The staff here are awesome. Great customer service and great attitude! My brake booster decided to stop working on my F250 while towing a 5000lb boat up from Biloxi to our vacation rental on Lake Smith. I ordered the parts online at 7am and they were ready for pickup when they opened at 9am. Since I was from out of town I had no real choice but to do the repair at the store. Clint and the team wouldn’t let me work on the truck in the parking lot because of the down pour of rain and instead open up the bay door for me to work inside. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated the down to earth, get it done attitude everyone at this store displayed. Prices were great and they had everything I needed in stock for a 25 year old Diesel. Well done!

For a long time I thought NAPAs prices where always going to be higher than Auto Zone, Advanced, etc., until I finally had to stop in for a part no one else had. Turns out their prices are even, if not BETTER in some cases, than the other guys. Plus, the parts quality is better and the counter people are more friendly and more knowledgeable. NAPA will always be my first stop from this point forward.

I started buying my parts from NAPA many years ago. After purchasing different parts from other companies and having the parts fail. I called around to find a company that had products with moving parts (bearings) made in the USA. NAPA was the only parts store that met the criteria, my parts quit failing. I have been a NAPA customers ever since. There may or may not be other stores today that meet the criteria. With quality parts, friendly, courteous staff why look further and competitive prices. Im not a mechanic but I have children, grand and great grandchildren and someone always needs something.

I bought a starter for my 89 F150 at NAPA because I felt like they had the best product, 2 weeks later I had my truck at a glass place getting some work done on the door glass and the starter went out I called NAPA to get it replaced and the man I talked to didnt listen to what I needed and now it is going to be later when I get another starter and it will take longer to get my truck fixed, when they talk to people on the phone they need to listen.

I needed brake parts and they had them

The employees are always helpful, have great attitudes, and friendly. I have never had a bad experience here. Will continue to come to this location.

Napa honored a 3 year warranty of a oil pressure sending unit that went bad and started gushing oil after only (3)months. We make these parts and we are far from perfect, so never hesitate, spend more for a warranty warrantees part then watch your repair after the fact for failures. There was a video about this exact thing where part failed lost all oil and hurt an engine...dont be that guy!! Napa is there to HELP YOU!!
