I will preface this with: I do not enjoy going to car dealerships. And I did not do my research of this organization or this vehicle. I didn’t realize we owed as much on an odyssey trade in a couple weeks ago, so I wanted to NOT go through with a two car purchase. My wife is happy with her car, but I got the base model 2019 HRV with over 65K miles on it already for over 19K. Essentially the same price it was sold for when it was new (same dealer). A day later I knew I made a mistake, but the dealership is not open on weekends. I called to try and have the dealer cancel the deal, but they said I couldn’t do it. I will hopefully NEVER do business with a dealership who doesn’t offer a cool down period. Shady.Furthermore, the vehicle has scratches all on the interior where people have shoved items that were too big for the trunk space in anyway. The brakes squeak every time I brake, and there’s a rattle I can’t seem to find either on the tailgate/hatch while driving. Not happy with the purchase, the process or the company “policy”. Thumbs down. Was told that I could bring the car back in to see the trade in value. The value should be the exact money I purchased the vehicle for. It was 2 days later and I drove a total of 20 miles. Terrible business.I’m ashamed I went through with it and I should have known better.

I brought my daughters car to Lucas Honda for a fuel injector problem. I did this thinking I was protecting her from possible unscrupulous behavior because she’s a woman. That was a very false notion on my part. I received some of the best service I have ever gotten from a dealer.Tracy, my service writer, was outstanding— informative and very professional. The work was done swiftly (I had expected 24 hours, it was completed in 5 hours). Manning, my Shuttle driver was great. Prior to arriving I tried to get pricing on oil changes which the car needed, checking with Jeffy lube which was $100 charge for synthetic, Walmart was $50, and Lucas charged 40+. I found that remarkable, and my daughter had been paying the Jiffy Lube Lube prices, because she wrongly believe the dealer prices would be higher than everybody else.

Excellent and accommodating. The building is very clean and well cared for. Went in for an oil change and alignment; my car drives like new afterward. Staff left a good impression on me. Recommended!

I am a military spouse and have been to several Honda dealerships across the country and this one was one of the best experiences I have had in the 9 years of owning my vehicle. I made an appointment, like I always do, and I was in and out in the time that I was told. This hasnt happened in several years at other dealers. My car was also washed and vacuumed when it was returned, and as a busy mom, this was just the cherry on top for me. I will be back for all my car maintenance and will give my recommendation to friends. Thank you!!

Sales Mgr answered telephone sounded annoyed from the start. I asked about inventory since, there website isn’t up to date. He has a total of 6 civics outside but couldn’t tell me anything about any particular model etc but range $25-32k .. Sales 101 - Always take customer name & phone number in case of disconnection. Have all you’re sales consultant know there inventory. Daily inventory walks will help remember what is currently available inventory. Please retrain you’re Sales Manager w customer service. How did this guy become Sales Mgr ??? I will take my business of new Honda to another dealership who eager to sell & knows there product knowledge

I was having issues with keeping air in my tires and thought Id have to have them replaced. Lucas Honda discovered it was a screw in one tire and patched it up in a jiffy, free of charge. Always friendly and professional!

Really pressured me and when I kept saying I don think I want to make the decision today they pushed until I gave in after lying about it being the “last day for a rate Regret my decision yes but they didn’t help and kept pushing. DON’T do anything until they return your keys if considering trade in. Dealership essentially held my keys as I kept saying “I don’t think I’m going to make this deal today” Also pulled a lie stating the interest rate would only be for today when in fact it goes on for another week. Very Shady and Deceptive with fees added on top. Terrible dealership go anywhere but here. Ridiculous prices above MRSP

I purchased a 21 Honda Pilot with ease and management went above and beyond when I wanted to purchase accessories. More specifically, I was able to receive a discount on running boards and get them installed in less than 24 hours. It may not seem like a big deal but they made room for the install as all time slots were booked up for a week. Thanks Lucas Honda! I would definitely buy again and recommend to anyone.

I recently purchased my fourth car from this dealership. Gary has been my sales guy every time. . He’s made each purchase outstanding. The whole staff is always friendly and, helpful. What I like most is no games! I have left that dealership every time feeling as though I got a fair deal on my cars.I also have taken my cars here for service. The advisors have been upfront about maintenance that needed to be handle and, I have never felt like I was paying for more than what was needed and at fair prices too.I have recommended this dealership to friends and family because I trust they will get the same service and attention I have.

