Where to start. Ended up working with Liam on a Lincoln used car purchase. Probably the single most pleasant experience buying a car out of state Ive had. I have bought almost 10 cars out of state the last 20 years, and this was the most enjoyable. Liam was professional, friendly, and not once pushy. The car was getting some recalls resolved when I inquired about it, but Liam kept in contact contact about its status, and the second it was back on the lot, he quickly alerted me. Naturally, I wanted photos of any/all blemishes, and those we immediately provided and full disclosure. Negotiations were swift and met with mutually favorable results. The experience upon arrival was great. Liam arranged transportation from the airport and got me on my way quickly. I was impressed with everyone I interacted with from beginning to end. I expected the car to be nice, but it was basically flawless. Everyone I interacted with was polite, and not once sales-y. Just a breath of fresh air. I couldnt have been more impressed, and that is a tall feat for me to ever admit. Have confidence working with these folks. It feels different, because it is. The philosophy here is not what I expected, and thats a huge compliment. This was actually fun! Call Liam. If you want a personable and consummate pro, this has to be your guy.

Salesman (Nick) was very congenial and knowledgeable about the car.When I arrived for my test drive Nick had the car out front, full of gas and ready to go. I had a question about the car which Nick did not know the answer to so instead of putting it off he text a gentleman in the dealership.This individual came out to us immediately and had the answer, (very impressed).The purchase and financing went very smoothly. Went home the same day with my new F Pace.

I am so please we brought our car from Jaguar Land Rover. Getting our car service here is so much more pleasant then a few other dealers weve been to. Mary make things better and so does the others that work with her. Mary is great with keeping us updated, knowing we need of our vehicle. We know car services has been incredibly backed up because of this pandemic but she has done her best with keeping us safe and informed. We have a dealership 45 min from us but we will continue the 2 hour ride anytime to get our services done here because of Mary and the team. Thank you so much for all you do!!

Fair negotiations before showing up to the dealership. Great service while there, both looking over the vehicle, doing paperwork and waiting for the final paperwork. After the sale, complete opposite, maybe because i didnt drop $$$$$$ on a Jag or Land Rover. Tried reaching out to the salesman to see where a couple items were that was listed on the webpage ad, but discovered after getting home, the items were not in the vehicle. First response after inquiring was they would check with detailing. No response. Second inquiry, said they would check with salesman who took the trade-in and contact previous owner. No response. Third inquiry, not even a response. Guess you dont rate a response or a solution to correct the issue once they have cashed your check! Noted!

Bad Service, Upcharging, Over pricing, unauthorized work, failed repair work. 2014 XK with less than 25,000 miles. Mom is 85, and treated horribly by this dealership. Its was a 2 week wait to get in, on a car that was overheating so you can’t drive it. Another 2 weeks before they looked at it with excuse after excuse as to why they could not get to the car after a scheduled appointment. Another week to repair the car and return it, even though their fix was only about 4 hours of service work. So the first complaint is a ridiculous 5 week wait- no consideration at all for the customer. Dealer replaced a fan, Thermostat, a cabin filter, engine filter, No need for this upselling of these filters) and unauthorized Vacuum pump (unrelated -its related to brakes and functioning fine -even their own documentation says it was authorized by inspection- normally its authorized by the customer, and cost about $1000.00). The car was losing coolant from the time it left the shop supposed repaired- Mom returned back to the dealer, Advisor says drive it, probably just an air bubble, drove it, still leaking 2 weeks later and topped with over 2 gallons of water in to the reservoir, return to the shop to get their alleged best mechanic in the US on the job. Diagnosis is a failed water pump, quote was another $1500-$2000, after we had replaced a fan (they rarely fail) other things, and a Vacuum pump for over $3000.00. The dealer also wanted $1000.00 to remove excess water from the V cavity on the engine since the coolant was now all over the place- as it turns out this can just be extracted with a shop vac.. . Mom decided she would go to the local independent shop. But the Jag dealer did not put coolant in the reservoir. Mom checked it at the driveway, so they almost sent her on the road to overheat and possibly blow the engine, if she had not insisted on checking under the hood. The independent had replaced the water pump just 10,000 miles earlier. Turns out it was NEVER the water pump but an under engine hose that was falling apart, cost was about $500.00 which included cleaning the V cavity.During the course of this 8 week debacle of missed promise dates, for a basic repair, we discovered this dealership cannot be trusted, the parts on the invoices are marked up by 25% compared to RETAIL pricing of OEM parts at other Jag dealerships, they completed an expensive and not needed unauthorized repair unrelated to the overheating, and completely misdiagnosed the repair, then misdiagnosed the repair for the second time.Search their low reviews and you will find similar stories of bad service and over charging. Don’t be fooled but their politeness and excuses. Not a good way to treat an older person who brought a beloved low mileage car in service.

Phenomenal experience. Randi ensured I was able to get the deal I wanted and coordinated to have everything ready for me to just sign with Nikki in finance and drive away when I went in to pick up my new F-Pace. Finance process was quick, easy and very non-stressful. Everything I was told would be done was completed exactly as promised. The service department has poor customer service. My vehicle was scheduled for repair on Thursday. The service advisor Derek stated that they wouldnt be able to get to my vehicle. On Friday, I had to reach out to him for an update. At that time, he stated that my vehicle was next in line. Again, I reached out to him for an update. I didnt hear anything back from him. Today is Monday, I called and asked for the service manager. The young lady asked if I could leave a message. I have not heard anything back, as of yet. This is poor customer service, and I still dont have any updates on my vehicle. I will be searching for another Jaguar dealership. I am willing to travel to another city to get my vehicle serviced!

