2017 SuburbanFast sale a plus.Vehicle wasn’t clean at all inside, had bad cabin and engine air filters and exhaust leakHad multiple issues to get addressed tried to contact my local CarMax Daytona they had no phone answer no staff and unavailable to do anything never had a call back.I purchased extended warranty and honestly CarMax vehicle service and products are a zero star.Ive fixed my own vehicle issues and I like the price and vehicle but CarMax is terrible after the sale in all regards.Also pay for and do your own car fax report I found out after the 30days my new vehicle was in multiple accidents and CarMax did not disclose this Information at sale very disappointed

I have always had a great experience when I went to CarMax to buy or sell a vehicle. I am so excited to see this addition to our area which will it will bring a whole different level of car buying and selling especially in the used-car area which is so badly needed. The last time I was there I brought in a vehicle, and I didnt need another one. They appraise my vehicle and it was actually almost as much as what I paid for it and gave me the full appraisal price and didnt try to pressure me into buying another vehicle which was such a relief for me as I really did need one and not having any hassle of a pressure salesperson was truly refreshing and I would highly recommend this experience to anyone. Just give it a try, and youll find youll be pleasantly surprised.

I had great service at the store but I am not happy with the company because they took money from my account for a car that supposed to be transferred, they sold the car and kept my money. I am still waiting for that refund on my account, it has been almost 2 months. The store did not try really hard to get my money refunded, they were more interested of selling me the other car, which I bought from them. I need my money.

The Mini I bought at the Melbourne store developed engine trouble under warranty and Jordan at the Jensen Bch. store arranged a flatbed to pick it up and knowing the hardship it caused me arranged a loner and even offered to pick me up to get it. This was even though l did not have the extended warranty. My experience with these people has been great. I would recommend them unconditionally. They also have a great selection of Minis.

I definitely think if the wait time and process wasn’t so long then I would have to say that my overall experience was a 5. Carmax gave me almost what I owed for my SUV, however they did fail to tell me that there was a fee for them getting the check to the bank by my payoff date. The other thing was I was told not to make an appointment and just come in and also that the selling process would be a total of 30-40 mins, however I waited 30 mins just to see a representative even with an offer letter in hand from online, but the overall process still had me there for exactly 2 hours total. I think Carmax is fantastic with the money they offer you, but the wait time and offer letter online should be explained a little better to customers.

Honestly I was blown away with our experience. My wife and I wanted to sell one of our vehicles and made an online appointment to get a quote. We were greeted by Steve, who took us through the whole process. He took the time to explain everything to us. He was polite, informative and highly personable. We will definitely be recommending CarMax and using them again. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.

My wife and I are really hurting financially since the pandemic, we lost our business and I had a 726 credit score and and 3 credit cards that we depended on and with the pandemic it was take care of my wife are pay my credit cards so I let my credit go and now I have know credit, but I let God take over and we are barely able to survive. We have two new vehicles paid in full so we decided to sell our 2020 Toyota sienna and were expecting to take a huge loss she paid 41,000 dollars in cash. So I had heard about carmax so I did an online appraisal and carmax appraised it at 40,000 so I said lets go and see if they would actually give us 40,000 so we went and we walked out of the dealership with a 40,000 dollar check in hand. My wife lost only 1 thousand dollars on her van. The whole deal took less than 30 minutes. I will buy all my cars there for now on, plus they didnt even try and sell us another vehicle. 5 🌟all day long.

Completely happy! Had car shipped in delay due to bad weather up north but was in no hurry, loved Courtney and Heather as both helped us. Great warranty satisfaction, oil changes at Firestone as needed or can use Cadillac dealership. Warranty was half the price for 5 years vs dealership.

The Jensen Beach CarMax whole Team is awesome. From the managers to the sales team, and service team they treat you like family. They all really go above and beyond to help you. No matter who you get they all are great. Which in my book shows they have a great hiring process and continual training program. I would gladly recommend this location to anyone looking to get a vehicle. The experience is so peaceful and easy from start to finish. Not like your normal dealership where they hound you and try to get you on prices. So, at first I was totally amazed at the customer service. I have bought and sold 2 vehicles here always stress free...The latest vehicle I purchased is a lemon. Now, I know I bought it used w 37k miles on it and it was 2 yrs old. However, I was told it had gone through an amazing inspection and everything was fine.6k miles and 6 months later...Transmission is out, need 2 new batteries, stop/start stopped working, and because of battery draining Alternator, will need to replace that...So, buyers beware, their guaranteed inspections arent that great...

This was my first time buying a car with absolutely zero experience. Luckily, I was fortunate enough to have Cary help me through the process. He was very friendly, honest and I could tell was genuinely trying to help me find the best fit. He went above and beyond and even followed up with me to make sure I was loving the new car. I recommend everyone to come here!!

