Very disappointing. Ordered stamp for Board meeting, issuance of share documents. Arrived one week after stated delivery date, after the Board meeting. Didnt ship until listed arrival date. Would have ordered next day or expedited mail had the delivery times been even close to accurate. Very disappointing. Assume stamp is accurate, havent opened as missed its needed use.

We couldnt be happier with the brass plate that HC Brands made up for us. We finished a new hickory topped farmhouse dining table that was sort of a monumental project and we wanted to plate to attach to the bottom of it as a way to remember this project and when we completed it. I was disappointed with the quality of the printed name tags I received. The print is sub-par at best. The designs on all 30 of my name tags are very pixelated even though I provided high-quality images. The edges of the name tags also appear rushed and have unfinished edges in spots. Its not a quality name tag I feel comfortable giving my board members.

The plate came out just as I hoped for. The workmanship was top notch. However, I paid the extra fee to have it delivered by the 3rd of July but did not receive it until July 7th. I assumed that it was the fault of UPS and not HCBrands but it was still upsetting.

All businesses are changing due to covid-19. Yet, this company didnt take the time to change their status on their website nor on google. Its been a year, get it together. Like theres no reason to advertise as open if your location is not taking in person service. This corporation lacks concern for clients time. Literally get it together and be a better business.

I ordered a name plate, the first name plate came with a flaw on the embossed image. I emailed the sales dept. about the flaw and they sent a replacement a month later. The image on the replacement plate was great, however the holes did not align with the previous plate and I had to drill new holes and use screws larger than the ones sent to install the plate so it laid flat.

Loved my experience with this company! Got some custom stickers and they came out great and fantastic quality. When I had an issue with my order they gladly fixed it quick. Customer service was quick and resolved my issues quickly and fairly. Will be buying more from them in the future.

I ordered a rubber stop and embosser. They came with only my name on them. No notary, state, or commission # on them. They kindly sent a replacement immediately. But when my replacement came, the detail on the rubber stamp was completely illegible. I called to get it replaced and she told me that because of the small detail, that might be the best I will get. She promised to email me after she spoke with her design team. No response whatsoever. Completely disappointed. I have received a far superior design from another company for the same price. Holmes doesnt care about thier customer is the message I received.

I placed a small order for an engraved tag I was using for my son’s first deer mount. The order was shipped quickly, but the text was not completely level. I sent an email just to let them know, but didn’t ask for it to be re-done, as it was such a small job. Within a couple of hours, I received an email with an apology and that they would re-do for no charge. Great product that allowed me to design my own name tags with our company logo. Once I placed the order we received the name tags within days. I like the look and feel of our tags.

I initially sent an email to place a custom stamp order and I had a question regarding it. I didnt get a response. In the past, they have always responded.The delivery arrived ahead of schedule and we had personalized stamps, so that was nice. We previously had Ideal 7610 Received stamp personalized. This was no longer an option, so we ordered the trodat 4729 received stamp. The date on it is way too small in comparison to the rest of the stamp. It is hard to read the date and we dont like the line under the business name.

Pros- shipping was fast and good productCons- I wanted to make a change to my order before shipping. On the website, it states the best contact is chat which is NEVER available. I emailed the same day I ordered and didnt receive a response but a different email a couple of days later that my item shipped. I responded back and received a email that stated they had corrected it but the attached preview was someone elses name. Received the stamp that was not corrected and didnt want to go through the hassle of returning and possibly getting charged for a correction so just let it be.

Emailed the stamp order and 7 days went by with no response. I called them and they said they must have overlooked the email. They said the custom design would be made in Florida and would be shipped out in a week to the south Austin location. They would not directly mail me the product and so it would be at least 2-3 weeks. I wanted to stay local and so I called and chose City Stamp & Seal instead. They made it that day for cheaper and I picked it up the next day.