Mary my service advisor, whom is professional, friendly and very well versed in customer service was in constant contact with me, keeping me posted without me needing to check in. The repairs were done correctly and my car was returned in clean condition with zero issues. The Jacksonville Jaguar/Land Rover dealership has completely dropped the ball on customer service. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a luxury car dealership. I have reported multiple issues with a brand new vehicle and not one has been addressed with any urgency. The soonest they can make time is almost two months down the road and then I will likely still have to wait two weeks after that appointment for a resolution. I am very thankful I leased my car and I am not stuck with the potential lemon. I would not ever purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

Just purchased a brand-new Defender from these guys and it was an outstanding experience. Nick, our salesman, was outstanding and very patient. We walked in to look at one model and then saw the Defender, long story short, there was a ton of back and further between my wife and I on what to actually buy and Nick was there the entire time answering all of our questions. Beautiful facility as well, with lots of inventory and great lounge area for you to relax in while you wait for your new car to come out of prep. Overall, very happy with the experience!

He escorted me to a all glass office😬 and said no one will bother you. Oh can’t explain how awesome I felt. Great customer service!! I had a terrible experience at the Jaguar dealership. On December 30 my tire blew up on the interstate so I had to take my car in for the tire replacement. When I brought it in they let me know I will have an estimate by the following Monday. The day comes and no response, had to call and check on it and I finally had an estimate by Tuesday. I agree on the estimate and my service representative promised I will have my car by the weekend. Weekend comes and no call, so I called multiple times left messages and absolutely no call back. Finally on Monday, I got a message that my car will be ready that afternoon. Monday afternoon I checked back and got told it will be the next day. Finally on Tuesday I received my car back, dirtier than when I dropped it off. Oil stains on my driver seat and on top of that they left my old tire that exploded in my trunk. When I sent them pictures how my car looked they offered me a full detail but because of work I wont be able to take it in for 3 weeks. So for 3 weeks I will have a dirty car and a tire in my trunk. Also, they had my car for 2 weeks and did not even offer a loaner car. Very disappointed with the service!

Terrible experience with the service department. I brought my 2011 Jaguar XJL in for service over 4 weeks ago. 2 weeks into the service; I had to complain because nothing was being told to me about my vehicle repairs. Other issues were being brought up other than what I had brought the vehicle in for which delayed the progress on the repairs. The day before I demanded that my vehicle was going to be picked up regardless; they threw it together as if it were junk. There were greasy fingerprints all over the car. The front emblem was ripped off. The shade to the sunroof was broken. The screen to the back passenger door was broken and the tint was scratched. One of the parts they claimed they replaced was not. They threw parts of the car into the back floorboard. I complained on several accounts as my car was being repaired and I got excuses that the service tech was new. The service tech forgot to order the parts. Trying to reach someone was impossible. I then write a long email to the service manager and he simply didnt care about our concerns. I will never use this dealerships service dept and Id be very careful about leaving your car in their care. I will contact corporate and tell everyone I possibly can. Terrible experience.

I was very pleased with the service department at Jacksonville Jaguar. Awesome customer service. Ms. Mary was great. She helped me through the whole process. We had a slight problem with my warranty folk, but she was great in helping me through the process with them. My car was repaired and I am totally satisfied with the service I received. I Will return for any further services needed for my Jaguar. Exceptional service department.

I recently leased the Jaguar F-Pace at Jaguar Jacksonville. Long story short, I drove all the way from Atlanta, GA to Jacksonville, FL to trade in my old XF for the new F-Pace. If you are planning to lease a car that has been used as a loaner, I suggest you ask the dealer everything they know about the car. My Dealer, Christopher was very helpful and professional during our long week negotiating a price for the car. He took pictures of the car and I also look at their website. The car looked great in pictures.When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my F-Pace, the first thing I noticed was the scratch on the car. Also there were other fundamental flaws with the car. For example, the website said the retired loaner had this many miles. Before I signed the papers, I noticed the miles were different from what I was told. I told my dealer Christopher that I wont signed the contract. In addition, I told him there was many flaws with the car that had to be addressed. From the false advertisement, to the scratch on the car, to the car being dirty and I can just kept adding to the list of flaws. After spending a few hours discussing a new lease program with Christopher, Nick, and Nikki, someone finally confessed to me that the car was still being used as a loaner. I was not very happy with that statement. The car was still being driven and it had more miles than advertise. Plus the pictures online was misleading and it didnt showed the scratch. I told them if you are planning to advertise a new car, the customer should expect to see a new car as advertise. A customer should never be misled or be lied to. After many discussions back and forth, we finally agreed to a new lease price for the car.Let me make this loud and clear, Christopher was the utmost professional dealer I had the pleasure working with yesterday. He had the courage to put up with my anger and my disappointment with Jaguar Jacksonville. My finger points directly to management for the lack of leadership and the lack of communication. I have visited other Jaguar dealerships before and for the most part I had a very good experience. But, Jacksonville Jaguar failed to deliver the high class service that I was expecting. I have leased cars and negotiated from other dealerships before and I felt Jaguar Jacksonville was my least favorite experience. The overall experience could have been better with a straight forward and honest communication. Along with the proper advertisement.Finally, I did end up driving my new F-Pace back home to Atlanta. The 5 hours drive back home felt like the longest 5 hours thinking about my disappointing experience with Jaguar Jacksonville. My hopes for them is to take their so called level of high class service more serious. Especially if they are planning to sell good quality and mostly expensive cars.

She listened to my concerns and took care of everything for us right away. She was attentive the entire time that my car was being serviced and kept us in the loop at all times. Nicole, was absolutely amazing. She made sure my car was cared for. She worked everything out with my extended warranty company to ensure I paid the minimal amount. Factory recall was fixed with a complimentary oil change. Excellent communication and fast service. A+++-Sept 2019