Hubby got me the 2021 Honda Pilot SE this past Saturday as Mother’s Day gift. Forrest was our sales guy and we were very happy. They went above and beyond to help us. Their customer service is great, highly recommended them. I’m finally driving my dream SUV🤗

The service department does not keep you updated about your vehicles status, nor call when things are going to take longer than expected. They had my vehicle for 2.5 days for a single sensor replacement. Every update we were given, we had to call for. The lady on the phone seemed to always be annoyed that we called for status updates and as if she would rather do anything than answer our questions. When the car was finally ready for pickup, (end of business day #3) the courtesy department that dropped us off at home was closed so no one could pick us up. I am very unimpressed. Will no longer do business with this location, back to Duval or coggin for me moving forward.

Service was as expected. They did have an electrical power interruption that prevented their service accounting system from rebooting. Maybe they should invest in an uniterupptable power supply. I accidentally selected the wrong choice in a response to my service experience and now I am innudated with emails and even a phone call. I tried to take it back, but it would not accept my changes.

Customer services not what I expected, I asked for a ride twice and they did no care to even call an uber or lift. I had to wait 4 hrs plus for my car to be repaired. They did no apologies about the situation on the ride knowing that I was expending an important amount of money on my vehicle repair. This Honda is the worst Honda in Jacksonville for sure. I would not recommend this Honda to anyone.

Coordinated a purchase online where they located my exact desired vehicle at another dealership outside of the region and brought it in. Sale, financing, and tutorial on features were smooth. Competitive price at first offer without needing to haggle and friendly staff. Great experience!

Went in with a car that wouldnt always start properly the first time. Service told me that I needed a new battery. Battery was replaced and the issue persisted. Brought it in again and they could not find any issues. I told them that I needed my car back and magically, the problem was the Sprint Drive in my car. I have contacted Sprint directly and confirmed that Sprint Drive does NOT affect any aspect of the performance of my car. Theyre also absolutely TERRIBLE at calling back to update me on the status of my car while it was being worked on. I had to call TWICE (with thirty minutes between) just to get any sort of answers. This was after they had the car in their possession for nearly four hours. They gave me some BS answer to get me out of there before closing time.Needless to say, I will NOT be going back there.

The waiting room was clean and comfortable. I was advised that the service would take about an hour, and it was completed in less time and I was on my way. The Lucas Honda Service Reps are always helpful and professional.

He has been working there for a while and knows his stuff!*Service- Fast forward 7 months and Ive already hit a pothole and ruined my tire. I called the services dept right at 6 not knowing they were closing. Thankfully someone answered the phone and they were soo patient and helpful with getting me all my insurance information that I needed for the repair. He even told me that something told him to grab the phone as he was leaving out. This speaks volumes to the type of service they provide.Thanks Lucas Honda!P.S. Very poor customer service. Our salesman was very rude and unprofessional. We came in on a Saturday night and arrived two hours before closing and wanted to look at multiple makes of cars in the lot. We test drove car and wanted to see what other used cars were available. We were told that if we weren’t going to buy today he wasn’t going to waste his time showing us any other cars. He told us that 9 out of 10 times people say they’ll think about it and be back and then don’t come back so I guess he assumed that’s what we were doing and didn’t need our business. If that is how he handles being a car salesmen I think he might need to change professions. I might have considered getting the car if I had a different salesmen.

We live in middle TN and had been looking for a 2014-2016 Accord V6 for quite some time. I found a 2015 touring model with low miles and a reasonable price.Always up for a road trip, we drove 8 hours to buy this vehicle. Im very pleased with the vehicle and are pleased that the dealership worked with us to ensure that we were completely happy. We had one small blip with the financing that was quickly resolved and taken care of.

Escobar was our salesman when we bought my new Honda Civic a few weeks ago. He is very personable and helped the waiting process to finalize the paperwork. I recommend going to see him if you are looking for a new or even a used vehicle.

Service center isn’t customer friendly. They seem to not want anyone to come through. I’ve had two bad experiences in a row with this place. First time they replaced the cabin air filter and it was making a ticking noise because they didn’t properly place in in. When I asked about it they were laughing it off as no problem (which it really isn’t) but their attitude was demeaning. Second time was coming in for service and said they couldn’t see me without an appointment which is understandable but again, I was met with rudeness and complete lack of interest as if they wanted me to leave. I get it, you all don’t like to work or make money.

Joseph (salesman) was completely professional, accommodating and friendly while helping me decide which model to choose - pointing out similarities/differences in the new Honda features. He was also very helpful and complete in explaining how to use the features on my newly purchased vehicle. Their financial officer also made my purchase as pleasant as he could - making sure I really knew what everything was costing. After all, purchasing a vehicle is no small purchase any longer.

