Good customer service and several services provided. Got waiting area and plenty space inside. Only complaint is getting in and out of parking lot with limited parking.

I went today an hour before the closed looking for tires for my garden tractor that I knew they wouldn’t have. Not only did they have the snow tires I wanted in stock, but they put they on the same day. They were very friendly and the young gentlemen mopping the floor opened the door for me on the way out. Great place.

Bought 4 tires. The back two wore out in 17000 miles. Tires had 20000 mile warranty. Was told nothing I could do but buy new tires at full price but they would waive the mounting and balancing fee ($30 or $40).

Horrible service. Horrible billing. Lids and valves were left open. My windshield line was cut after they serviced my car and they said nothing to me.

Mechanics dont do the right thing the first time. They took my cv axel out of my front end to replace a U joint. When they put my vehicle back together and called it finished I took it home and it leaked front end fluid from a broken inner seal caused from where they took the front cv axel out. I then had it taken back to them to fix it and they had replaced it. But it leaked again from inner seal not put in properly, or even replaced. Then Im also guessing they didnt let the gasket maker they used on my front end to set up either before adding the fluid causing another leak. Its been only 1 day after they fixed the issues. Highly disappointed and will not recommend them.

It was over a 3 hour wait just for 4 new tires . When told wait time would 30 to 40 minutes . Didnt get the size tire we had discussed. It was a nightmare of an experience. ...

Not very satisfied with their work. I know it was quick oil change. They should take time to make sure they do put things back on place. I wish i could give them no star. Never going back.

Over an hour and a half to mount and balance two tires with an appointment, and then about 75 bucks more than what the salesman told me on the phone, what a joke!!!

I trust very few shops and mechanics to touch my car but wouldnt hesitate to go back here. Easy to work with and got everything done quickly. They even put my old wheels in my car to make sure I got them back afterwards.

Lug nuts on my car were extremely over tightened and some too loose. Also asked them to check the air in my spare tire and they clearly did not. Service is fast, but they are clearly skipping some important steps.

Superior service in all respects! Each time that I have brought my trucks in for repairs as a walk-in customer, they have immediately identified the problem, provide estimates for the repair and arranged a time for completion of the work. Prices are very reasonable and the staff and technicians are very helpful. Best repair shop in Jasper, IN! Since I own three GM vehicles there is no doubt that I will be returning to their shop for service in the future :-)

Tires and service were good but this is the second time i bought a set of four tires and had to resubmit to get the rebate.. when i bought the first set i had to resubmit twice but this last time on Oct 30 i submitted the rebate info and receved an email that i had to resubmit it again and now this week i got another email saying i had to resubmit it again and when i did they said i couldnt submit it this time Is this a scam?

Its clean. I watched tv, my tires where done in 20 minutes.

They seemed like friendly staff and took care of what I needed them to. It just took much much longer to get the job done. Especially after I was told to not worry about making an appointment and to just bring it in. Ill still be going back though. Good work and fair prices.

My car was squeaking only when it was is motion so I took it in to get looked at. It was just a bent rotor, which the staff fixed free of charge, but they were polite and professional. Would definitely go there again if I need to have my car looked at.
