needed. Not anymore. The story is not kept up like it used to be. It is not exclusively health oriented. It used to be. A Candy Bar?? Finally, I wish they would go back to their previous roast chickens containers. The chicken skin is not crispy anymore. I have to put the chicken in the oven to crisp up the skin. Why bother buying it roasted if I have to put it in the oven? The changes for the better are the Amazon lockers and the Amazon Prime discount.

Plenty of parking after 6 pm, friendly staff, no too long lines, and always stocked. If you go during the morning hours there is a line outside the store to get in because of COVID 19, you must wear a mask. Lately, there have been too many people shopping for Amazon Fresh, they are rushing to fill their order and might bump into you.

All the employees are very friendly and helpful. Shopping is always a great experience here.

Visited store today from Long Beach and was so disappointed. Got run into 3 times by prime shoppers moving so fast and looking down at their phone list. Am not returning to this store as it seems the prime shoppers have the “ run of the store” and apparently other reviewers have mentioned this problem but it seems management chooses to ignore this problem.

This is a large, well-run Whole Foods Supermarket. They have very good fresh produce includiy many organic choices. They bring in new produce throughout the day. Prices range from excellent to quite expensive; As an Amazon prime member I often qualify for some great sales. Like all Whole Foods, in their pantry section they dont sell all the regular brands you see in other supermarkets; they concentrate on more pricy organic brands and items youd find in a health food store.

I know these are trying times but I had to take the time out to write this because I was treated poorly. This is the worst Whole Foods I’ve ever been too. The morale of the team must be on the floor but I can’t see how? Because it was the calmest Whole Foods I’ve been to since the pandemic started. To give some context here I was born in Brooklyn, currently living in Brooklyn. The attitude I got here was ridiculous. All the cashiers were rude and I hope it wasn’t because I was Black.

I have been doing grocery here for two years and normally experience is great. But today October 5 at counter 10 Ms. Naura was so rude that I never had seen any customer service rep any where so rude in my life. Hope whole food monitors their reps on camera as she definitely should not be facing customers.

Three years ago was amazing. They use to Have fresh ahi tuna burgers in the seafood section and so many other items that made the store TOP restaurant quality and special. It WAS amazing!!!! Not sure if they changed management but this location slowly went so down hill.

Bathrooms dirty,but had a full stocked selection

My mother just went to this store to go shopping and had the worst experience shes had during the pandemic. While shopping she was intercepted by a woman not wearing a mask, who gave her an attitude about putting one on and seemed to follow her throughout the store. She had to tell the manager 3 TIMES about this woman, and the last time she was at the butcher counter where the butcher told her its against the law for him not to serve her and TO WAKE UP after she asked him why hes conversing with her without a mask ! Clearly its gotten political at this location and I will never be going back there again.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