Speaking of the Service Department- Reasonably priced compared to other Honda / Acura competitors within a 25-mile radius. Take my 2x Acuras (MDX and RDX) and Honda Accord to them. As of this on this day - No complaints.

My husband and I went to Lucas Honda to trade in a vehicle and look at options for a CR-V or SUV for our family. When we walked in we were directed to a salesman that really didn’t seem interested in selling us a car at all. We had already been pre approved through our bank and wanted to stick with that. The salesman was pushy in trying to find out exactly how much we were approved for and was asking my husband his credit score and trying to get us financed through one of their banks. I was getting upset as I just wanted to test drive a CR-V and look at them to see if we actually wanted one. He then sends someone out to appraise our trade in. It is a truck valued at $11.5k on KBB. He comes back not 5 minutes later and tells us to be able to purchase a vehicle we’re going to have to finance almost $40k (we still owed on the truck) because they were only willing to give us $6k for trade in. He didn’t even know how much we were approved for because I didn’t want to be pushed to buy a vehicle at the higher end of our budget but when I told him our truck was worth substantially more and that we were even offered $11k for it from Toyota a few month prior he just said “Ok I’ll go get your keys” and had us leave. Didn’t even get to test drive the car we wanted to purchase. Went down the road 2 minutes away to Kia of Orange Park and purchased a car for more than what he was trying to sell us a CR-V for and was offered $10.5k for our truck. Glad we were pushed out because Lucas of Honda clearly didn’t want our business to begin with.

What a great experience I had purchasing my daughter a new Honda Civic. David was my sales guy and he was terrific, I didnt feel pressured and I didnt feel rushed to sign anything. He gave me options, which I thought about overnight and called him the next day and he had everything ready when I showed up. He spent lots of time with my 17 yr old showing her all the electronics and connecting her phone to blue tooth. Car shopping is my least favorite thing to do, as I always feel pressured to make a decision. The whole experience was casual, laid back and quick. Thank you David!

POOR SECURITY, SLOW SERVICE. I bought a set of tires at a Honda dealer a while back and they came with a road hazard warrantee. I returned to Lucas Honda because I had two damaged tires and needed them repaired/replaced. My car sat at the dealership for 3 WEEKS before my work was completed, I did not receive regular updates without me having to call or visit their dealer. After I paid the balance (because the tires werent fully covered) and walked to my car I realized that the doors were unlocked and the car had been ransacked. Thankfully the car didnt seem damaged, but all the cash I had even the pennies in the cup holder were gone. Needless to say I wont be going back.

I love Lucas Honda. I have a 2012 Honda (bought there) and it runs great but I drive a lot and I need new tires from time to time. Everytime I take my care there they give me affordable and great service.

A wonderful experience.Full story: I drive about 20k miles a year all around town for my job and my last car was starting to get near end of life. I started with a search involving 31 different models across 8 manufacturer. After the spreadsheet with 11 different categories was complete and all test drives done, I had decided on car to get. Next came Jim to get the deal. I was referred Jim by a friend and Jim is the best. He gets straight to the point and will give the best deal he can. I had the same car I bought quoted by 3 other dealerships and he was the cheapest by a size-able margin. Then came the financing and paperwork. The team again was amazing. I had a lot of questions and they worked through all of them till I was content with the deal.Short story: Honda is making a great product right now and Jim will help make sure you get the best deal.My advice: Give Jim a call or go in and ask for him. I will never take my vehicle anywhere other than Lucas Honda. We have a Honda Odyssey van. The morning of my daughter’s graduation the van electronics were acting crazy. We couldn’t open some of the doors and it was beeping. I called “the other guys” and they said they couldn’t see me until the next day. I was so frustrated. I called Lucas Honda and they said to bring the van in at my earliest convenience. When I brought it in they quickly did diagnostics on it. They promptly contacted me to let me know I only needed a new battery. They changed the battery and the van was ready for me to pick up within that hour. When I came back to pick it up, they had washed the van (inside and out). I was truly in awe of their courtesy and customer service. I am grateful to have a service department I can trust with our vehicle.

Great experience. We hit debris on the highway driving from NC to Florida. Called and got an early appointment to get car checked to be sure it would besafe to drive. They got us right in, checked the car and let is know it would be safe to continue our trip. They did not charge us . Friendly, helpful dealership.

Outstanding people at Lucas Honda. My wife and I bought a used Lexus RX 350 from Lucas Honda. I met Sheldon the Internet manager, really nice guy who I had worked with online. When my wife and I got to the Dealership Sheldon directed me to Nick who is also a great guy. Nick is the Sales Consultant that put the deal on the Lexus together for us. We had driven up from Gainesville and received excellent customer service and follow up.
