I absolutely Love my Joanns Fabric Store not only do they have fabric,they have all the things you need for holiday decorating, sewing,cooking,baking, cake pans, I could go on & on . Its a 5 star store......

I just got back into sewing out of necessity. I recently bought a very old Singer sold by Sears and Roebuck and it came with all of the original needles as well as booklets. (It was stated through the owners manual that I need to contact the store with any problems that I may have with my machine. Ha. What a shame!!! that wonderful store is no longer thriving) I was looking for notions, some kind of needle that could sew without snagging that wonderful new wicking sport material. a young lady assisted me with great detai. and because the store has enlarged so much over the years, there is so much to look at, it is very difficult to get out of there in a timely manner. you keep thinking of projects you should be doing. the problem seems to be finding the time for yourself to take care of it. Some day, right ???

New to sewing and went into Jensen Beach location for help and met with unfriendly staff in the sewing department on two occasions. Going to find another store for supplies and help.

Every community needs access to a Joanne store. Sewing is my thing. I love the surprise discount texts showing up on my phone. Spacious. Store coupons work to making checkouts more than reasonable.

Disappointed in the prices they had for African ethnic prints. No other prints were prices so high. Definitely feel as if they are exploring the culture through their astronomical prices.

Love Jo-Ann fabrics and crafts, I love shopping here throughout the year for all my holiday decor, currently Halloween is 40% off and they have so many adorable items to look at, looking forward to when they start setting up Christmas!! Also they have great sales throughout the year, todays find .97 baking pans!!

First time at a Jo Anns. I just need some duck fabric for a project. The young lady at the fabric cou ter was very helpful and answered all of my novice questions. Overall I was satisfied. The only detrimental thing I can say is the store was bit messy.

My service was fine. But time and time again Joannes lures you in with a coupon then rejects it at the checkout. This has been going on for as long as I have been shopping there....20 yrs. I am done. There are other stores out there to give my business to

Its a Joanns, they are all mostly similar... but this one always seems to have a bunch of flickering fluorescent ceiling lights. They do change the bulbs, but no matter what, theres always more flickering from another set. Flickering fluorescent lights cause me migraines, so I cant stay and browse. I have to grab the one or two specific items I need and get out of the store quickly. The staff is pleasant, I just wish I could shop there longer.

I Love visiting Joann’s. On my last trip, Bailey saved our day!! She stopped what she was doing and made what I wanted a priority, good customer service isn’t easy to come by anymore. I couldn’t of been more happy with how we were treated. We will always come back!!!! Thank you!!!

Horrible experience for my first and last time there. I waited 3 hours in the store for 1 item I ordered for in store pick up. The 2 employees I spoke to were unnecessarily rude and made me feel very uncomfortable, 1 even watching and checking on me like I was stealing while I looked through sewing patterns. After 3 hours of aimlessly walking the store without 1 person asking if I needed help I finally decided to grab the item I had ordered and bring it to checkout myself & while in line I finally got the email that my order was ready and if I didnt really need it I would have asked for a refund. The cashier was nice but the whole experience was awful enough for me to write my first review. Very unfortunate...

Rude and not helpful at all.

We ordered an item and got the email the same day that it was ready. We did curbside pickup and the associate who brought out our order was courteous, polite and respected COVID-19 guidelines.

They have a great variety of fans but then they always have. Now its even better. Now you can mix the parts to get exactly the fan you want.

Such a great experience! All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. There was a sweet and energetic young lady by the name of cash at the checkout who absolutely made my day. She asked about my craft project and I expressed that I was going out on a limb due to being inexperienced. She was very encouraging and showed me PINTEREST! I highly recommend this location.

All the good reviews here are OLD. Take it from someone who just visited this place. The people working here are so unhelpful. They don’t even want to take the time to help you find what you need. One of the workers kept claiming that she “doesn’t understand” my mom which was extremely mean and offensive. You can literally show them your phone with the item you are looking for and they still won’t have a clue or even pretend like they’re helping. Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time, go elsewhere!!!!! Wish I could give this place ZERO STARS.

My wife is a frequent Shopper at Joanns and finds the quality of service and products there to be excellent.

Went in for a specific fabric and the manager was very rude when I had asked about the fabric and acted like helping me was a waste of her time and kept cutting me off when I was talking. Absolutely disgusted.

Has always been my second choice next to Hobby Lobby for price and selection.

The store in Jensen Beach is fantastic! Terry one of the employees there went out of her way to assist me with my sewing machine questions. As a new sewer she was very patient with me. The store did a fantastic job of managing the social distancing while keeping customer service a focus.

I love Joanns Fabric so much!! They have an awesome staff that will help you utilize your coupons and help save you as much money as possible on your craft supplies! I was able to save enough money today to buy a pack of handmade with love labels to put on the crochet Plarn roll up mats Im making for the homeless. ❤ They also let you use their classrooms for free to meet with your craft club if they dont have any scheduled classes.

Great sales, products and friendly, helpful staff. If youre thinking about reupholstering chair seats and need batting, foam, or anything along those lines! Everythings on sale. Some of the clearance at the front of the store was 80% off! They have fall and Halloween things out and even on the Isle of some Christmas and even that was on sale. It was nice taking a break from the hurricane preparations here. Thanks Jo-Ann fabrics for staying open.

So many good selections, so well organized....for crafts and hobbies, this is the place.

They have a very good selection of fabrics. Very pricey but coupons are easy to come by and can use muliple at once. Very large craft selection as well. Craft sections are geared for the current season. I recommend downloading the app as it has the most coupons and lets you know what is happening. Best fabric selection around.

Jo-Ann Fabrics is really the best place to go if youre looking for anything that has to do with fabric! There is just about always a coupon so I never go shopping there without it. We have found fabric there for every project we have ever done they have an especially good selection of sturdy outdoor Fabrics in very attractive patterns and colors. If they dont have enough of a specific fabric they will order it for you from another store. The staff is very knowledgeable very friendly and extremely patient with those of us who dont know a lot about sewing but wish we did! Its easy to find and easy to park and theyre open everyday and evening.

Short on personnel. 13 people checking out and ONE cashier. I walked the entire store looking for someone to come help. An employee (Heather, I believe) that was off volunteered to clock in, in order to help the single cashier. Selection was great. Coupons keep the prices competitive.

A quick stop to purchase swim fabric to make a mermaid outfit for my granddaughter. Beautiful...perfect fabric that is an excitement to work with or a mermaid tail and top! Great 40% discount made it possible to purchase fabric for my son and wifes adorable couch cover for their puppy. Perhaps its a change in times but I wish all the people who worked in craft stores knew crafts or at least one specialty, like a Ask me about... button. I just dont think the customer and the clerk should be on the same level of clueless-NOT just saying.But when all else fails-Google.

The people working at my location are wonderful; they are, however, spread way too thin. Yet, they always are willing to help and apologize for the wait. I simply think the store could be managed a little better with more staffing as the waits can become lengthy. I understand there are less busy times, but the extra staff could then be used for other purposes. This store attracts a lot of shoppers who, like myself, drive a decent amount of time as its the only JoAnns in the area - I dont care to shop online for a lot of fabric. The store is always clean and inviting.

Jo-Anns is always a special experience. Very difficult to use coupons because most things are on sale not necessarily the best price but on sale. The store has been better organized lately and easy to find what you are looking for.