I was utterly shocked by the experience Im having with Carmax. For starters, I ordered a fairly saught after vehicle that had just landed on their site at an out-of-state Carmax, I started the transfer process immediately once it was avaliable. Bbased on the numerous photos online and Car Fax- the vehicle looked in mint condition, and was priced significantly lower than similar vehicles locally. It took about 3 weeks for the truck to arrive, and much to my dismay- there were numerous cosmetic issues with the truck that were not captured in the photos, scratches, dents, parts MISSING, etc... Since Id already paid the transfer fee, I took the truck for the 24 hour test drive, only to get it home and discover a sea of fluid in my driveway- the truck was oozing a steady stream of oil. I took it immediately back to Carmax and was astounded when the manager came out to view the truck, noted all the issues, offered to fix them (including cosmetic scratches) AND reimburse us to have the driveway cleaned! Once the truck was repaired I took it for another 24 hr test drive and had it inspected by an actual Ford dealership. Ford found more issues with it so back it went to Carmax. At this point, I thought I was done, however once again, the manager asked for an opportunity to correct the issues and, if still not satisfied, would refund my transfer fee. Upon third pick-up, I went back to Ford and this time the truck passed the mechanical inspection and I completed the purchase. Unfortunately, a few days passed and the first significant rain came and I discovered a lake in my floorboards... (This was in addition to a few other powertrain issues that I noticed but were common to the truck and still covered under Fords warranty.) Carmax facilitated an apointment with Ford to have EVERYTHING repaired on the truck at one time and at their cost; and its set to go in next week. Its been a long road so far with this truck, but Im amazed at how Carmax has stood by their word and continued to make every effort possible to ensure the vehicle is absolutely perfect. In addition to the repairs, Carmax has gone as far as to replace OEM parts that were missing from the vehicle at their expense. While it IS frustrating and inconveinient to repeatedly have to bring a new to me vehicle in for service, its still a very rare occassion to see a company work so hard to correct these issues, even after the sale. The truck never should have left the originating Carmax in the condition it did (124 point inspection....uh huh...) however the Jensen Beach Fl Carmax has been phenominal in trying to make this vehicle everything I hoped and expected it would be. Special acknowledgement to manager Yohnny Lao whos facilitated the repairs!

The agent at CarMax helped me through the entire process, from looking at vehicles to fit my needs to a recall return visit that was needed. This Jensen Beach CarMax agent, Charles, adapted to my auditory needs, despite the Covid restrictions. I was not able to read his lips with the mandatory mask rulings, so he respectfully spoke a little louder and clearly. That was appreciated. I easily understood the step by step explanations that Charles conveyed to me as we went through all the paperwork. I was relieved to find that Charles was able to handle all the DMV procedures for me, eliminating a visit to that office. I will be returning to CarMax if & when I am in need of another vehicle. My husband is very interested in returning there soon. Thank you, Charles.

I was on the website put my information in for my vehicle Carmax gave me a verification code and a price that they would give me for my vehicle. I went to two GM dealerships asked them if they wanted to buy my vehicle they were about 10% lower on the price of the vehicle that Carmax gave me online. I then went to Carmax within 20 minutes they okayed the price that they gave me online within 45 minutes they had given me a check for exactly what they promised me online.I cannot tell you how pleased I am with them I have already referred three friends to Carmax and I would advise everybody to go there before selling or buying a vehicle they are wonderful clean nice and friendly. My vehicle that Carmax bought was over $40,000.

My salesperson Ricardo was very nice and patient with us. He made sure we received all the information we needed on the vehicle we were looking for. The experience was easy not as stressful as it usually is in a dealer. Overall Carmax has a variety of cars and if they do not have it at the facility you are at they can always ship it there so you can test drive it and see it without having to commit.

Not impressed. We arranged for a trade in, got our quote, went through all the paperwork, ordered our car, paid for the delivery, was informed that it was in stock one week later, set up an appointment to go in to make the exchange, only to find out that our car hadnt been delivered and was currently being serviced, so now unavailable to purchase. Shopped for another comparable vehicle, went through the whole process again, only to find out that vehicle was not available. Still trying to figure everything out with them...

I took my car in to CarMax to sell it and was very impressed how safe I felt. All employees were wearing masks. When it came to processing the transaction, I sat at another desk in front of a computer screen, so that the sales person and I were at least 6 feet apart. I was even given a new prepackaged pen to sign the documents. I was very pleased with the offer I was given for my vehicle. Everyone was friendly and I would highly recommend CarMax. I bought this vehicle there 3 years ago and had great customer service then as well.

Ive been trying to buy a car from them for 3 days. Its as though they dont want to sell me a vehicle. Sales rep Chandler doesnt contact me as promised. Wasted a full Saturday with their call center rep Calvin, who kept giving me the run around about Carmax delivering the car to me as promised. I asked to speak with his supervisor. This hasnt happened yet. Im surprised to see so many good reviews, because its been a poor experience for me so far.
