This Starbucks was well run with friendly baristas and pretty good turn around for walking in to order.

This is the best Starbucks store we have been to. We had a large complex order and the baristas got everything right. Their service was super fast. Most importantly the cashier got my name spelled correctly when the order came out. This will now be our go to Starbucks.

Asked for a drink but slightly customized, as I do at all the locations I have been to. Not only was my drink made incorrectly but when I pointed it out, the person (manager?? - short guy w tats on arms) was a real jerk about it. On top of it, my drink was sub par. This is the only Starbucks location where I encountered such an issue.

I need my coffee and this place always delivers. The staff is always friendly and ready to go. Even when there’s a long line. Or a lot of online orders they always seem to get me in and out fast. They also have a good breakfast sandwiches if you’re in a rush and don’t have the time to stop at the bagel place.

The best Starbucks i know of. Its like coming home and seeing the family

Slow service made me feel i was really in countryside.

Staff was very ride when I was waiting on line. Drink was poor quality.

Person working behind counter questioned my choice of coconut milk and started giving me an unwanted lesson in nutrition. When I completed the order she started talking sh*t about coconut milk to her coworkers, audibly. 10/10 be careful if you order coconut milk here, you might cause a ruckus.

I love Starbucks they need to come up with an air freshener that smells like a Starbucks all I need is 5% of the sales thats all LOL

I ordered on the app and waited 20 minutes before arriving to pick up my drink and once I got there, I waited another 10. even after that, they had only prepared half my order and claimed that I “never ordered the other half” even though I did and paid for it advance. if you are looking to study, I don’t recommend this Starbucks simply because it’s too crowded and service is very slow causing you to waste your time. However, I will concede that the drinks were made well.

Quick and easy but parking can be a bit hard sometimes. The people are always nice. I used to go there at least twice a week when I worked around the block.

Been a huge fan for years!

If there was an option for zero stars that will be my choice. This location consistently makes errors with my drinks. I order the same thing every time- a venti soy chai tea latte, extra hot NO FOAM and every time I get my drink its full of guess what- FOAM. Most of the staff makes no eye contact there is a huge attitude when asked to fix the drinks.

This experience was really amazing. And the employees were really high energy early in the morning. I even heard one of the workers from this starbucks say out loud, you guys are doing really amazing, dont stop I was so moved by her zeal to give great customer service. The business done here was very pleasant, definitely will be coming back here

Good solid sbux with plenty of room & comfortable seats to get work done, have a meeting, and enjoy the sbux offerings.

Workers were respectful and willing to help out even when packed with people at breakfast and lunch time, even we I made a mistake with the order it was able to be fixed by them, orders were ready when made on mobile in a timely fashion .But, was able to see customer able to notice a mistake they were able to be changed and made to their liking.

Most over-rated, over priced American dump! Cant even order a normal coffee! This is why AMERICA RUNS ON DUNKIN!

I used to love going here everyone was great! But now everyone is gone and the new manager is scary the girl with the button chocker making the coffee was super unfriendly. Going to have to go the extra few minutes to plainview to have to nicer people back. Also my iced coffee tastes like water today. 😡 Sean and one other girl is still there always forget her name but thank god for them, they get 5 stars alone.

I walked in to this Starbucks and listened to the three woman behind the bar complain about a coworker so loudly I could hear their conversation from the front door. I had to ask the woman at the cash register if I was all set because she was so engrossed in their conversation that she didn’t realize I was even there. The woman that handed my drink over to me (not to me) simply placed it on the counter without making eye contact or stopping their unprofessional conversation. There’s a time and place to blow off steam but “on stage” in front of customers is NOT it. Take that “back stage” or outside.

If I could leave no stars I would. We ordered a venti iced guava tea UNSWEETENED. We were given a sweet one. No issues the cashier was so sweet offering refunds AND a new one. However the “barista “ making it had a problem with fixing our order. Told us we should’ve tried it before we stepped out AND gave us a grande in a venti cup. When we asked to have it filled to the top she said we should’ve told her. And what are those cute little misspelled name stickers for? The order right? No sass was required. A human error was made. We just asked for our order we got a side of attitude. Good job Starbucks.

This is the closest Starbucks to me and they close their doors at 9:30pm when their timing is listed until 10pm . It has happened multiple times. Definitely not a good business practice.

This Starbucks is extremely good every time I have visited and quite excellent. This is one of the less lazy starbucks with a peppy staff and they run their own exotic coffee programs which is rare amongst starbucks which mostly hand you a frap and thats it.They arent lazy here either and always get the drinks right despite the crowds coming in. And on that matter, this place is always busy. There is always some sort of crowd, but the line is never long so who cares.

Too crowded, WiFi connection its fast but I got disconnected and couldnt get connected again, employees couldnt help with the WiFi issues.

The coffee shop is still good. The staff are enthusiastic and smiling, but there are some debris piled in the bathroom door. Although the passage is very narrow, it is better if it can be cleaned up.

It is good
